Placements: The placement cell got active only in the last year of my college, thankfully. There were a lot of regular updates regarding internships and jobs for third year students which were circulated on class groups. The president and members of placement cell were very helpful at all times.
Placements: I don't know this exactly but I heard that in d. u they give first preference to d. u students and salary professor is 60k and the stipend they gave 10k during internship from college and I don't know about the placement cell. The. Est thing I liked the most is they give full support yo d. u students. If ex student of that college is want to do job they give first preference for that ex student that one I liked most. And teachers are very nice with their students.
Placements: There were no placements in our college, and a placement cell is also not available here. During my tenure, none of the students got placed anywhere. As it was a traditional course, there are no placements to students. It's might possible that students get a job by their own reference. None of the companies visited our college for our course. There was no provision of internships.
Placements: The placements are excellent at Daulat Ram college. Being at the centre of North Campus, a lot of big companies visit our campus for placements and internship. As I'm from the science background, I couldn't get much insight about the placements, but our college surely prepares students for their future endeavours.
Placements: Not so good for placements, there were 3-4 companies at our time. But now their standards have been increased and we can consider it average. But teachers are so good and intelligent all are from highly reputed college. Doing economic hons from Daulat Ram College is a good decision and helpful for future prospect. I must recommend this college despite being an average for it's placements because of it's teachers, faculty and quality of study.
Placements: Delloit and E&Y visited the college. Avg package was about Rs 3lacs. Assistant roles were offered to the students. There was no any placement cell. Internship opportunities were not given. Many people SAT for the placement but only a handful got selected. And out of those only few joined.
Placements: There are about 50% students get placements every year. Although placements for Science courses are quite less. Placements for humanities and commerce courses are good. It is good college. I shall give advice to relatives to take admission this college.
Placements: The placement cell of the college is very active, and it provides lots of opportunity for internships as well. The companies like EY, KPMG, Indigo, and Wipro has come for the campus placements. The average salary package offered is of 3 LPA, and I got placed at EY and bagged a package of 3.30 LPA. The internship fair organised by the placement cell is a very good event for the students, to grab some exciting opportunities matching their interest.
Placements: I got placed in two companies simultaneously through DRC's placement cell, one was Genpact, and the other was Educomp services. Many seminars and workshops were organized yearly. To me, the highest salary offered was 3.2 LPA, and the lowest was 1.24 LPA.
Placements: The placements and job opportunities of our college are remarkable. Around 30% to 40% of the students are placed, who apply through the placement cell. The packages offered are 2-3 lacs per year. Various multinational companies come to our college for job recruitment.
Placements: Three companies had come this year in our college like one of them is Genpact which offers salary package of 2 LPA. One of the students from our senior batch had been selected for it. The internships are also offered within the college or within campus also. It helps students like us who are interested in pursuing M.Sc.
Placements: The placements aren't that good for the science students. Keep participating in Internship programs, and this helps in maintaining a better CV. The placements would be a better option for commerce, but in any case, one should keep participating in many regular internship programs.
Placements: The placements in the college are very good, especially for a commerce graduate from a college of Delhi University. The companies like EY, Genpact, etc., come here for the commerce graduates. The highest package offered to the students in this college goes up to Rs. 2-2.5 lacks per annum. The internships are not directly offered by the college, but is offered from the university.
Placements: In my course B.Sc. Life Science, there were no placements. The placements are provided only in the technical courses in Delhi University and commerce courses as well. A good number of students got the placement from DRC. I was not the part of the placements, so I don't know about all these things.
Placements: The placements in my college are from reputed companies. These include companies such as KPMG, EY, etc. As it's my first year, I am yet to know of the statistics, though the placement cell at my college is very active and because of that, many students apply for an interview and get desired placements. Various internship programs were also initiated wherein students from the first year were also selected with a stipend of about Rs. 8,000-10,000 and incentives are depending on their work. Such op...
Placements: The placement cell of the college is not very active; they pitch with the companies which offer very less package. This case is not only with B.Com honours students but also for the other courses too. The college lacks the potential of approaching good companies which offer good packages.
Placements: The placements opportunity depends on the placement cell activity during that year. Sometimes it is pretty good sometimes it doesn't go as planned. The teachers are supportive, but you have to be active, and ultimately it all depends on how much effort you are putting from your side. My rating for the placements would be 3/5.
Placements: Nothing great about the placement cell. I didn't get any notification nor did some good company visit our college. Highly disappointed. None of my batch mates or my seniors got placed through the college placement cell. The placement might have been better for masters courses.
Placements: Placement of DRC was quite good. Around 70% students were placed. Average salary package offered was around 5 lakh per annum. Companies like RBS, EnY and KPMG came to our college. However, the internship programmes were not that good in Daulat Ram. Only a few companies approached for internships and the highest stipend offered was 10k per month.
Placements: I am not sure about placements because neither did I apply for them nor did any of the people I know. Everyone wanted to get a higher degree. But since it is a college in the North Campus, it does attract pretty awesome companies. The placement season is very busy in college and it is very visible from the sudden discipline being followed and classrooms starting to get makeovers.
