LLM popularly known as Master of Law is one of the most competitve and popular courses after completing graduation in Law. Candidates who have completed three-year or five-year law courses can pursue LLM from NLUs or other government or private universities.
Students who have completed their graduation in Law from BCI recognised universities with a minimum 55 per cent aggregate are eligible to apply for LLM course. They must also score a decent rank by appearing at various LLM entrance examinations such as AILET PG, URATPG, LSAT India etc. to pursue LLM course. The course fee ranges between INR 50,000 to 2 lakh for pursuing LLM course.
The duration of this course is either one-year or two-years. Candidates have to submit dissertation based on their area of specialisation.
