AIT Pune is too good to take if you are not getting IIT not and hour father has army background.
Placements: Placement is too good for our college as about 96% of students of previous year are placed. The average package in this college is 14 lkh, and the highest package is 54 lkh. Due to discipline and army background, company prefer more to come in the college. We have an excellent too department which is too good in availing opportunity for students. Microsoft, Delloite are some company which visit our college along with 63 others.
Infrastructure: Hostel is present inside the college and compulsory for first year student to live in the hostel. Hostel has one study table, one chair, one charpai with one cupboard and common bathroom in one floor. Hostel menu is weekly decided as pav bhaji on Monday breakfast, idli on Wed and others. The food quality is good. For boys, hostel are provided on the basis of merit and attendance, and for girls hostels are available for all. There is a nearby market Vishntwadi and Dighi.
Faculty: There is 1 counselor provided on every 20 student for sharing there personal problem and mental health. All faculty members are also good in teaching and are polite. Lower Placements than before.
Placements: I am a 2nd year IT student in AIT. Placements till 2 years back were insanely high but since the last year the placements have dropped significantly. Exam syllabus and difficulty level is quite low and one can easily score good marks without much challenges.
Infrastructure: Hostel are good, Teachers have good experience and knowledge, The quality of education is good, Wi-Fi is over priced and slow, Washrooms in some hostels are small, The campus is clean but small to explore, Coding environment is good, Senior-junior interaction is also decent.
Faculty: Exams are quite easy. There is not much burden of assignments and exams on students. Scoring marks is quite easy and very achievable. More than 20 out 60 students in the class get 8.5 + CGPA in IT and computer Science branch easily, so the competition is really impressive for all if they try to be in top 3 or 5.
Other: I chose this course as the placement was at speak compared to any other college.

A place where discipline meets opportunities.
Placements: Around 95% of students are placed in the computer engineering course. The average salary package offered is 12 LPA. Top recruiting companies are Mastercard, Google, Microsoft, etc. The internship rate is 60%-80%. Top roles offered are data analyst, SDE, ML engineer, cybersecurity, cloud engineer, and web developer.
Infrastructure: Wi-Fi, labs, classrooms, library, and all other facilities are available for students. Mess and canteens are available. Various sports grounds like football, basketball, and volleyball. Various courts like badminton, squash, tennis (both lawn and table), and MI room facilities are also available.
Faculty: Teachers are very helpful and knowledgeable and teaching quality is also good. Semester exams are easy if students already studied before the exams and pass percentage is 40% in final exams. Practical knowledge is given more importance.
Other: Computer engineering is the most demanding course, so I chose it. There are many events organized in the college and one can become a part of them. Various fests are also organised and crowd is also good enough. Connectivity is the best thing I found here.

This college is value for money.
Placements: A total of 94 percent of students were placed with the highest package of 74 Lacs per year, the lowest package of 3 Lacs per year, and an average package of 12 Lacs per year with companies like Amazon, Microsoft, and TCS. Out of 137, 93 got internships with the highest package of 4 Lacs.
Infrastructure: Hostels are good. They are regularly cleaned and contain Wi-Fi with high speed, but we can use Wi-Fi only on laptops, not on mobile. On laptops, limited sites can be used by Wi-Fi. In the mess, food is nutritious and healthy. There are 3 types of rooms in our hostel: single, double, and triplets.
Faculty: Teachers are good. They provide the best facilities for doubt-solving and ensure that we understand a topic completely. Teachers also take tests to ensure that students are studying or not. The exams taken by the college are moderate and almost every student passes except a few.

Good College on a Steep Decline Downwards.
Placements: Around 60% of students get placed in the first semester, and the rest are left to be recruited by mass recruiters in the second semester. Since the one-job policy applies to most people who get placed, they are not allowed to sit again for the examination, giving more chances to the rest of the batch. Early companies have an average of about 12 LPA but decrease as time passes.
Infrastructure: The hostel buildings and academic buildings are well constructed, but most of the college is always under construction, with new hostels and multi-purpose rooms being created every day, while also keeping up with the sports infrastructure maintenance. Cleaning is done daily, and fines are imposed for any problems created against this well-keeping.
Faculty: The faculty, curriculum, and exams are collectively dependent on Savitribai Phule Pune University, which is responsible for setting the curriculum (which is rarely changed and has content that has been running for decades). The faculty is average and helps only if you approach them out of the classroom. Most of the grading is done on the basis of attendance.
Other: My batch joined in 2021 with an annual fee of 2.97 Lacs, and it has now grown to 3.64 Lacs. The fests and competitions are very frequent and provide necessary exposure to the students. However, through our tenure, we have seen a trend of growing fines and disciplinary cases.
