Our college provides good opportunities at affordable fee.
Placements: Placements are not provided on campus. Students get internships in local companies on their own to gain experience. Students have to compete UG and PG and then qualify for competitive exams to succeed. B.Tech courses are not offered in our college.
Infrastructure: Facilities provided in our college are limited. Its building is old and the infrastructure is not good. The library is good and consists of all the books.
Faculty: Teachers in our college are well qualified. Teaching quality is good. Students have to attend classes regularly. Semester exams are moderately difficult and strictly conducted. The pass percentage is 33%.
Other: Our course fee is not high. Students have to take part in extracurricular activities and join ABVP by themselves.

Total waste of time. Not at all up to the mark in any field.
Placements: Our college does not gives placement to students in B.Sc. With any subjects. In other courses like B.Tech, BCA etc. There must be placements but for plain graduation there are no placements in our college. That too in those courses too I have never heard of good packages. The percentage of students getting placements is very less to almost 10%.
Infrastructure: Our classrooms are just very big rooms and equipped with very old type furniture only. Other than furniture and fans there are no other facilities. There is no hostel in our college. There is no mess and canteen. For sports the facilities are quite good and equipment is also good but our basketball court is not at all in a playable condition.
Faculty: Many teachers not even come during their lectures and they don't even bother if any student comes or not. It does not make the students industry ready at all. I don't have idea about semester exam because during our time it used to be annual. Talking about annual exam difficulty it was quite good. Passing percentage was the normal 33%.
Other: I just wanted to do plain graduation so that I can also prepare for other competitive exams. They should be wary of the student's attendance and also they should be strict towards exams privacy There are very few interactive events and programmes. Scholarship is there which is good enough and extracurricular activities are also there.

My experience with the department.
Placements: 35% of the students were placed in this course. The highest package was 1.2 LPA, and the average package was 1 LPA. The recruiting companies were pharma companies and some agricultural companies. Approximately 55% of the students were interned in the companies. Associate roles and lab assistant roles were offered by the companies.
Infrastructure: The faculty of our department is good, but the labs of our college were awesome, and the teachers were very qualified. The college was affiliated with the government. The hostel was closed due to some issues, but the sports ground and the gym were open for us whenever we wanted.
Faculty: Yes, the teachers were very helpful and well-qualified. Yes, the course definitely helps for the future. No, there was no difficulty with the exams. Initially, when I was doing the course, there were no semester-based exams. Since I am doing this course in 2022, the new education policy was applied after 2023, so there were no semester-based exams. There was no difficulty in exams if you had read all year.
Other: Because I have an interest in Chemistry, that was the first reason I chose the course. The second thing that attracted me more was the laboratory. Scholarships were given by the government, and at the end of the year, the fest was held in the college.

Review of Bareilly College.
Placements: A very minimum number of students get placements as B.Sc science does not offer a huge range of placements in India. After completing B.Sc, many students have opted for M.Sc from the same college, while others opted for government job preparation. Many students chose B.Ed after B.Sc.
Infrastructure: As it is a government college, so facilities are not top-notch and are just like other government colleges with an old building and a lot of trees. There is a library, and it is a nice place to read. Wi-Fi is not available much in college. In some departments, there is Wi-Fi, and it is protected with a password.
Faculty: Faculty members here are NET qualified and highly experienced with a minimum of more than 5 years of experience. But they don't teach with full dedication as there are many teachers who run their own coaching after college time. The subject is relevant but not much good that makes students industry-ready.

Overall, the infrastructure is good and of the British model. In terms of education, it is average.
Placements: I have completed my graduation in B.Sc chemistry from this college. None of the students got placed in any company because none of the companies visited the college for recruitment purpose. Some of the students attended Rojgaar Mela held outside the college, but none of them joined the company because of low salary packages offered.
Infrastructure: The hostel facility is available but has a very limited number of seats. If you want to join the hostel, you must have to contact Chatra Neta to make it easily available for you. Wi-Fi facility is available but only for teachers and not for students. Labs are well-equipped, and the classroom condition is overall good.
Faculty: Faculty members here are highly qualified and helpful in nature. They helped in every situation wherever you need them. They easily solve your problems. This science course makes students eligible for the industry purpose. There were no semester exams. Exams are held every year with an average difficulty level.
Other: There were a total of 78 students in our batch. Some of them came to college daily, while some came weekly. There is no issue with attendance. I have chosen this course as I thought that it has great scope. But after passing, I found that it is not useful. Events are organised every year, and the campus contains a crowd.
