The information about my college.

Placements: We have never introduced to placements. We were never offered anything. C.u.Shah is the only college in Surendranagar that was worth studying, but they made it trash. Need a lot of improvements in the college now. The college principal should take good care of the college.

Infrastructure: The classrooms are good. The labs are perfectly working. The library has a lot of books to read, and the Wi-Fi is not available. The campus is good. We were never introduced to sports and games. They have medical facilities, but they are not used. The quality of the food is okay as far as I know.

Faculty: The faculty members of electricals and communications were much better. Now they are hiring newly graduated students. Not really qualified faculty members are available now. They need to hire good faculty members for the sake of student's future and future of the C.U. Shah College of Engineering and Technology.

Good college for the local students with average placements.

Placements: The placements for our batch was average, and only 2 to 3 students were selected in the campus interviews with local companies of Surendranagar like the MS Bearings, etc. TCS also conducted interviews, but no one was selected, and the same happened with our senior batch.

Infrastructure: The Wi-Fi was very good. The labs were also very good which contains all the required equipment. Also, the classrooms and library were excellent. Medical facilities were also good. There were also sports and games which were excellent, as all the sports events organised were very good. We enjoyed this very well.

Faculty: The teachers are very helpful, but we feel that most of them are very young to teach in the engineering college. Our new faculty are our previous year seniors, though it is good for a friendly environment, but not good for the knowledge. Teaching quality was good for younger teachers and the best with knowledgeable teachers. They teach with presentations and also by the practicals. Also, the student-faculty ratio was 100:1. We also got an industry exposure on the campus.

Other: There are lots of events like the Robotics, General Knowledge quiz, etc. organised in the college. All the festivals are also organised like the Navratri, Independents Day, Republic Day, etc. The campus crowd is also very good, and its connectivity is also very good. Also, the campus surroundings are excellent. The scholarship schemes are very good for SC and ST students. Also, the extracurricular activities conducted were good.

The college is very poor currently.

Placements: In our college, placements in our college are very well. In our seniors, only 4 students got placed from the entire branch. The salary packages offered were also very low. Students require 60% in their academics for placements. Only one top company visited our campus for recruitment and was TCS. Students go to their field of interest and to get some companies requirements.

Infrastructure: Facilities in the labs were very well, and most of the basic equipment was available in our lab. Classrooms were also good. There was a library on campus. But the medical facilities were very poor. The sports event was arranged every year for a week. The ground was good for playing.

Faculty: Faculty members in our college were qualified, but there were only three to four knowledgeable faculty members, and others were freshers and less experienced in our department. Students in our college are very less currently. But the faculty members are random for the subject. A few teachers are very helpful.

Other: Events were arranged regularly. The campus was huge and the surroundings were very natural.

This college is not recommended for joining because the college fee is very high.

Placements: Placements are average here. Placement companies are S.S. White, SPM, Bering, etc. The salary offered is up to Rs. 10,000 per month. This college doesn't have internships, and there is no placement cell. The salary offered is very low, and companies which visit here are below average. Placements are available for our batch and not available for the senior batch. From the entire batch, about 10 to 12 students get placements.

Infrastructure: There is no Wi-Fi, and labs work is provided for 2 hours per week. Classrooms are very clean, but there are no medical facilities. Sports and games are conducted for 3 days per 2 months. The food served in the canteen is very clean and has a standard team. Hostel rooms are dirty, and they are cleaned once in 2-3 days. The infrastructure is very old, and the second building is new.

Faculty: Faculty members here are very helpful and friendly. They have master's degrees, etc., and they are very knowledgeable. Their teaching quality is best, but the entire syllabus is not completed per semester. Teaching methods are practical and include a complete introduction to use factors.
