UGAT Result 2025: Result Date, How to Download AIMA UGAT BBA Scorecard

UGAT scorecard will be released by AIMA in the last week of June 2025, tentatively. The UGAT 2025 exam will be conducted on June 14, 2024, in the paper-based test mode. Candidadtes who appear for the exam can check their UGAT scorecard online using their login credentials. The scorecards will be available only on the official website. The scorcards will be out for all courses under the UGAT exam.

The UGAT counselling is conducted in online as well as offline mode. Candidates who have qualified for UGAT exam must register themselves online through the official website. However, the Personal Interview WAT/GD and document verification round under the counselling process is held offline at the designated helpline centres. Candidates who meet the UGAT cutoff, need to visit the centre for document verification as per their rank and other selection rounds such as PI and WAT. Yes, it is mandatory for all candidates to attend the document verification round as part of the UGAT counselling process. During the document verification process, candidates must present their original documents for verification and provide their biometric details. The purpose of document verification is to ensure that the candidate is eligible for admission to the selected course and to avoid fraudulent activities. Candidates who do not attend the document verification round will be marked ineligible from the admission process through UGAT scores. Such candidates will not be considered for the seat allotment round also. Therefore, it is important for candidates to attend the document verification process physically as per the schedule announced by the authorities. 

Candidates who cleared UGAT, can apply for UGAT Counselling by following the below-mentioned steps:

Step 1: Visit the official website of AIMA UGAT
Step 2: Click on 'New Registration'
Step 3: Fill in the required details such as name, UGAT rank, score, etc.
Step 4: Cross check the several details that are filled including personal and academic details in the registration form.
Step 5: Upload photograph and signature in the specified format and size.
Step 6: Pay the counselling fee via the available payment modes. After successful payment, you will receive a payment confirmation message on your registered mobile number and email ID. Candidates then need to appear for the further selection procedure which includes GD, WAT and PI.

No, after the UGAT exam is cleared, candidates will have to go through for further selection procedure conducted by the participating institutes. The UGAT scores are accepted various colleges and universities. Candidates need to meet the cutoff criteria of the participating institutes to take admissions. The admission process includes Written Ability Test (What), Group Discussion (GD), and Personal Interview (PI). Under Graduate Aptitude Test (UGAT) is a standardized test being administered by AIMA annually to screen the candidates for various under graduate programs such as Integrated MBA (IMBA), BBA, BCA, BHM, B.Com, etc. UGAT bulletin is brought out along with the UGAT form and profiles the institutes / colleges / universities accepting UGAT score for information of the candidates. It gives wide visibility of the institutes among potential candidates. The candidates are given the option to indicate any five of the participating institutes / colleges / universities.

The data and score of the candidates are provided to the institutes / colleges / universities indicated by the candidates. In addition, candidates are provided individual score card, which can be produced to any institute. Institutes / colleges / universities can decide on the cut-off score for admission or for further screening based on the number of seats available.
