You can take admission if you wish to.
Placements: Our college do not provide placement as such so yeah an average star. But we have a placement cell but that usually gives you a exposure of how to connect with all the companies. They also do not provide placement as such. As I am in my last year, I haven't seen anyone getting placement from my college till now.
Infrastructure: Talking about infrastructure we do have a good greenery around our college. And you can see a lot of flowers and plants around the campus. The libraries and the college classes are clean but not the washroom they are in a very bad condition. The wifi isn't that much good too. So yeah above average there are good infrastructure in some things but on the same time some other things have poor infrastructure.
Faculty: The faculty is really good. They explain each n everything in a very good manner when it comes to studies but at the same time many teachers are very strict related to the assignment, test and everything. They do not even provide notes. They have a good content when they teach from the ppt. So, overall the faculty is good.
Other: Coming on to the events we do not have a big campus and it takes a lot of permissions from college premises to conduct any event and it is very difficult to get the permission. Fest majorly the fest started from this year only and we do not have any star or any other thing on our fest. The things seems quite boring on fest days. Psychology is a really good option I wanted to be a psychologist and no other field can help me other than Psychology. Best things is that Psychology is too overhyped in our college there is a mindset people have made related to the Psychology people in our college. The faculty is okay okay only.

Good infrastructure is there.
Placements: Typically, placement rates can vary with programs and institutions, often ranging from 70% to 100% for popular courses. Highest salary packages can range from $100,000 to anywhere around $200,000+, depending upon the industry, and average salary packages vary from $60,000 to $80,000.
Infrastructure: Most institutions offer campus-wide Wi-Fi access, providing reliable internet connectivity for students. There are computer labs, specialized labs, and smart classrooms equipped with projectors and lights that play an essential role in the study experience.
Faculty: It’s relevant because it offers value for money. It makes the students industry-ready! The teachers are helpful, qualified, and knowledgeable. The teaching quality is good as well. The course curriculum is relevant and is subject matter-focused, making the difficulty easier for students.
Other: It's kind of interesting. Many fests and events are held here. There are a few things that need to be improved, such as connectivity and scholarships that could provide a better experience for students.

Not satisfied, could be better.
Placements: We have not gotten an internship from the department yet, but there are societies that provide internships and opportunities. We have asked my professors to provide us workshops, but our voice has not been heard yet. Most psychology students have to pay to get internships, and it is difficult to find internships that are paid.
Infrastructure: The library is too small, and we often can't find the textbooks we need. The college should provide more books. The canteen is also too small, and the food they prepare seems unhygienic. And finally, the college has several Wi-Fi networks, but none of them seem to work.
Faculty: The exams are getting a little more difficult each semester. However, the professors are knowledgeable and provide us with PDFs that are very helpful. The passing percentage is above 35 or 36, but it is not that difficult to pass. There are two exams each year.
Other: The campus has a number of dogs that are well taken care of by the students. The dogs are vaccinated and fed daily.

The faculty and curriculum is good for the most part.
Placements: In my course specifically, getting placed is definitely more dependent on actual skills and experience via internships. Therefore, return on investment varies highly from person to person and many start their own private practices in psychology.
Infrastructure: The psychology lab is only moderately equipped with psychological tests, assessment batteries, etc. It is well ventilated and furnished with air conditioning. Classrooms of our department are aesthetic to say the least and they do justice to the moderate high fees charged for a government college. There is an open canteen and an AC Library and reading room which is very silent. The college lacks medical facilities and the Wi-Fi only works at certain places.
Faculty: A lot of the new implementations of the NEP are seen. I would have preferred to have 1 more core paper as opposed to the AEC, SEC and VAC. Studies are moderately difficult depending upon what lectures you take. This course mainly forms a theoretical base for your Masters in psychology and is more or less up for that task sufficient. Although the passing criteria is lower, having atleast 75-80% is favoured in the market academically (this can be offset by meaningful internship experiences).

Average college and mediocre in all aspects.
Placements: In my psychology department, we have around 75 students, but the college has not provided us with internships or workshops. However, some societies offer placements and internships. This lack of direct support from the college has been a recurring complaint among students. Many who have secured psychology-based internships had to actively seek them out themselves.
Infrastructure: The faculty members are mediocre. While our campus is smaller compared to other DU colleges, it has a pleasant garden. The Wi-Fi connectivity is unreliable, and the library is average; I don't use it frequently, so I can't provide a detailed assessment. The canteen food is average but affordable. My biggest concern is the washrooms, which are poorly maintained and make using them a less than pleasant experience.
Faculty: The professors in my department are knowledgeable and intellectually strong, but their teaching methods vary. Some are effective and engaging, while others are less impressive. We have two-semester exams each year, and the difficulty level often depends on your preparation. Some subjects are more challenging than others, but overall, DU seems lenient with grading.
Other: I chose psychology because of my passion for the subject and my interest in working in this field. However, I believe the course could benefit from more application-based studies.
