It has a good structure. Teachers are helpful.

Placements: The placement was not up to the mark for 2015 batch. But, in 2016 and 2017, students are placed in highly reputed companies like TCS and other companies with good salary package. This year also, the placement is up to the mark. In coming years, it will be fantastic. Placement depends on your skills and knowledge about the subject.

Infrastructure: There is a great infrastructure. It is situated on huge acres of land in Siuri. It is a three-storied building and is increasing. We have electrical and mechanical labs on the ground floor. There are separate workshops for mechanical students. There is also a separate workshop for civil students.

Faculty: In the college, we have electrical, electronics, mechanical, civil, computer science and information technology branches. The faculty are too good at electronics and electrical branches. They are well qualified and are very helpful. There is a reading room in the college.

Other: Every year, there used to be annual sports fest. The internet connectivity is there. 50% scholarships are also available to the desired candidates. Different workshops are held on the campus.

Absolutely dissatisfied by the placement policies and the recent condition of faculty.

Placements: It is a private engineering college, well known all over Bengal, Bihar and Jharkhand for the placements. In the recent years, the placements quality and quantity have degraded a lot, unlike its performance was earlier. Last year only one company visited our college for campusing, that too not up to the mark and rest of them were all pool campusing. It's disappointing to see our college go down to such miserable conditions.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure of our college is quite fine, and it possesses all the essential laboratory apparatus which are in good condition. New machines for electrical and computer science engineering department have been installed two years back. Our college posses other facilities as well that which are expected in an engineering college. The quality of foods in the canteen is not good, and proper cleaning of hostels is not done. The equipments for gym and sports are provided by the college as per our requirement.

Faculty: The quality of faculty has deteriorated in the recent years. The amount of classes taken by them is however up to the mark. Good faculty members from every department have left the college, and proper replacement for them is not yet done. The teachers are quite helpful even though I feel that the quality and standards of teachers have degraded over the past few years.

Other: The extracurricular activities are not entertained by the college nowadays. The technical fests, as well as cultural fests, are not initiated by the college authority. The students take the sole responsibility for the fests. The surroundings of the college campus are not very healthy. The drains near the hostel are not cleaned at all and pigs loiter there near the hostel building. The College doesn't arrange any scholarship on their own. Only students belonging to SC, ST, OBC and minority caste receives the scholarship, that too from the state government.

Absolutely satisfied because of faculty, good placement, good infrastructure and facilites.

Placements: The placements of my college are not too good, but some of the students are placed in the best companies like TCS, Infosys, Amazon, Indian Army and many others. In 2014, many students are placed from the campus selection, but after that, placement rate is low. But, in 2016, placement is as much as that in 2014. Overall, I say that the placements are good in my college.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure of my college is too good, it is spread across 30-acres. All the lab equipment is available as required by the WBUT syllabus, but ME branch is the best in my college. The facilities like Wi-fi, a very big library and a big reading room are also available and good.

Faculty: All the faculty is good, they help students and treat them as friends, especially the behaviour of the HOD is too good. All the faculty completed their courses in time. And, the teaching method used by some teachers is too good, but there is this one thing that you have to study hard on your own to be the best.

Other: I am Anish Kumar from Bihar and when I get the admission in Birbhum Institute of Engineering and Technology, I was happy. With all the facilities provided by the college, I especially thank the HOD of EE who's behaviour is too good. He has a friendly behaviour with all the students.

Other: The college is good, but the problem is that due to its distance from Kolkata the faculty doesn't want to live here, and also poor campus placements are another major problem. Its infrastructure is huge, and hostel facilities are good. The faculty is helpful. If the campus placements improve, then it can be a famous school in this region.

Absolutely satisfied because of faculty, environment and studies.

Placements: Placement is not as good as previous year. But some students are placed in multi national company across India. The salary package is about 2.4 Lacs per annum. The lowest is 1.8 per annum. Senior student are placed in some good company. Students got internship.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure of the college is good. Wi-Fi campus. Lab are decorated. Library facilities are good. There are many number of book present in library. Sports material are good. Also good gym centre is present. Canteen provide good food in low cost.

Faculty: Teacher are highly qualified. They help us when we need them. Not only they help us during college after college they also help us. They teach us with new technologies.

Other: Sports events are happening every year. Surrounding by the flowers. Scholarships are given to the needy and smart students. College done some social work.
