EMAT Application Form 2025: Registration (Closed), Fees & How to Apply

EMAT 2025 registrations has commenced online. Candidates can fill the EMAT 2025 application form in online and offline modes. The registration link is activated on the official website of IIM Kozhikode. Candidates willing to appear for EMAT exam must fill the online application form on or before the last date. EMAT 2025 registration process will be conducted in four phases. The first phase commenced on June 25, 2024, second phase commenced on August 24, 2024, and third phase started on October 26, 2024. The complete schedule for EMAT 2025 has been released by IIM Kochi.

To appear for EMAT exam, candidates must ensure to fulfill the below prescribed EMAT eligibility criteria before filling the application form:

• A Bachelor's Degree (as per the latest UGC Norms) or its equivalent in any discipline with a minimum 50% aggregate mark or equivalent CGPA.
• In the case of an absence of a dulyrecognisedbachelor's degree, candidate with a minimum aggregate percentage of 50 in CA/ICWA/CS can apply for the programme.
• The degree obtained from a foreign University subject to producing the equivalency certificate from AIU (Association of Indian Universities) or any Govt. of India approved assessment agency, or an Indian University approved by UGC along with the proof of aggregate percentage of marks obtained in the programme completed.
• Three Years of managerial/ entrepreneurial/ professional experience after successful completion of graduation as on the date of application.

EMAT 2025 application form has been released. Candidates willing to appear for Entrance exam can fill the EMAT application form in both online and offline modes. To fill the EMAT 2025 registration form in offline mode, refer the steps mentioned below:

Executive Management Aptitude Test (EMAT) is conducted by IIM Kozhikode for admission to Executive PGP of IIM Kochi. EMAT is coducted four times in a year. Candidates can appear for the EMAT exam as per their preference. EMAT 2025 exam dates has been announced. The exam will be conducted in offline mode. Candidates must report at the alloted exam centre on the day of the examination. Check the table below to know the updated EMAT 2025 exam dates for each phase.

EMAT application fee can be paid in online mode only. Candidates filling the application form in online or offline mode will have to pay the EMAT application form online. No other mode for payment of EMAT application fee is accepted. Candidates can make the online EMAT application fee payment of INR 2000 (plus taxes as applicable). To pay the fee candidates can choose any of the following modes:

1)    Credit/Debit Card (Visa, Master, Maestro, RuPay)

2)    Internet Banking (Bank transaction charges for online payment will have to be borne by the candidate)

EMAT exam is conducted in four phases in a year. Candidates can apply for the next session if not applied. However candidates are advised to stay updated with the EMAT application form last date for each phase. EMAT registration 2025 has commenced. Once the EMAT 2025 registration form is submitted, candidates will not be allowed to make changes in it. In case, you've made errors, you need to fill a fresh EMAT application form and pay the fees again. There is no provision for editing details in the application form after the EMAT registration process concludes. No request for changes in the EMAT application form will be accepted by the examination authorities. Thus, it is very important to fill the EMAT application form correctly with valid details. Candidates must keep the important documents such as Aadhaar card, class 10, class 12, graduation certificates, birth Certificate address proof, work experience documents, etc. 

EMAT 2025 application form has been released. Candidates can fill the online application at iimk.ac.in. Candidates desiring to appear for EMAT must refer the steps mentioned below to fill the application form:

• Visit Admission Notification page of EPGP Kochi at the IIM-K official website
• To register, candidates must enter the personal details- name, email ID, password, mobile number and select the programme name
• After registration, go to your email inbox to find the application number, email, mobile number and password entered
• Login to online EMAT application form 2025 using the registered application number-email-password combination
• Fill in the details like personal data, academic record, details of National-level entrance test (if appeared), employment details, career plans, extra-curricular activities, and references. Finish filling the details, review the same and submit. Candidates must note that the registration will expire in case the if the application form is not completed within seven days from the date of registration
• Make the online application fee payment of INR 2000 (plus taxes as applicable). To pay the fee candidates can choose any of the following modes:

To fill the EMAT 2025 application form, candidates must keep the following documents/information ready:

• Scanned color photograph of the candidate
• Scanned self-attested copies of the following academic records (Class 10 onwards):

 i) Class 10 /SSLC Certificate

 ii) Pre-Degree/Plus-Two/HSC/VHSC mark sheet & certificate

 iii) All mark sheets & certificate of GraduationorProfessional Qualification, as applicable,

 iv) All mark sheets & certificate of Post-Graduation (If applicable)

• Score Sheets of CAT / GMAT, (if opted)
• Work Experience Certificate (s) for the last 3 years
• Photo Identity proof (Passport/Driving License/PAN Card/AADHAR Card)
• Gazette Notification in case there is a change in Name
• Employee ID card, if available
• Category/Relaxation certificate from the competent authority (if opted)

Executive Management Aptitude Test or EMAT is conducted in four phases in a year. Candidates who will register for the entrance exam will be able to access the EMAT admit card on their registered email address. The registrations for EMAT 2025 has commenced. The dates for the other phases will be declared by IIM Kochi. EMAT 2025 admit card will be sent to the registered candidates soon after the registrattion process is completed. Only candidates who will complete the registration process along with the payment of application fee will be sent the EMAT admit card on their registered contact details.

EMAT 2025 application form link has been activated at the iimk.ac.in. on official website. Aspirants must visit the official website- iimk.ac.in to register for EMAT 2025 and submit the application form before the deadline. The EMAT 2025 application process includes filling of personal details, experience, uploading of relevant academic documents and payment of fees, without which the application will not be submitted. There will be several sections in EMAT 2025 application form- personal details, academic details, work experience, programmes, exam centre preference and fee payment.

In personal details section, the candidates will have to enter details such as name, date of birth, father's name, category, gender, nationality, communication address, email ID, mobile phone number, etc. 

In academic details section of the form, candidates must enter class 10th and 12th exam scores, Bachelor's degree details and marksheet and details of other postgraduate programme/professional courses (if any).

In Work Experience section, candidates must fill relevant work-experience if any, they need to fill in details such as name of the company, duration, etc.

At last, candidates must pay the EMAT application fee. The application fee can be paid in online mode only.
