Veer Bahadur Singh Purvanchal University (VBSPU) is situated in Jaunpur, in the state of U. P. It was earlier named Purvanchal University. It is named after the Chief Minister of U.P Sri Veer Bahadur Singh. Established in the year 1987, it has soon made its place in the list of renowned universities of Uttar Pradesh. • Next, they must click on the ‘Result’ link on the home page.

The students will receive the original mark sheet after the publication of the VBSPU results online. The online result must not be treated as mark sheet. The students who have not qualified in a particular paper will sit for the ‘improvement examination’. To appear for the ‘improvement examination’, the students will have to apply online. The fee for the improvement examination is to be deposited online through Credit or Debit card or online banking mode. The supplementary examination is generally held in August. Again, if a student is not satisfied with his /her result, he/she may apply for ‘review’. They have to apply online for re-evaluation and the requisite fee is to be deposited online in the same way. The mark sheet contains all the details of re-evaluation procedures. The university also publishes the ‘review’ result online. If there is a change of marks after the ‘review’, fresh mark sheets are issued to the candidates. The result of the improvement examination is also published online and the students can view their results following the same procedure.
