Satisfied with the college talent exposure and the placements, but it has an average infrastructure.

Placements: The placements in the college are very good, especially for a commerce graduate from a college of Delhi University. The companies like EY, Genpact, etc., come here for the commerce graduates. The highest package offered to the students in this college goes up to Rs. 2-2.5 lacks per annum. The internships are not directly offered by the college, but is offered from the university.

When compared to the other colleges, DRC is far better.

Placements: In my course B.Sc. Life Science, there were no placements. The placements are provided only in the technical courses in Delhi University and commerce courses as well. A good number of students got the placement from DRC. I was not the part of the placements, so I don't know about all these things.

Dissatisfied with lack of good placements.

Placements: The placement cell of our college is working average. Placements in our batch are less. Even in our senior batch also there were only a few placements. The highest salary offered last year was 4 LPA. Only a few companies visit our college for placements every year.

The college is average. If you want to become something then always go to a private universe.

Placements: There are quite a less number of placements on the campus. The placements are mostly for technical students or commerce background students. None of the humanities background students gets placed, and that is a very negative point about the college. Also, very few companies come during placements, and those top-ranked companies place did not place many students.

DRC, working towards progress.

Placements: The placements in my college are from reputed companies. These include companies such as KPMG, EY, etc. As it's my first year, I am yet to know of the statistics, though the placement cell at my college is very active and because of that, many students apply for an interview and get desired placements. Various internship programs were also initiated wherein students from the first year were also selected with a stipend of about Rs. 8,000-10,000 and incentives are depending on their work. Girls college. Good crowd with quality teaching from teachers.

Placements: The placement cell of the college is not very active; they pitch with the companies which offer very less package. This case is not only with B.Com honours students but also for the other courses too. The college lacks the potential of approaching good companies which offer good packages.

A decent college to be in.

Placements: The placements opportunity depends on the placement cell activity during that year. Sometimes it is pretty good sometimes it doesn't go as planned. The teachers are supportive, but you have to be active, and ultimately it all depends on how much effort you are putting from your side. My rating for the placements would be 3/5.

You have better places to be at!

Placements: The placement cell of DRC was quite dormant and I never heard or saw any friend of mine even talk about placements. I never really gave it a thought, although in hindsight I think it should have been a bit more active. There was no participation from the teachers as well and we really lacked the will to even create a buzz about placement in our college.

DRC- Yes, the one next to SRCC.

Placements: Nothing great about the placement cell. I didn't get any notification nor did some good company visit our college. Highly disappointed. None of my batch mates or my seniors got placed through the college placement cell. The placement might have been better for masters courses.

Satisfied with the faculty and good placements but infrastructure of the college was poor.

Placements: Placement of DRC was quite good. Around 70% students were placed. Average salary package offered was around 5 lakh per annum. Companies like RBS, EnY and KPMG came to our college. However, the internship programmes were not that good in Daulat Ram. Only a few companies approached for internships and the highest stipend offered was 10k per month.

Dissatisfying infrastructure, average faculty.

Placements: I am not sure about placements because neither did I apply for them nor did any of the people I know. Everyone wanted to get a higher degree. But since it is a college in the North Campus, it does attract pretty awesome companies. The placement season is very busy in college and it is very visible from the sudden discipline being followed and classrooms starting to get makeovers.

A nice college life at Delhi University where I developed my personality and communication skills.

Placements: 15%-20% students were placed. KPMG was one of the good companies that visited my college. Placements of my batch were comparatively lesser than the earlier batches. The highest salary offered was approximately 7 lacs. There were no companies which came for offering internships.

The college that lies in the middle of North Campus.

Placements: The college, being a reputed college of North Campus, Delhi University, lives up to its reputation when comes to placements. Students from commerce background get a lot of opportunities. Many good companies like RBS, Genpact, EY, etc visited the campus and offered many good opportunities to the students. Besides the companies, the college has tie-ups with many organisations that offer free guidance to the students for their future.

Good infrastructure. Supporting faculty.

Placements: Our placement cell is active and conducts regular seminars. They have been inviting companies and interacting with the student. They also organise internship fairs. They make sure that the students also participate. Companies like Wipro, Hike etc. have visited our campus. Students from commerce background have the largest share of employment opportunities.

Poor infrastructure, strong academics.

Placements: Not many opportunities are offered to English hons. students in the college, plus, many students themselves are not interested in taking placements as they look up for jobs from outside or prepare for higher studies. Placements for other courses like B.Com and eco. are offered and students do appear for the same.

Do not fall for the north campus.

Placements: The placement cell of Daulat Ram college is not active at all. They did not invite any of the companies to the campus and hence none of the students got placed from this college. While the central placement cell for Delhi university is open for all, the economics students have fewer chances of getting placed straight out of graduation.

Good faculty but lack of good infrastructure and facilities.

Placements: There were no placements for the zoology department batches. As there were extremely less number of good research institutes in India, they preferred to recruit master's degree or PhD scholars. There were very few students who did internships related to zoology. To sum it up, there were not any sort of opportunities for the undergraduate biological students.

It was fine except for being all girls college. The teachers were good except for the crowd and other facilities. There were hardly any quality people I met. But, overall, considering the faculty, it is an average one. Well, the placements at DRC are really bad. So, no point of being in a top ten college like this one.

Daulat Ram College is located in north campus and is a very famous girl’s college in Delhi University. Faculty is very nice. Placements of this college are also very good. The college is very amazing. Its crowd and the aura, the canteen area is awesome. It is a very beautiful and lush green campus.

College is well built and has a nice infrastructure. If we talk about study, teachers there are well educated & have a great talent of teaching, no complaint in that. Facilities are not so good, nothing special & attractive is there it’s just a good college.
