Yes, hostel is compulsory. If you join the hostel you could get the best out of it. You are going to know about time managment.It is mandatory for all first year students to stay in the hostels and be a member of the mess in the hostel. Students must occupy rooms specifically allotted to them. Allotment made to a student is subject to cancellation if he/she fails to occupy the room in the prescribed time.

Medical facilities are also there in the hostel and 24*7 nurses are also available in the hostel. Their main priority is students safety and their health.
