Yes, Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University conducts a Common Entrance Test (CET) for admission to BSc, BCA, BCom (Hons), B.Ed, BA (JMC), BHMCT, BBA, BA (Hons), BVoc, BPT, BPO, BOT, BASLP, BSc MLT, MSc, MA, MEd, MPT, MOT and MPO courses. IPU CET exam 2025 application forms for other courses, open tentatively in March every year. Apart from conducting IPU CET, GGSIPU also accepts several national-level entrance exams to provide admission to a few undergraduate, postgraduate and doctoral courses.

How to download the IPU Admit Card 2025?
Candidates appearing for the IPU CET exam or any of the accepted exams need to have a valid exam hall ticket. Entry without this document is not permitted. The steps to be followed for downloading the IPU CET/internal/practical exam admit card are mentioned below:

Q: What is the seat intake for IP University B.Ed course?
The total seats available for the IPU B.Ed programmes is 1,900. Additionally, the seats for B.Ed special courses is 243 (As per past years' data). It includes the seats available in the affiliated colleges. At the time of seat allotment, candidates are admitted as per this seat intake only. All the B.Ed offering IPU colleges have a seat intake of 100 for the course. The mentioned seat count is as per the official website/sanctioning body.
Q: What is the eligibility criteria to get admission to MBA programme at GGSIPU?
Candidates seeking admission to this course need to appear for the CAT entrance test. The final selection is based on candidates' performance in the GD & PI round. Apart from a valid CAT score, students are also required to fulfil the minimum eligibility criteria. To be eligible for GGSIPU MBA admission, candidates must have a bachelor's degree in any stream with a minimum aggregate of 50% to 60%.

Yes, admission to MBA programme is based on entrance exam. Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University accepts various national and university level entrance exams. Candidates must qualify for IPU CMAT, IPU CET, CAT and MAT to be able to get a seat at Glocal University. The basic eligibility criteria is that the candidate must have a bachelor's degree with at least 50% - 60% aggregate from a recognised university. IPU Admit Card 2025: Exam Day Instructions
Candidates appearing for the IPU CET exam need to follow the exam day guidelines. Some of the key pointers for the candidates are mentioned below:
- No candidate will be allowed inside the exam hall without an admit card.
- Entry into the exam hall is given 30 minutes before the commencement of the exam
- The candidate should have a photo ID with them along with the hall ticket.
- No mobile phone or other electronic gadget should be taken inside the exam hall.
- After getting the question paper, students shall check that they have the correct question paper.
