A:

Candidates preparing for IITs are only required to appear for the JEE Advanced entrance exam after qualifying JEE Main. Students who who secure above the 98th percentile in JEE Main 2024 Session 2 should start preparing for JEE Advanced 2025 immediately. Those who score between 95th and 98th percentile should focus on improving their JEE Main score by taking multiple mock tests and practicing previous year's question papers. By analysing their strengths and weaknesses, candidates can identify their areas of proficiency and topics where they need improvement. Good placements for 2017 and 2018 batches. The infra is amazing.
Placements: The highest package is 5 LPA, average is 2.5 LPA and lowest is below 2 LPA. Reliance, sudharshan and water management related companies visit the college. Students can get internships if they clear first 4 semesters with above 60% marks.
Infrastructure: Infrastructure is amazing. All all departments have separate classrooms and labs for students. Wi-Fi is also available in the college. The canteen is not good. Intra and inter sports competitions are arranged by the sports department.
Faculty: Faculty of each department is very nice. Teachers are qualified as Masters. They are too helpful. Teaching quality is good. Pass percentage is about 40-60%. If we clear all the subjects with good credits then we are considered pass in the semester exams.
Other: Events in the college are very nice. Shivanjali is the annual years’ event and ashawamedh is the official Freshers party.

There are completely bad placement opportunities here.
Placements: Until now, there has not been any recruitment in our college. Our college regularly provides mass recruitment in the IT industry but not in any other field. You'll have to find jobs on your own reference. After spending 10 lacs of fee, you'll get placed with a salary of only Rs. 10,000 per month.
Infrastructure: Our college and hostel are 10 km apart. So, daily you have to travel 2 hours by bus to the hostel for which you have to pay money to the college. The food served in the hostel is also the worst. The quality and quantity of food are miserable.
Faculty: Faculty members are good here, and they help in completing the work. They teach time management. They normally give a shitload of work, which should be completed compulsorily by students, but they never check that.

Really Good and well Qualified Faculty
Placements: Hello, Myself Priya Dalvi currently in 2 nd year of chemical engineering course. The batch which passed out this year was placed 80% in my course. The highest package is about 6 lacs per annum. Infosys, vipro, cipla, etc are the top recruiting companies in our college. Around 70% students got internships in various reputed companies. In chemical engineering, production, plant designing , etc are the top roles offered.
Infrastructure: Chemical laboratories are well maintained. But there are some of the equipments which dont work properly. Otherwise the infrastructure of classrooms library are fantastic. Talking about the hostel i dont know much about it as iam a day scholar but according to some of my classmates who reside at college hostel, the facilities, mess food, medical and sports facilities are quite Good.
Faculty: The teachers are well qualified and knowledgeable and also helpful. Talking about the course, its syllabus provides us the theory part of the course. Semester exams are not much difficult if students are well prepared. Also college provides notes and various reference books, PYQs, research papers are also available at library for the respective course. Passing percentage of exams is about 70%.

Review of All India Shri Shivaji Memorial Society's College of Engineering.
Placements: The highest salary package offered was 6 LPA, and the lowest salary package offered was 4 LPA. The companies offered various roles such as trainee engineers, production executives, QC analyst, QC officer, stores officer, and so on.
Infrastructure: We had computer labs, chemical labs, mechanical labs, and project labs. The college had provided us with all the required facilities. There was no hostel for boys, but the college has provided girls with the hostel. The college canteen was good and also one of the best places to hang out with friends.
Faculty: Faculty members in our college were highly expertise in their field. Many of the faculty members have industrial experience, which makes it easier to connect with the students and make them ready for the outer world. The course curriculum of the study is designed with reference to guidelines given by Pune University.
Other: I opted for this course because it provided a degree in chemical engineering. There are very few colleges under Pune University that offer a degree in chemical engineering. The best thing about the course was that we were given the basic knowledge of all the other fields. The course had offered subjects which were connected with previous subjects. It was computer-aided courses such as Matlab, Chemcad, AutoCAD and so on which have made us industrial ready. After the second year, a student must undergo industrial training for a period of one month. During this time, the student is expected to apply the theoretical knowledge in the practical world and also make sure the student has gained some industrial exposure. There were many inter-college and intra-college festival which help an individual to grow in every aspect. The student gets a chance to make new contacts, new relations and to explore the hidden talents by participating in various activities like sports, cultural fest, tech fest, and so on.

A review of College of Engineering, All India Shri Shivaji Memorial Societys.
Placements: The college provides efficient placements. Many companies visit our college. They have hired about 80% of the compatible students. Companies like IBM, Amazon, L&T Infotech, Syntel, Tech Mahindra, Capgemini, TCS, ICCI, Horizon Telcom, Godrej, Bosch, and Entercom, etc., have visited our campus for placement drives.
Infrastructure: In 2017, there was a tremendous development in our college regarding infrastructure. There is an improvement in the quality of food provided in the canteen. The college took a great step regarding recycling the waste in the form of a sewage treatment plant, and this programme is initiated by the chemical department. Our college provides a good water supply. Our college has the best reading hall, and they also have a great library. Our college provides clean washrooms.
Faculty: Our college faculty members are well-experienced and student-friendly. They will help regarding all our problems. They also help students to catch up with the course curriculum in a positive manner. Faculty members are qualified and knowledgeable. They use the best suitable teaching methods which help students to understand the concepts.
Other: Our college organises many events and festivals, and extracurricular activities like Ashwamsdh and Shivanjali. The college also organises a beautiful event named Engineering Today.
