It was a Good Experience Overall.

Placements: Placement was good for my course. Many companies did come for recruitment such as EY, KPMG, S&P Global. The placement cell is pretty active and tried to bring maximum companies on campus. The average package offered is around 3-4 Lacs per annum. For other courses, the situation was not that good.

The college has a bad infrastructure but good teaching faculty.

Placements: Internships are not provided in the biofield but can pursue it by chemistry. Maths is an additional subject as it has more career opportunities further. After completing B.Sc., either you can do Masters or job as a lab assistant, research, industries and as faculty.

A college with different streams along with many part-time courses.

Placements: No such placements were offered in the chemistry department. Wipro once visited for science graduates placements, but none of the students was interested. There were no such placements for science graduates. Other streams were placed in some companies, but there is no placement for science.

Below average in terms of Placement and Infrastructure.

Placements: The placement scenario of our college is very bad. Companies like E&Y, Deloitte and KPMG hardly visit the campus. The packages offered are very low compared to other students of other DU colleges. The placement committee is either not competent or not given that much authority to approach more companies.

I am dissatisfied because of the infrastructure.

Placements: Placements here are good enough. Companies like KPMG, Deloitte, etc, visit the college during campus placements. Internship fair is also conducted by the placement cell. Sometimes but only in rare cases, A1 companies visit the campus to hire interns. Most of the time, they do not visit here. Lots of internships are offered through Internshala as well.

I am satisfied, but there are chances for improvement.

Placements: There are no placement opportunities as such for this course. Though for other courses, companies visit here for placements, and students are placed in good companies. There is a proper placement cell and committee, and it is student-driven. An event for internships is also held here.

I'm neither satisfied nor dissatisfied with the college.

Placements: The placement cell in the college is quite efficient in bringing in companies. The placement drives are conducted in a very professional manner, and there are rules which are strictly followed. However, most of the companies visit the college to hire the students of commerce course or any other non-language arts courses.

I am not very satisfied with the college especially due to its infrastructure and crowd.

Placements: The placement cell of the college has not been very active. They do organise events, but they are generally related to limited fields. None of my seniors has got placement from the college. They organised an internship fair, last year, which according to me was the best event so far. They should organise this at least once a year.

Good college for Psychology.

Placements: Placements were mostly for B.Com and B.A. Economics students in the college. During 2016, the maximum salary offered was by EY company, which was 2.5 LPA. Two students got placed in it. The college not provided with an internship to students and I had no idea about the stipend. Placement cell was active but not very useful till 2017.

I had a satisfactory experience.

Placements: I did not attend any of the interviews as I had different plans to pursue postgraduation. As I came to know from my friends and other people, most of the students were really unhappy with the placements. Good companies never show up, especially for our particular course.

The faculty is good and also the infrastructure but needs a bit of repairment.

Placements: I still have not graduated from the college but I have heard that the placements are good. As it's a Delhi University college so the salary offered by the companies are pretty good. As I still not have graduated so I don't know about the placements much but yes according to my seniors companies do hire interns from our college.

The review of Daulat Ram College. Don't consider me as a hater of my college.

Placements: My course is not yet completed. Our college has no placements for English department students, and we heard nothing about the placements. It is something, which you need to be added. Our placement cell is active only for commerce sections. Thus we face drawbacks in future.

The core faculty is good, infrastructure is underdeveloped, and placements are below average.

Placements: The placement structure of DRC is not good. Ernst and young is the best placement company for the season, which failed to conduct interviews for my batch due to unavoidable reasons. Apart from that Kotak Mahindra, Fintech, and few others were the other companies that visited the campus. Each company selected approximately five students and the package offered was an average of 3.3 LPA, non-negotiable.

Dissatisfied with lack of good placements.

Placements: The placement cell of our college is working average. Placements in our batch are less. Even in our senior batch also there were only a few placements. The highest salary offered last year was 4 LPA. Only a few companies visit our college for placements every year.

The college is average. If you want to become something then always go to a private universe.

Placements: There are quite a less number of placements on the campus. The placements are mostly for technical students or commerce background students. None of the humanities background students gets placed, and that is a very negative point about the college. Also, very few companies come during placements, and those top-ranked companies place did not place many students.

Good infrastructure. Supporting faculty.

Placements: Our placement cell is active and conducts regular seminars. They have been inviting companies and interacting with the student. They also organise internship fairs. They make sure that the students also participate. Companies like Wipro, Hike etc. have visited our campus. Students from commerce background have the largest share of employment opportunities.

Poor infrastructure, strong academics.

Placements: Not many opportunities are offered to English hons. students in the college, plus, many students themselves are not interested in taking placements as they look up for jobs from outside or prepare for higher studies. Placements for other courses like B.Com and eco. are offered and students do appear for the same.

Do not fall for the north campus.

Placements: The placement cell of Daulat Ram college is not active at all. They did not invite any of the companies to the campus and hence none of the students got placed from this college. While the central placement cell for Delhi university is open for all, the economics students have fewer chances of getting placed straight out of graduation.

Good faculty but lack of good infrastructure and facilities.

Placements: There were no placements for the zoology department batches. As there were extremely less number of good research institutes in India, they preferred to recruit master's degree or PhD scholars. There were very few students who did internships related to zoology. To sum it up, there were not any sort of opportunities for the undergraduate biological students.

It was fine except for being all girls college. The teachers were good except for the crowd and other facilities. There were hardly any quality people I met. But, overall, considering the faculty, it is an average one. Well, the placements at DRC are really bad. So, no point of being in a top ten college like this one.
