ACPC Admission Counselling Registration 2023: Check Dates & how fill Application Form

Candidates will need to follow the below steps to fill their ACPC application form:

Step-1: New candidates will need to complete the ACPC registration before filling the application form on the official website.

Step-2: After ACPC registration in 2021, candidates need to fill in all mandatory details like GUJCET 2021 Roll Number, Application Number, their name as per the GUJCET 2021 mark sheet, 14 digits PIN as given with booklet, Serial No. Provided with a PIN, and other details.

Step-3: Then fill in all the personal details in the prescribed format as asked in the ACPC registration form.

Step-4: Candidate’s GUJCET 2021 roll number will appear as their log in ID. After that, candidates have to create a password as per the stated norms. Candidates must note down the password for future log in.

Step-6: After successful completion of the online ACPC registration 2021, the provisional merit number (rank) will be allotted to the candidate on the date of its announcement.

• Class 10 marks sheet
• Class 12 marks sheet
• Caste certificate (if applicable)
• EWSs certificate (if applicable)
• GUJCET marks sheet
• School Leaving Certificate
• Non-Creamy Layer (NCL) certificate of the family
• A copy of the certificate of In-Serviceman (if applicable)
• Certificate of Physical Disability (if applicable)
• Certificate of Ex-Serviceman (if applicable)
• A copy of the certificate of income issued by the State Government on this behalf
• Latest Passport size Photograph (other than Gujarat board)
• Registration form printout

Note: All the documents should be scanned correctly and in the prescribed format.
