Satisfied by faculty, really good campus, placements-wise not good in 2024.
Placements: Basically, the course in which I am right now is one of the most favored courses. There were thousands who wanted to join B.Tech in Computer Science, but only a few, like me, got the chance. The highest package according to me was around 40 LPA, and the average is about 6-7 LPA. Top recruiting companies are Microsoft and Facebook. Data analysts and business managers. Almost 90% of students got internships, and the rest will be provided by the college.
Infrastructure: So, talking about the infrastructure of my campus, it is the best infrastructure among all the colleges in Pune. This is not only from me, but many students from other colleges in Pune will agree that MIT-WPU has the best infrastructure. Wi-Fi is specifically available for staff members, but we get access, and Ethernet cables are connected to each PC. There is no compromise in the hostel and quality of food. The sports players are treated well, and all the expenses and their stay are done by the university if you are moving abroad to represent the university.
Faculty: Teachers and the faculty are very helpful to the students, but there is a minus point regarding the attendance system. In 2024, the attendance is said to be 80% mandatory, and yes, it is applied. The course curriculum is definitely relevant, and it makes students industry-ready. Semester exams are not that difficult, but you need to prepare well for them.

MIT WPC was big and had various courses.
Placements: I was placed in 72 percent, I got a 6 Lacs package and my role was full stack development. In our college, many students got placed in good companies like MNCs and we were also provided with a 3-month internship. In that, we got some experience in technical work.
Infrastructure: All services were good and decent. Our library was big and had good seating capacity. Wi-Fi was provided in college with high speed, and our classrooms were also good and decent for studying. We got projectors in each class and we also got field visits.
Faculty: Our teachers were good in their class and they also helped us in our skill development. We also got the basic knowledge of each course and the teachers gave us good experience in various fields. Our semester was not so difficult because our teachers taught them so nicely.

Good infrastructure, average placement and high fees.
Placements: I was placed at Infosys with a package of 7.5 lacs. The highest package was 50 lacs. TCS also recruited students from my college. About 60% of the students got internships, and some students even got a chance to study abroad for a few days.
Infrastructure: There were no sports facilities on campus and no wifi for students. The campus has a very big ground, but it is only used for events. The campus has many trees and is not that big, but it is ok. There is an interdepartmental sports competition each year, and there is an esports club too.
Faculty: The teachers are good and they make sure that the students are industry ready. The semester exams are not that difficult, and the lab and tutorials are also not that difficult. If we attend all the lectures, the teachers will give us full marks. There is an 80% attendance criterion for the exams.
Other: I chose this college because I had an interest in coding. The college offers a variety of events throughout the year, which helps keep things interesting.

Moderately happy; it gives me free time, but the faculty and management are below average.
Placements: Most of the students are placed, but mostly through mass recruitment. The lowest package is 3 LPA, while the highest was 26 LPA. TCS, Wipro, Cognizant, and Tata are the major recruiters. Around 70% of students get internships, with software developer or similar roles being offered. The majority go on to pursue master’s degrees at our college.
Infrastructure: Classrooms are moderate, with restricted Wi-Fi and data blockers present. Labs are generally good, and the library is really well-equipped. The hostels are okay, but the food is reportedly bad, although the stay is good. The hostels are far from the college, so buses are provided, but this diminishes the convenience of living in college hostels. I prefer hostels or PG accommodations closer to the college.
Faculty: The curriculum is good, and the teaching quality is moderate, varying significantly among subjects. Some subjects are irrelevant, such as requiring computer science students to study mechanics and biology. Overall development is positive, and the UE courses are nice. Exams are mostly easy, and the majority of students pass as there is no back criteria for almost two backlogs consecutively.
Other: I chose this course as it is relatively easy and allows me to focus more on my interests and other endeavors. I would like to see improvements in the management and planning of the course to make it more relevant to current times. Events are large but only okay, and there are plenty of extracurricular activities available.

It's all about how much efforts you take. But the issue can be attendance as it's 80% compulsory.
Placements: The average package is 6-7 lacs, but the best package is 50 lacs. To get the best package, you need to be recommended by a university professor and the recruitment team. However, the guy who got the best package said he got it through an off-campus placement.
Infrastructure: The management of the college and hostels is really bad. The only thing people like about this college is the beauty of the campus. It is indeed beautiful, and there is a nice café called Encave with three branches throughout the college, one main canteen, and one in the computer science building.
Faculty: The teachers are nice and provide study material, but don't expect too much from them. We are in college, so our saviour is going to be YouTube videos and friends who send us past questions at the last minute. We will get used to it and will eventually do well.
Other: The college crowd and campus are very aesthetically pleasing. You can probably guess that the students are GenZ, and you'll have to experience their traits. But you'll also find your own good people of your choice and liking. In the end, it's all luck and destiny.
