The BALLB admission process in India generally involves a few key steps.

The exam consists of 150 questions of 1 mark each and is divided into five segments- Logical Reasoning, Legal Reasoning, Current Affairs, including General Knowledge, Quantitative Techniques and English Language. The maximum weightage is carried by Current Affairs and Legal Reasoning and Candidates must also pay attention to Quantitative Techniques. 

AILET

The exam consists of 150 questions divided into three sections, namely Logical Reasoning, English Language and Current Affairs. Logical Reasoning section carries almost 50% weightage. Logical Reasoning consists of questions which tests candidates' knowledge on legal principles.

LSAT

The exam is divided into three sections- Reading Comprehension, Logical Reasoning (I and II) and Analytical Reasoning. Candidates can prepare for this exam through mock tests and referring to books such as Legal Reasoning by AP Bhardwaj and Law Entrance Guide by Universal Publications.

A. Candidates who wish to pursue various courses in Law must ensure that they fulfil the basic educational requirements which make them eligible to appear for the entrance examinations.
