Satisfied with the labs, faculty, and infrastructure. Full worth of my money .
Placements: 95% of the students were placed.
The highest package was 24 LPA.
The lowest was 6 LPA.
The average is around 8 to 9 LPA.
Caterpillar, L&T, Bosch, Mercedes, TVS, Cisco, Sobha Construction LLC, BNY Mellon, Sundaram Clayton, IT, Propel, etc. are the top recruiters.
90% of students got internships.
Infrastructure: Wi-Fi and all labs related to mechanicals are available. Some of them are SPM, FLUIDS, THERMAL, SAE, 3D printing, PNUMETICS, etc.; a class room with projectors; a good library with e-learning facilities.
Hostels are equipped with Wi-Fi, tv room, reading room, gym with good equipment, etc. are available.
Food is okay for Tamil Nadu and Kerala students; if not, you have to adjust. Medical facilities are available 24/7. Sports complex is there.
Faculty: Yes, most of the teachers are helpful; all are qualified and knowledgeable. Teaching quality is a way of teaching that differs from one to the next.
This course is very useful for students because they will learn more practical skills and become industry-ready.
The difficulty level of semester exam is high and the pass percentage is 90%.
Other: I am passionate about mechanical engineering, as I was searching for a college I found this with good faculty, mainly labs and infrastructure. More software are to be introduced in curriculum.
Hackathons and tech fairs happen regularly.
There are scholarships provided by the university based on your performance in JEE Main and AEEE.

An overview of amrita according to some opinion.
Placements: In mechanical engineering, the placement percentage is 85-90%. Most of the mechanical engineering students are placed are in either core of IT companies the lowest package was 3 LPA CTC, average package 6-7 LPA and the highest package is 15-17 LPA. Top recruiting companies are Bosch, Amazon, Wipro etc.
Infrastructure: The labs are very good they every different set of experiments in different sheds. The apparatus is all well maintained, along with every instructions provided. Classrooms are decent and can hold a strength of 60 members structure similiar to a school classroom.
Faculty: The teachers are very skilled and qualified, teacher has a minimum Ph.D. and multiple achievements in various fields. They are highly skilled and published multiple research papers. This course curriculum is only relevant for mechanical and cannot help much in IT sector as there are only 2 coding languages being taught.
Other: There are many fests conducted.

Life at Amrita is really nice, and we do not regret the decision.
Placements: Till now, what I have found is that most of the people, around 80 to 90%, have been placed. The highest LPA was 25 LPA in my Mechanical Engineering department, and the average was around 10 LPA. Top recruiting companies included Bosch, Caterpillar, and Royal Enfield. Almost 99% of the students got internships either at their own places or at places offered by the college.
Infrastructure: The facilities and infrastructure for my department are very nice. We have many labs, both outdoor and indoor, and the library is really impressive. However, the hostel situation is really bad. The hostel food, bathrooms, and rooms are subpar. This is the only complaint I have about my life at Amrita. I hope it improves because we complain every single day.
Faculty: In my Mechanical Engineering department, the fees for one year are 3.5 lakhs. The teachers are very helpful and well-qualified, with many coming from top IITs. Their knowledge is excellent. The professors don’t speak much in class but ask us to refer to textbooks, which makes communication with them easy. The course curriculum is relevant, but it does make students’ lives a bit challenging. The semester exams are quite difficult, with a pass percentage around 40%.

It is a great college better than most other government institutions.
Placements: Almost 100% of students are placed. The top recruiting companies are Amazon, Tesla, and Toyota. Around 100% of students get internships, and the top role offered is an engineer. The Directorate of Corporate and Industry Relations (CIR), the department of Amrita Vishwavidyalaya Vidyapeetha which provides placements and internships to the university's students, is in charge of conducting Amrita University placements 2021. It offers attractive placements opportunities, roping in companies like Samsung, Ford, Amazon, Dell, Infosys, EY, Blue D-ART Reliance, Nokia, Tata, and so on. Amrita University 2021 placements are currently underway and are likely to be conducted till March 2021. This university's placements department aims to bridge the gap between academics and the industry arena by initiating summer and winter internships, building a rapport with top companies by organizing visits, tapping into the alumni networks, providing special training to students, and so on. The solid placements rate over the years can be attributed to the robust Amrita University admission process that often attracts the best and the brightest academic talent in the country. The placements at Amrita University 2021 are therefore expected to show a promising picture with competent industries employing an equally competent group of students.
Infrastructure: There is around a 400-acre campus which is well planned with infrastructures like academic buildings, administration wing, central library, hostels, guest house, staff-quarters, shopping complex, swimming pool, and playgrounds. The campus has a built-up area of over 28 lakh square feet linked by 7 km black topped roads. Eight hostels accommodated 5000 students. A swimming pool meeting Olympic standards are utlized by students, staff, and others on the campus. Two powerhouses are installed with a total generating capacity of 1660 KVA to meet the shortage in power supply. Amrita also provides uninterrupted power and water supply round the clock.
Other: It provides talent search for first years, intramural competitions for all students. Annual sports day for every academic year, intercampus tournament in selected disciplines, summer, and winter coaching camp in swimming, friendly matches in intra and inter departmental level are conducted.

Review of Amrita School of Engineering, Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham, Coimbatore.
Placements: The placements are good. 50% of students got placement, and remaining students choose their career out of what they study. The highest package is 40 LPA, the lowest package is 2.3 LPA, and the average package is 5-8 LPA. Top recruiting companies for my course are Larsen and Turbo, Tata, NTPC, etc.
Infrastructure: All lab equipment control given to the student for learning purpose. There is no chance to bunk or skip the class if we entered into college. We have to permission of the parents to reach out of the campus. Full tight security is there. Hostel is okay to stay and food is acceptable.
Faculty: Teachers are helpful, qualified, and knowledgeable about the teaching subject. Controlling the class is good; they didn't skip any topics from the syllabus. And the syllabus is completed on time. Exams are conducted very strictly, and malpractice is strictly prohibited in the college.
