I'm so satisfied with the college because of the placements in 2024.
Placements: Almost all the students in our college get placed in our college and average package offered in our course is 13-18 LPA. Almost all the students in our course get summer internships in various fields and companies like PayPal, IBM, Wipro, etc., and also from Google and Microsoft.
Infrastructure: We all have good infrastructure and good hostel facilities. We also have the best Wi-Fi facilities, AC in labs, and good book availability in the library. We have vegetarian, non-vegetarian, and special mess in our hostels, 24/7 medical facilities, and good facilities for sports and games.
Faculty: All the teachers and lectures are well experienced and teach very well; they help us in our all-round development. They help us in various fields for our development. Our exam papers are developed in such a way that we will be able to cover all the topics from easy to hard level.
Other: We all have a beautiful campus life where we have events every week and also have 2 major fests in our college.

It's a very good decision to join VIT-Andhra Pradesh.
Placements: Generally, placements here in VIT is good compared to other colleges. Almost all the students who sincerely try for a job will get placed and the average salary is about 8 LPA. Many big MNCs will come here to recruit. So one can expect good placements in VIT.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure is very good. The big campus has huge and good-looking blocks, as well as an activity area, labs, cafeterias, a huge play ground, a basketball court, a football playground, a cricket playground, a tennis court, and an and an indoor shuttle court. Overall, the infrastructure is very good.
Faculty: Almost all the faculty are well qualified, they teach good and they provide you with good materials, but the exams are tough. One cannot prepare for the exam overnight; they have to be attentive and prepare for it. Almost everyone gets passed at the end of their course.
Other: I chose ECE here at VIT because VIT helps and encourages students to do research. Doing research will help me a lot in my career. Extracurricular activities, like participating in clubs, are mandatory. There will be events organized by clubs almost every Saturday and 2 main fests every year. Amravati being the capital of Andhra Pradesh, connectivity is not an issue.

You can join this college.
Placements: About 50% of students are placed in top companies. The highest package is 35 Lacs per annum and the average package is 8 Lacs per annum. About 40% of students got internships at Honeywell company. Google, TCS are top recruiters, and the placement rate is good in this recession period.
Infrastructure: ECE labs are good but available space is very low for students according to strength. The library is very good; we can access books and previous years' question papers. Hostel rooms are excellent; they maintain the hostel very clean, but the mess food is not so good. Sometimes it is really hard to eat, but compared to college hostels, we are living in better and the best hostel. Sports facilities are good. A 24/7 hospital is there.
Faculty: Most of the professors are Ph.D. holders, so they have very good knowledge. Not all professors are friendly, but some professors are really good. The course curriculum is very appreciable. About 60% of students are passing the core subjects because of the difficult papers.
Other: I chose this because of my interest in electronic devices and semiconductors. Nowadays, semiconductor usage is increasing in every aspect like home appliances, space industry, defense, etc. There is nothing to improve. There are two fests that happen every year: one technical fest, Vtapp, and the cultural fest, Vitopia, which are very big fests.

Review on VIT Andhra Pradesh University .
Placements: Placement percentage can vary, but typically aim for high rates, often above 80%. The highest, the lowest, and average package offerings depend on industry demand, with tech fields often offering lucrative packages. Top recruiting companies vary by field but may include tech giants like Google, Microsoft, startups and consulting firms. Internship opportunities are crucial for practical experience; percentages can range widely depending on the program and industry partnerships. Top roles offered often include software engineer, data analyst, marketing associate, and research assistant, among others, tailored to the course curriculum and industry demand.
Infrastructure: Wi-Fi: High-speed internet access is crucial for research and coursework, often available throughout the campus. Labs: State-of-the-art laboratories equipped with necessary tools and software for practical learning experiences. Classrooms: Modern classrooms with audio-visual aids for interactive teaching sessions. Library: Extensive collections of books, journals, and online resources to support academic pursuits. Regarding hostels and amenities: Hostel: Comfortable accommodation with basic amenities like bedding, study areas, and security. Food: Mess and canteen provide nutritious meals catering to diverse dietary needs. Medical Facilities: On-campus medical centers staffed with healthcare professionals for primary care needs. Sports and Games: Well-maintained sports facilities for various indoor and outdoor activities promote physical well-being and recreation.
Faculty: Teaching quality can vary, but ideally, instructors are helpful, qualified, and knowledgeable in their respective fields, enhancing the overall teaching quality. The curriculum's relevance depends on industry alignment and update to keep pace with evolving trends, aiming to make students industry-ready upon graduation. Semester exams' difficulty varies based on course rigor and individual preparation levels, with pass percentage typically reflection a balance between challenge and attainability.
Other: Interest and passion for the subject matter. Career opportunities and growth prospects. Alignment with personal goals and aspirations. The best aspects of a course often include: Quality of faculty and teaching methods. Relevance of curriculum to industry trends. Opportunities for practical learning through internships or projects. Networking opportunities with peers and professionals. Areas for improvement might include: More practical hands-on experiences. Enhanced industry exposure through guest lectures or workshops. Increased focus on soft skills development. More opportunities for research or specialisation within the field. Events, fests, campus crowd, connectivity, surroundings, scholarships, and extracurricular activities can greatly vary depending on the institution and its resources. It's essential to research and visit campuses to gauge the overall environment and opportunities available.

Really good infrastructure and facilities, moderate placements in 2024.
Placements: The college is pretty silent about its placements. No body knows the exact placement status of the college but around 900 companies visit for campus placements every year. This year (2023-24), companies are undergoing recession due to which the placement is down (around 46% got placed which was more than 90% in the past year), but it is still better than other tier-3 colleges. Companies like IBM, Micron, Microchip, Qualcomm and some other semiconductor startups are the main recruiters for ECE students in this college. The highest package was from CSE (around 33 LPA), average was around 6 LPA and the lowest was around 3.3 LPA (offered by TCS). .
Infrastructure: Ample facilities are available in the college. The hostel Wi-Fi is relatively fast considering more than 1500 gadgets are connected to it. The Laboratories use advanced technologies and updated software. The library is good considering that it is a new college. A new central Library is under construction as of now. The mess quality is very bad (especially for north-Indians). It's not unhealthy but rather tasteless to say the least. There are facilities for various outdoor and indoor activities and sports like table tennis, cricket, squash etc. There is a medical center in AB-1 block but the amenities available there are rather limited.
Faculty: Most of the faculty are very good. Almost all of them have done their doctorate from renowned institutions like iits and nits. They teach really well and make concepts easy to understand. The course curriculum is very rigorous, and they change it every year to keep up with the changing technology. I think it does make the students industry ready. There are 3 exams per semester - CAT-1, CAT-2 and FAT. Thus, there is pressure on the students the entire semester. FAT exam is of 100 marks out of which you have to score 40 marks to pass. Around 55% students pass in all subjects in a semester.
Other: The College has 2 fests annually - VITOPIA and VITAPP. VITAPP is a technical fest in which students make their own technical innovation. Race, robomania and many other fun and exciting games were there during the events. VITOPIA is a cultural fest and the greatest event in our college. Many celebrities come in VITOPIA. There are music festivals, Dance, Fashion shows etc. VITOPIA is a 4 days fest. This year (2024) Samay Rain came for Comedy show. It was exceptional and phenomenal.

VIT conducts own entrance exam for B.Tech admission known as VITEEE 2022. So AP EAMCET scores will not be applicable here. So participate in APEAMCET counselling process for colleges accepting AP EAMCET scores for B.Tech admission.
