Vellore Institute of Technology-AP (VIT-AP) does not consider JEE scores for admission to its BTech program. Admission to VIT-AP is based on the candidate's performance in the VIT Engineering Entrance Examination (VITEEE), which is a university-level entrance exam conducted by VIT University.

The VITEEE is a computer-based test and consists of multiple-choice questions from Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics/Biology, and English. The duration of the exam is 2 hours and 30 minutes.

The minimum eligibility criteria for VITEEE is a minimum aggregate of 50% in Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics/Biology in 10+2 or equivalent.

To prepare for the VITEEE, candidates can refer to the previous year's question papers and sample papers available on the official website of VIT University. They can also take mock tests to practice for the exam.
