Q:   What to do after JEE Main session 2 result?

A:

Candidates preparing for IITs are only required to appear for the JEE Advanced entrance exam after qualifying JEE Main. Students who who secure above the 98th percentile in JEE Main 2024 Session 2 should start preparing for JEE Advanced 2025 immediately. Those who score between 95th and 98th percentile should focus on improving their JEE Main score by taking multiple mock tests and practicing previous year's question papers. By analysing their strengths and weaknesses, candidates can identify their areas of proficiency and topics where they need improvement. If they can achieve full marks in their practice sessions, they can start preparing for JEE Advanced. However, if they cannot score full marks, it is recommended that they appear for multiple mock test series for more practice.

A good college but please come with mind to study not timepass.
Placements: Placements are about 50% but as a lower side for. The highest salary package offered is 18 LPA. Companies like Uber, Meesho, Amazon, etc., provide huge opportunities for office-campus getting. The highest salary package offered by Meesho in the last year was 33 LPA. All labs are well-equipped with a good library. Our canteen is average.
Infrastructure: All labs and events, even at IITs, are conducted for educational purposes. There are many events, but first-year students may not be able to participate as much. There is no hostel facility available. I initially faced issues with transportation, but I resolved them later on. Wearing a uniform is compulsory.
Faculty: Semester exams are moderate if you study well. Teachers are helpful. All faculty members are well-educated and knowledgeable. You have to do hard work by yourself. We have assessments. The study is a bit relevant. There is a better syllabus than other universities in India. The passing mark is 23 out of 70. Each subject is considered as 150 marks. There are a lot of assignments and files to complete. If you are coming, make sure to have a mindset focused on studying, as a minimum attendance of 75% is mandatory. Otherwise, students will have to face fines.
Other: Sports are good but not for everyone. 1st year had no chance. Students can play from the 2nd year in many competitions but have to be selected and play well ample amount of games. Clubs and societies are available. Our college conducts good events.

Strong infrastructure and good placements, but faculty support needs improvement.
Placements: In my course (Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning), almost 99% of students were placed. Our highest package is ₹12 lakhs, the lowest is ₹6 lakhs, and the average is around ₹4 lakhs. Top companies are Amazon, TCS, and Mahindra. Almost 98% of students got internships.
Infrastructure: In our college, we have a canteen, stationery, a football ground, a basketball court, and a volleyball court. We also have Wi-Fi in our labs and library. The food quality in our canteen is awesome, and the preparation is hygienic. We also have a good medical facility.
Faculty: Our teachers are very helpful; they provide us with notes and books for study, and they are qualified from RJPV. They are all knowledgeable, and the teaching quality is excellent. Yes, our course curriculum is relevant and helps make students industry-ready.

Great for you if you want to be placed, but if you want a better campus life, this is not the one.
Placements: In the last few years, due to the recession, rarely companies visited our college for recruitment. This year's scenario has been completely different. Mass companies visited our college and offered exceptionally high packages. The highest salary package offered is around 28 LPA. Around 2 students got placed in the AIML CSE batch.
Infrastructure: There is no such thing. Wi-Fi connection is is not provided by the college. In the first year, we even struggled for the basic mobile network so that should be kept in mind. There is no hostel or mess. Our canteen is average. Medical facilities are average. Sports and games are where our college shines every year. It is because of students' talent and hard work.
Faculty: Teachers are of great quality. They are relentlessly working in the direction of students' placements. The course curriculum might not be that relevant but it's not quite hectic too so wouldn't complain about it. Semester exams are not very difficult even if you study religiously during the break given in between exams. Students can easily pass all exams.
Other: Our course is AIML CSE. The better crowd would have been helpful. All fests are below average. Our college focuses more on academics.

Good academics, supportive faculty, enhanced project exposure and facilities.
Placements: The college boasts an impressive placement record, with 60 to 70 percent of students successfully securing positions in various domains upon completing their courses. The diversity in salary packages is noteworthy, ranging from a modest 4 lacs to an impressive 20 lacs, showcasing the college's commitment to catering to a broad spectrum of career aspirations. TCS stands out as a prominent recruiting company, a testament to the institution's strong industry connections. Additionally, a significant percentage, ranging from 20 to 30 percent, of students secure valuable internships with reputed companies, providing them with hands-on experience and industry exposure. The college takes pride in offering a comprehensive education that goes beyond theoretical knowledge. Graduates from this institution are equipped with the skills needed for diverse roles, with a focus on positions such as analyst and developer. This approach reflects the college's adaptability to the dynamic demands of the professional landscape, ensuring that graduates are well-prepared for the challenges of their chosen fields. Beyond the quantitative success metrics, the college is known for fostering an environment that encourages innovation, critical thinking, and collaboration. The collaborative efforts of dedicated faculty and industry experts contribute to creating a nurturing space where students can thrive academically and professionally. The success stories of alumni securing lucrative packages and coveted roles serve as a testament to the college's dedication to producing well-rounded, industry-ready graduates. In conclusion, this college stands as a beacon of academic excellence and career growth, with a robust placement record, diverse roles, and strong industry tries. Students not only receive a quality education but are also strategically placed to embark on a successful and fulfilling professional journey, making the institution a preferred choice for those seeking a comprehensive and impactful educational experience.
Infrastructure: The college prides itself on providing a conducive learning environment with essential facilities tailored to meet the academic needs of its students. Noteworthy among these are a robust internet infrastructure and well-equipped labs, complemented by a thoughtfully designed schedule that aligns with students' requirements. While the absence of Wi-Fi is a notable aspect, the classrooms, though of average size, serve as functional spaces for academic activities. The overall infrastructure of the college is characterized as average, with a focus on functionality. Despite this, the institution ensures that students have access to a library, fostering an environment conducive to studying, discussion, and research. The library also allows students to issue books, promoting a culture of continuous learning and academic exploration. In terms of additional amenities, the college does not offer hostel facilities. However, it features a canteen and a café on campus, both of which surpass the average standard. These facilities are not only affordable but they also maintain high standards of cleanliness and offer spacious seating areas. This ensures that students have access to quality food options in a comfortable and conducive environment for socializing and relationships. While the campus size may not be expensive, the institution prioritizes the quality of facilities over quantity. This approach aligns with the college's commitment to providing a focused and enriching academic experience within a manageable and student-friendly campus. In essence, the college strives to strike a balance between essential amenities, functionality, and affordability to create an environment where students can thrive academically and enjoy a well-rounded college experience.
Faculty: Our faculty is supportive, qualified, and delivers high-quality education. The curriculum is industry-aligned, making students job-ready. Exams are challenging yet fair, promoting critical thinking. Pass percentages indicate a conducive academic environment.
Other: I chose this course for its relevance to my career goals. The best aspects include practical applicability, experienced faculty, and a vibrant campus life. However, improvements could be made to project opportunities. Campus events are lively, but connectivity and surroundings could improve. More scholarship options and a broader range of extracurricular activities would enhance the overall experience. The course provides a solid foundation, but certain aspects could be elevated for a more enriching student experience.

Placements are average. The average package is good, but the number of students placed is less.
Placements: Placements are average. Not a lot of students are placed, though the ones placed have a good salary package. A lot of internal examinations from the college side have to be given to be eligible to sit in the placement drive. Most of the students are not able to clear them and hence become ineligible.
Infrastructure: The classrooms and the facilities are old school and traditional. The library is not that big and has more academic books only. The classes only have fans, no AC or cooler, and they are extremely hot during the summers. The college campus too is not that big. No Wi-Fi is available on the campus, and even the mobile data doesn't work here.
Faculty: The faculty mostly are helpful and friendly. The way of teaching is good. They are nice to the students. Though the curriculum followed is RGPV, I do feel the curriculum is outdated and is not very helpful in today's time. Practical knowledge given to students is not very much.
