I am not satisfied with the placements provided by the college.
Placements: VGU gives ample opportunities when it comes to companies coming for placements in the core field. Some of the companies, like KPTL, Cwajal, Pinnacle, Hyperfilteration, etc., visited the campus. It depends on you, on how you approach. But you have to find your internships on your own. Practical knowledge was lacking somewhere here. Assistance, when it comes to placements, was also not very good. You will get opportunities, but you have to do good on your own. Can not expect much from management.
Infrastructure: I was a day scholar, so I don't know much about the hostel, but VGU has a big and green campus, with a lot of space to sit and relax. When it comes to games and events, grounds for football, hockey, cricket, basketball, volleyball and badminton were available. You get various opportunities to take part in inter or intra-college competitions. If you are willing to participate, you can have a lot of fun.
Faculty: Few teachers in our college were experienced, knowledgeable and helpful. Some of them were not helpful. You have to go out to gain extra skills. Academic knowledge provided is very good, but you may lag in practical exposure. In mechanical engineering, you can not expect everything to learn from books.
Other: Campus was situated on a remote location, but the area was continuously developing, and there was no problem in connectivity. You will get easy transportation option. Main city is approximately 25-30 minutes journey from college. Many cafes and tea stalls are available outside the college. I had fun in annual fests and events. Only thing matters are how active you are. Pedagogy style needs to be improved, emphasis on practical knowledge should be given, and more assistance when it comes to placements needs to get improved with time.

It is an okay college, but still, I would not recommend it if you have a better option.
Placements: The placement cell of the college is very good and supportive. The companies do come here, but the quality of the companies would not be that much high. People have good chances during the pool recruitment processes because VIT takes the students at the colleges where pool recruitment is going on. The companies that offer packages at this college is 1.8 L to 3 L per annum. The placement cell also truly tries hard to get the students placed, but at last, it is on the students that how well they perform at the interview sessions.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of the college is good, and the facilities provided here are also fairly average. The sports activities are very less, and college rarely promotes sports activities. It has a library and an auditorium which is very good. But sometimes, there is a problem of good drinking water in the campus. The campus does have a full Wi-Fi facility across its area.
Faculty: The teachers of VIT are fairly average, and the main focus of the teachers is to make the students pass the exam rather than giving them the real industry exposure same as most of the Indian colleges which do not provide practical knowledge and just inclines towards theoretical knowledge. The student to faculty ratio is 20-25 students per a teacher as their mentor.
Other: The event Panache is a kind of fairly average. But, if talk we about the crowd of VIT, then I would say it is pathetic. Mostly indisciplined and ill-mannered students come for admissions. Although you would find some good people as well, still, some bad people make the whole college worse. Also, the environment of the college is very strict. You would not be allowed to enter the college premises once the main gate is closed and also you would be able to go out of the college until it opens at 2'o clock in the noon.

If you have a bunch of good friends then come here otherwise there are lots of options.
Placements: The placements are not good because I have never seen any core company in the campus only local(Jaipur) small companies visit and take a few students on the low packages. The packages go high that is up to 3 LPA. Mostly advertising company and the small startups visit our campus.
Infrastructure: This is the only thing which I liked here, being in remote location benefits VIT(EAST) with the huge campus(compared to the other Jaipur colleges like SKIT, JECRC etc.). The Wi-Fi connection is good. The labs are the worst. The classrooms are big and airy with lots of light except the mechanical department, which is underground. The hostel rooms are small, and the food available is edible.
Faculty: The top faculty members are good, but the lower one has the experience ranging from 0-1 year, some are even the same college passed out student. As I said, top 2-3 faculty members in every branch are good, helpful, and qualified. They know how to teach, and the rest are just passing there time. The student to teacher ratio is good. The mechanical branch has around 70-80 students of which there are six faculty members including the HOD. There is no curriculum at all, all they make us write the notes and revise them to pass the exams. The sports on your own.
Other: The most important detail about VIT (EAST) is that the entrance. The college gate closes at sharp 8 am, and you will not be allowed in until 9 am. Once you get in, there is no going out unless you have the written permission. The college uniform is compulsory. The college fest is okay not good. The main problem is the connectivity, and practically it is the remote location. There are not many transportation options available you have to depend upon "TATA MAGIC TAXI", which are available only during the college hours.

The college is excellent, students can enjoy their 4 years.
Placements: In our university, the placements were good. The best part was that it provides proper placement training to the students. It provides an interpersonal skill program throughout the year. Students get good placements in the good companies at the end. It was the best college.
Infrastructure: It has proper library infrastructure in 3 big buildings, and there they have everything that was necessary for students. It also provides a Wi-Fi facility and an electronic library. It provides a canteen facility to the students. It has courts like volleyball, basketball, cricket, hockey, football, and 2 auditoria were there one was open and another one was closed.
Faculty: Faculty members are excellent. They were very brilliant. They were always ready to teach students at any time whether they were busy or free. They were ready to teach students with the proper mindset and skills to teach any kind of students.
Other: I opted for this course, because of my interest in it. There were various activities on this campus. They organised extra-curriculum activities on the campus whether it is placement or internships.

It is one of the best universities.
Placements: About 60%-70% of the students from our batch got placed. The highest salary package offered ranges from 7 LPA-8 LPA, and the average salary package offered ranges from 3 LPA-4 LPA. The lowest salary package offered ranges from 2 LPA-3 LPA. Top companies like Jio, Genpact, Paytm, etc., are the top recruiting companies for our course. About 80% of the students got internships here.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of the campus is very good, and it is one of the huge campuses. The structure of our campus is beautiful, and all the facilities are good on the campus. There are huge classrooms and 3 huge libraries. The quality of all facilities is superb.
Faculty: In Vivekananda Global University, all faculty members are helpful for students. They are very qualified and have all the knowledge. Their teaching method is very easy and simple, and students easily understand. Students also become ready for the industry.
