Almost fine as per fees structure.
Placements: The placement of the college is not good. There is only two company ie. NCC and NBCC in which only about 5-6 students are being placed by the college. All to do is the students by their own. The training is provided to the students in NCC and then some of them are placed there. The salary structure is about 15-20k. The college didnt focus so much on placements and trainings.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure is almost fine. There are soil mechanics, EGD lab, Computer labs, and other labs with workshop area. But the machines didnt work properly. The classrooms are good enough but some are suffocated. Therr is a library in our campus but the books are not as much good as required. Yes, there is a basketball court, cricket ground, volleyball ground and a open air theatre where all the events of the college are held. The hostle rooms are not good. There are no such facilities and cleanliness. There is a cafeteria nad a mess but the food is not good. It is oily and unhygienic. The engineering and management dpt. Is just in one building.
Faculty: The course curriculum is based on MDU, Rohtak. The faculty are well educated, knowledgeable and put their efforts best for the students. But the classes are not held properly. The notes are provided by the teachers on time but are insufficient. There are seminars and workshops and site visits to NBCC by our department.
Other: The college organises the annual technical and cultural fest in which there are various events for different fields. The students from various colleges get participated. The campus crowd is not so more. There are only around 1000-1200 students regular. From both the engineering and management dept.

Bad placements, poor teaching quality and small infrastructure, .
Placements: The placements in the civil department are very bad. Only 10% of the students from the civil department got placed. No MNC visited the college for offering placements to the civil department. Only one company called NBCC provided training to the students and placed those students who are good in their performance. The maximum salary offered to the students is Rs. 20,000 per month.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of the college is very bad. Our college is of a single building, and it has all the branches of B.Tech as well as management department too. A very small workshop is provided for developing our skills. Wi-Fi is not provided for day scholars.
Faculty: In our civil department, only 3 faculty members including HOD are available for the students. Every year faculty may change, and it affects the students. Faculty have poor communication skills, and the quality of teaching is not good. The faculty members do not take any personality development classes.
Other: Fest and events are good. 4 functions are organised by the college management including technical as well as cultural fest, where other colleges also participate.

Not completely satisfied. There is much more to be improved in the college
Placements: PMSSS (prime minister special scholarship programme) for Jammu & Kashmir students. Csab and many other scholarships are available. A good number of students were placed at my time. no much companies give a visit. Good number of students got their internship in many good companies. There is no placement cell in our college. Don't know much about salaries offered. I feel students from computer Science branch are given more importance in case of internship as compared to other branches.
Infrastructure: Location is the worst . Wi-Fi speed is slow but available 24×7 .labs are up to the mark. No medical facilities in our college. Sports encouraged more for boys than girls because boys are been provided with all the necessary things for sports mainly the sports ground. Mess in college is also up to the mark. Library is quite small and only course books are provided. Lack other books. Classrooms are not painted well and there are no AC in the classrooms. Hostel rooms are nice but extra seated.
Faculty: Teachers are very helpful especially the teachers who are in dctm from a long time. All the teachers are well qualified but all of them cannot teach well. Teaching quality is not up to the mark. All the teachers are not knowledgeable. Their is much need of good teachers in college. Students are mostly dependent on self studying. There are also many good and knowledgeable teachers.
Other: All up to the mark. (fest, events another activities)

Satisfied with the faculty, but the placements are not good.
Placements: The placements were given to the deserving candidates, only 10-20% of students are placed. The lowest salary offered is around 15,000 LPA, and the highest salary is around 25,000 LPA. HCL company visited the college. 20% students got the internship from the college. There is no placement cell.
Infrastructure: 24 hours Wi-Fi facility is available. The classrooms do not have air-conditioners. The medical facilities and sports facilities are poor. The food available in the canteen is satisfying. The hostel rooms are good, and students can live comfortably. The students can also watch t.v when they are bored. The equipment of the labs in the college is not provided properly.
Faculty: 50% of the teachers are really good and qualified. The teaching method of all the teachers are not same, some teach good, while some do not have much knowledge n only teach directly from books. The college is the requirement of more good teachers. The industrial visits need to be increased.
Other: Events and cultural fest are also conducted in the college every year. The atmosphere is wonderful at those times in the campus, and the crowd present is also good. The campus surroundings are not that safe at night for girls because it is on the outskirts of the city.

It is good from the study point of view.
Placements: Placement in DCTM is good. From my point of view, I think 70% students are paced. The minimum salary offered is 3.5 LPA, and the maximum is 8 LPA. The company visited the campus are Cadence, Honeywell, Religare etc. This college is very good in placement and about the study.
Infrastructure: Our college provides Wi-Fi, medical facilities, library, classroom and labs. The labs and classrooms are small in size. Good quality of food is provided in our canteen. Hostel rooms are triple seater. Some games are played in our college like basketball and football.
Faculty: The teachers are very helpful, qualified and knowledgeable. Teachers provide us notes and many study material. The video lecture is given to us. We went for an industrial visit many times. The quality of the teaching is very good. The course curriculum is useful to the students. Our college organised fest and many events which are useful for students. Our college also organised technical fest for students.
