    A: 

    No, the institute shortlists candidates based on their merit in the last qualifying exam. After completion of the selection rounds, the institute releases a merit list to announce the names of the shortlisted candidates. The shortlisted aspirants are called for counselling and document verification. Aspirants need to pay a VIT Vellore course fee to confirm their seat at the institute. Candidates must pass Class 12 with at least 65% aggregate (55% aggregate for SC/ ST and others) with Commerce /Accountancy /Book Keeping and Accountancy /Mathematics /Business Maths & Statistics /Business Studies /Business Management /Business Economics /Economics as one of the subjects in the qualifying examination to apply for the BBA course.

    Entrance exam is not required for admission to BBA in VIT Vellore, as the admission is entirely merit based and counselling.     Q:   What is the fees for BBA in VIT Vellore?

    A: 

    The total fee for BBA range betweem INR 1.1 lakh - INR 1.6 lakh. The fee, includes a caution deposit of INR 3,000. Aspirants are required to pay the course fee after completion of all the selection rounds to confirm their seats. In case, a candidate is unable to pay the fee within the specified time, his or her admission will stand cancelled. Aspirants will also need to pay a registration fee to apply for admission. The application fee for BBA course is INR 600. Candidates can pay the registration fee via any of the online payment modes.

    You are too lucky when you get admission in VIT.
    Placements: Placements are very good compared to other universities, with flexible options for students in VIT Vellore, Tamil Nadu. The campus has 24/7 security, and top companies visit every academic year. The average package is also good for every student.
    Infrastructure: The infrastructure is very good, and the maintenance of both the college and hostel is also commendable. There is full security and ambulance service available at any time, along with good food in the mess all over the VIT campus. Additionally, there is bus service for students and auto services near the hostels.
    Faculty: The faculty is highly rated, and the exam schedules are good. The VITIAN app is extremely useful for students, particularly for attendance. The curriculum is excellent, and there is flexibility with faculty, along with many more facilities provided for students.
    Other: 100% value for money compared to other private universities.

    Placements: Placements were great. There was a dedicated placement committee for recruitment. The entire process was well-executed. Top recruiting companies were Wipro, ITC, HUL, etc.
    Infrastructure: Facilities were excellent. The infrastructure was very good. The food served in the mess was decent. It was a good college in all aspects.
    Faculty: Teachers were great. They were experienced and knowledgeable. They also provided in-depth knowledge to students. Teachers always clarify our doubts. The teaching quality was better to make us understand every topic easily. Semester exams were not difficult.

    My college with my eyes.
    Placements: 15 students were placed, with the highest package being 10 Lacs, an average package of 5 Lacs, and a minimum of 1.2 Lacs. Top recruiters were Accenture, Flipkart, etc. Almost 80% of students got internships. Sales executive, Human resource manager are some of the top roles offered.
    Infrastructure: In our course, we have a library, classrooms, seminar hall, Wi-Fi labs, teaching labs, etc. The quality of food in the hostel is average. We have a large campus area with facilities like indoor and outdoor games that anyone can play anytime. We also organize sports festivals so that it cannot be limited to studying.
    Faculty: Yes, the teachers are so helpful, qualified, and knowledgeable. They are all B.Ed graduates, and some of them have earned Ph.D.s. Yes, the curriculum is relevant. Semester exams will not be that difficult if you attend classes and make short notes; then it will not be difficult for you.

    Placements: Almost 100% of students got placed in this course. The highest salary package offered was 40 LPA. The lowest salary package offered was 1 LPA. Around 100% of students got internships in this course. Almost 2534 students got an average salary package of 5.5 LPA.
    Infrastructure: Free Wi-Fi is available. There is a 4-storeyed library. Sports are conducted in this college. The central library subscribes to national and international print and e-print. It has a specialized collection of books, journals, and other resources in Maths and Science, engineering & technology, and humanities.

    Our college has supportive faculty members.
    Placements: The placement percentage is high. Top recruiting companies are Amazon, Google, Deloitte, etc. These companies provide high salary packages. The highest salary package offered is 43 LPA. The salary packages are increasing every year.
    Infrastructure: The infrastructure of our college is good, and it can accommodate a lot of students. The hostel is clean. The hostel has air-conditioned and non-air-conditioned rooms, beds, etc. It also has costly apartments. The food served in the hostel is tasty.
    Faculty: Faculty members are very supportive and helpful. The course curriculum is different as it provides us with more learning and value-based thinking skills. Teachers provide internship projects to have more experience-based learning.

    VIT is a place where you can get a lot more exposure and do well in your studies too.
    Placements: You shouldn't have any backlogs during the final semester to be eligible for placements. Companies like Amazon, Deloitte, and many other MNCs visit our campus for recruitment. The highest package offered was 88 LPA to a B.Tech student, while the average is 5 LPA. Most students with skills and no backlogs get placed during these sessions. My plan is to either pursue an MBA at the same university or to get selected in the placements.
    Infrastructure: VIT boasts state-of-the-art infrastructure that rivals some of the best institutions globally. Its sprawling campus spans acres, featuring modern academic buildings equipped with advanced laboratories, libraries, and research facilities. The university prioritizes technology integration, evident in its smart classrooms, high-speed internet connectivity, and digital resources accessible to students and faculty alike. Additionally, VIT's infrastructure includes amenities such as sports complexes, auditoriums, hostels, and dining facilities, ensuring a comfortable and conducive environment for learning and personal development.
    Faculty: One of the pillars of VIT's academic excellence is its faculty members, who are highly qualified, experienced, and dedicated to nurturing students' intellectual growth. The faculty comprises experts in various fields, including engineering, sciences, management, and humanities, bringing diverse perspectives and knowledge to the classroom. Moreover, VIT emphasizes a student-centric approach to teaching, with faculty members actively engaging students through interactive lectures, practical demonstrations, and collaborative projects. Their mentorship extends beyond academics, guiding students in research endeavors, career planning, and overall holistic development.
    Other: I chose BBA due to my interest in it and the quality of education provided. The university has very liberal rules regarding dressing and other aspects. At VIT College, faculty members play a crucial role in shaping students' learning experiences and academic journeys. With a focus on providing quality education and fostering a conducive learning environment, the college emphasizes hiring highly qualified faculty members who are experts in their respective fields. We have two internal exams, CAT 1 and CAT 2. CAT 2 is an open-book exam where most questions are in applied form. The semester exam is called FAT. The exams are quite manageable; if you have learned something, you'll be able to pass the subject. Your internal marks play a major role in passing a subject. The university hosts two annual fests: Gravitas, which is focused on studies, and Riviera, which is celebrated widely. Many celebrities like Armaan Malik, Andrea, G.V. Prakash, Saindhavi, and Samantha have visited during Riviera for performances. It spans three days, with pre-shows as well. Tickets are somewhat expensive. The library is fully air-conditioned and offers a wide range of books. A digital library is also available. The classrooms are fully furnished, and classes are conducted through projectors. Our university organizes numerous sports and extracurricular activities on and off-campus. We have many active clubs that organize engaging activities. As a day scholar, I don't have personal experience with hostels, but I've heard from my friends that the food is quite good, and the atmosphere is enjoyable, with opportunities for outings.
