If you want to take admission in it, you can take.

Placements: We get a chance to do an internship through our college, but there are no placements. We didn't get any call or any option regarding placements. You won't get any practical knowledge after taking admission here. However, many seminars are organised for students.

The college is average in teachers, placements, infrastructure and other facilities.

Placements: Placements of our college are not up to our expectations criteria. No top companies are a part of it, but lesser than 50% of the students got placed. In our years of study, there were not that good companies in this field, but sometimes Deloitte and Amazon visited here. The average salary package offered might be around 1.5 LPA. Roles offerable in our course are mostly of financial ground or research area.

It is a good college of Delhi University.

Placements: Our course was not placement-based, and it was an academic course. Most of the students don't have placements while opting for this course. There were placements from companies like Royal Bank of Scotland, and the salary package offered was around 4 LPA to 3 LPA.

College and also societies are being upgraded. The college is working on many aspects currently.

Placements: There are no placements for B.Sc physical science. Top recruiters are Pepperfry, Deloitte, HCL (off-campus). Roles of marketing, sales, operations, business executive, are offered. The salary package offered ranges from 2.15 LPA to 3 LPA. Many students were placed for internships from the course.

Good College to take Admission to get a Tag of DU.

Placements: The college has a placement cell but does not function for the Science department. No company come to hire students for any Science-based profile, all invites students for the BPO profile. The college has a good base in the placement of commerce students. Companies such as Amazon, KPMG, RBS come to hire students from the commerce stream.

The college has a great outlook, and it can be much better.

Placements: Most students prefer to pursue higher studies like M.A or MBA. However, placements are offered as per demand, and salary packages vary depending upon the course and the average score of students. Companies are mostly MNCs and from the banking sector. Off-campus and on-campus options are available here.

There are some issues with the placements of some courses.

Placements: A few companies or banking firms may visit here, but not much placement opportunities are offered here. There is a placement cell which invites some companies to hire graduate students. But the companies that visit here are not related to the course of students. Only 2-3 students get placed from our college.

Review of Deshbandhu college.

Placements: I don't know anything about placements because I never applied for any. However, as per sources, the placement cell is pretty good. Friends always discuss the salary package offered by the company is providing and its reputation. Almost 65% of students get selected.

Dissatisfied with the placements as well as the faculty members.

Placements: Placements in the college are not good at all. You have to go for pool campus placements in different colleges if you want a CTC of at least 3 LPA to 4 LPA. The highest salary package offered was 3.60 LPA, and the average was around 1.50 LPA. There were no specific roles offered according to specialisations. Genpact is a mass recruiter here and visits the campus every year. But you don't want to get placed there. There are good prospects for biochemistry course.

The college is not good in all the aspects.

Placements: Almost, 2-3 companies like Royal Bank of Scotland visit our college and offer meagre salaries like Rs. 9000 per month. They hire B. Com (Hons) and Econ (Hons) students mainly. The college has an active placement cell. Many students prefer going for higher studies or off-campus jobs. No companies come to offer internships.

Infrastructure and faculty wise college is good but crowd and placement wise it's the worst.

Placements: There is a placement cell in Deshbandhu College, and it's very effective like the company do come for internships and even for placements. Some companies which visit the college were RBS, GPI and other. I got a good experience here. There were no too many placements from our batch, but the placements for our seniors are worthy.

Average college with decent activities.

Placements: There are no placements from this college. Even the central placement cell of Delhi University is very inactive. Especially in case of Science courses, there will be no company for you to give an opportunity for placement. Commerce background students might get a chance if any company comes, they will offer BPO jobs only.

I am satisfied with the faculty overall, but absolutely dissatisfied with administration.

Placements: The chances for placement for a student of history use to very less. Very few placement cell 1 or 2 comes in arts area in our college, and according to my memory no one in my class or any of my seniors got placed anywhere recently. We the students of history usually go for preparation of civil services or some go for Masters in history.

Average college with good brand name.

Placements: Deshbandhu college is average for placements. If you are from Science stream or Commerce streams then you have good scope. But if you are from Arts background then simply no~no for you. Chances ade are that you get a job in BPO. This college is good for Science students.

Nice college. Infrastructure is still under construction. But I think it will look good in future.

Placements: I haven't heard about placements in our college. I haven't heard about any internship in our college. Students go to other colleges to seek internship opportunities. The placements in B.Sc. (physical science) are very less. There are placement opportunities in other courses like B.A. Overall, students get a good exposure here.

Not as good as expected from DU college.

Placements: The Placement Cell was there in the college but only RBS came to college offering 3lpa salary. One of my friends got the job but rejected it due to the low package. Also the cell was not very active in engaging students for internships and placement. So overall my experience was not very good.

The college is good for mathematics and chemistry aspirants.

Placements: The college is not good in terms of the placement. The placement cell of our college is very weak. The students don't have any information about when and where campus placement takes place. In terms of career options, they provide nothing. Even for the higher education, they don't support the students.

The college has good faculty, bad placements, and average infrastructure and facilities.

Placements: There are no placements in our batch and our senior batch. There are no placements at all. I don't know if it's sad or whatever. The department hasn't had any placements yet. Maybe out fault or may be theirs. But zero placement in our department in our batch or the seniors.

The college needs a lot of doing to come anywhere near the top colleges of the university.

Placements: Well, our college is not highly rated when it comes to getting placed, though the companies do come for recruiting the students and a few of them do find jobs directly. The placement cell in the college is also not very active throughout the year. Overall, the college is not the best for placements but not the worst too.

Very good college if you want to become the politician.

Placements: The placements offered in the college are poor. All the courses are non-technical B.Sc, B.A and B.Com. So you can't expect the package same as that of IIT or NIT. The initial salary offered is around Rs. 10,000 per month except for Rs. 20,000 per month to few students. The various companies of Delhi and surrounding area visited and hired only maths, economics or the physics students only. Hardly anybody joins those companies. Most of the interview of those companies are held in North campus, the...
