A:
{Source: B.Sc. students & alumni}

Based on the reviews and feedback from students and alumni, here's a summary:

* Teaching: The college has highly qualified and well-experienced faculty members. However, there is a shortage of faculty members, leading to irregular classes and inadequate practical training.
* Course curriculum: The course curriculum is designed by ICAR and covers both theoretical and practical aspects of agriculture. While the curriculum is relevant, students feel that it could be more focused on practical applications.
* Placements: The college has a poor record of placements, with most students struggling to find employment opportunities. Despite efforts to improve placements, the college still relies heavily on student-initiated initiatives.
* Infrastructure: The college has a large campus with 360 acres of land, but the infrastructure is average. The hostel facilities are good, with amenities such as Wi-Fi, laundry facilities, and a sports room. However, the mess food is not hygienic, and the canteen needs improvement.
* Student life: Campus life is generally quiet, with no organized festivals or extracurricular activities. However, there are plans to organize sports tournaments at the university level.
* Scholarships: Scholarships are available to students, making the course more affordable.
* Internships: While some students have secured internships with companies like Syngenta and Fed trust, these opportunities are limited, and most students opt for self-funded internships or pursue higher education.

Here's a summary in bullet points:

* Highly qualified and experienced faculty members

* Poor record of placements (most students struggle to find employment)
* Average infrastructure (good hostel facilities, but subpar mess food and canteen)

Our college has value for money but placements should be improved.
Placements: Placement cell is not active in our college. So placement rate is very low. After 2018, the placement rate became very low and should be improved. Companies aren't that interested in hiring students from our college. Around 20% of students got internships from Fed trust, Syngenta, etc.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of our college isn't so good. The campus has 360 acres of land but no proper use of it. The hostel is good to stay in with many facilities like Wi-Fi, washing machine, sports room, mess, etc. Medical facilities are not provided on campus.
Faculty: Teachers in our college are highly qualified. The teaching method is good but there is a shortage of faculty members. The course curriculum is designed by ICAR which includes both theory and practical. Exams are semester based. There are internals, practicals, and theory exams.
Other: Our college does not provide social life or campus life. Fests and extracurricular activities are not organised.

I am satisfied with this college but it does not give great experience.
Placements: Our college provides very rare placements and does not have a placement cell. The placement rate decreased after 2017. Many students do not get placed. Some companies that offer internships to students are Syngenta, Fed trust, and Nahep. Placements need to be improved.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of our college is average. It has 360 acres of land area. The hostel is good but the mess food is not hygienic. Wi-Fi and sports facilities are available in our hostel. The canteen is very bad and needs to be improved. There are no medical facilities on campus.
Faculty: The course curriculum is prepared by ICAR. Faculty members in our college are very good and well qualified but there is a shortage of faculty members. Classes are not conducted regularly. Exams are conducted semester-wise. Students have to appear for internals, practicals, and semester exams which are based on the syllabus.
Other: Campus life is boring. Clubs are not available in our college. There are no fests and extracurricular activities conducted in our college.

Review of College of Agriculture, Sehore.
Placements: Placements are not good in our college. There were rare placements after 2017. We don't have an active placement cell. Companies are not interested in hiring students. Some students are getting internships from Agrinext, Syngenta, etc. Placements need to be improved.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of our college and the hostel is not that great. It is average. A very small number of students are accommodated in the hostel. The hostel has Wi-Fi facilities and a sports room. Mess food isn't that hygienic. Classrooms are digitalised, but the library should be improved.
Faculty: Our course curriculum is according to ICAR. Faculty members are well qualified and have PhDs. The shortage of faculty members is a big problem. Classes are not conducted on time. Exams are semester-wise with internals and practicals. It's not that hard to pass. The curriculum is relevant, but it should be more focused on the practical side rather than being theoretical.
Other: I have always been interested in agriculture. The best thing is to get to know modern technology for agriculture. Our college has some flaws, like no campus life, no good placements, and average infrastructure.

I'm partially satisfied, but there is still scope of improvement.
Placements: There is no campus selection in college. There is a rare visit of companies to the college for placement. A good number of students got internships from this college. There are less than 30% of students who can get internships. Most of the students go for higher studies or off-campus jobs. .
Infrastructure: Hostels facilities are there with good rooms, cleanliness and free Wi-Fi. But, in the hostel there is no mess facilities or temporary mess facility. College organizes sports tournament at University level.
Faculty: There are good and highly qualified professors available, but there is a shortage of professors in this college. The course curriculum is followed by ICAR. Semester exams are in form of mid semester practicals and final theory papers. Their required percentage is 50% for each subject to pass.
Other: I want to be an Agriculture field officer so I choose this course. I want improvement, like college should focus on placements. Improve mess and canteen.

It is an average college but value for money, and placements should be improved.
Placements: We don't have a placement cell. Students are mostly unemployed. We have to go to Gwalior for placements. There are no reputed companies for campus placements. Very few students got internships. Mostly, we have to pay for internships. No company has arrived here since 2018.
Infrastructure: The college has very poor infrastructure. The hostel is awful. Mess is not hygienic. The hostel has some facilities like Wi-Fi etc. But they don't allow all students to be accommodated in the hostel. There are no medical facilities on campus. Sports facilities are very limited. The canteen is bad.
Faculty: The college lacks faculty members. Professors are well qualified, good and helpful in our knowledge improvement. The course curriculum is based on ICAR. Exams are held semester-wise, and we have to score 50% in every subject. We lack practical classes. Faculty members are helpful and cooperative.
Other: No fest is held on campus. There are no social clubs. Campus life is bad. We get scholarships every semester.
