Review of Alpha Arts and Science College, Chennai.
Placements: My elder sister studied in this college, and now she is working as an engineer in an IT company and got onsite opportunities. So, it provided hope in choosing this college. Alpha Group of Institution has 50 years of experience in educating the students. We all did internships in many channels and production houses. I did my internship at Vikatan.
Infrastructure: I was quite happy with our college infrastructure. Visual Communication department provided adequate facilities like production studios, multimedia labs and audio dubbing studio in order to enhance our skills better. Other than academics, they conducted many motivational sessions and Alpha fest for students to show their talents.
Faculty: Our college is like a second home. The bond between faculty members and students is always good. I salute my department HOD named MS S. Kavitha and our faculty members who make me better.
Other: I wanted to be a filmmaker, and I chose viscom to achieve my goal.

Our department campus is not happening, but other departments have their own campuses.
Placements: About 5% of the students from our course got placements. The lowest salary offered is Rs. 8,000 per month and the highest salary offered is Rs. 10,000 per month. There are no proper placements, but there are 100% internships. But internships are offered to only students who work hard. Placements are not conducted related to our department. Our college is not bad nor fine.
Infrastructure: Our college doesn't have a good infrastructure. There is a library, but none of the students uses it. Wi-Fi facility is not available for students and available only for the department. The lab doesn't have proper systems and also not in proper connection. The quality of the food served in the mess is not bad. I don't know whether our college has a hostel or not.
Faculty: Staff members are really good, and they do their best. They do their work and will help the students in their study. So they can do their best. Our department provides support and sent students to other colleges to participate in events. So our department is really nice.
Other: I like photography, so I joined in this course.
