Good College but not lower your expectations here.

Placements: Don't stress about placements if you have given your exams well and you can expect high placements but not in big companies like TCS or HCL etc. You will get a placement of maximum 4.5 LPA. It will be the highest salary which the companies will provide.

Our college does not provide better placements.

Placements: Placements are not good as all startups and small companies hire students. Many interested students are finding jobs off-campus. They spend money in the academy to get a good job and clear the job interview.

Overall, this college is not good for well-educated students.

Placements: I am studying in the final year of ECE branch, and lots of companies hire students from our course. From our batch, almost 90% of the students got placed in moderate companies. Students got the highest salary package of 6 LPA, and the lowest salary package of 1.5 LPA and the average salary package of 3 LPA. I am from the electronics course, so TCS, Capgemini and other communication-based companies offer placements.

If you are not expecting much college life, then you can choose this college.

Placements: A lot of small-scale IT companies are recruiting students from our college and also top companies like Infosys, Wipro, etc. Mechanical based companies visit here frequently, and they are small scale industries. In this college, they arrange only industrial visits, and we have to arrange for implants and internships.

Satisfied in library, faculty and teaching, but dissatisfied in the hostel food, rules and placement

Placements: 1) The percentage of students were placed in my course is 40%. 2) Salary the highest-12LPA and the lowest-1. 3LPA. 3) Top recruiting companies are- TATA, ZOHO, INFOSYS, NEWTECH INDUSTRIES, etc. 4) Basically roles are starting with GET and GAT. 5) The highest package is 6.5LPA and the lowest is 1.3LPA.

Review of DMI College of Engineering.

Placements: The college didn't provide many placement opportunities. Companies visited for on-campus placement drives were not related to the engineering stream. Companies like Airtel offered marketing roles, and other companies like Sutherland offered BPO roles. So we opted for off-campus drives and walk-in interviews and got placed. Placements in our college are very poor.

Above average only for placement and faulty.

Placements: Our college gave great placement opportunities for us. But the preparation they gave is not sufficient. If they give proper training for the students in the early stage like in second or third year it will be good. And placements should be given to all instead of depending on CGPA.

Disappointed with the placements on the campus.

Placements: No core or IT companies are offered to all the students. Only a few get that opportunity to get placed in the good company. Most often, you'll get placed in a non-IT sector, BPO, and the other insurance companies. Coming to the placement, our college falls short.

A good college to study but is tough for hostlers.

Placements: Only the students with no backlogs will be given a chance. Mostly IT-oriented companies will be involved in placement. There is no core placement. The students who are selected in one company are not allowed to attend any other interviews. We have a separate board for placement plans.

Dissatisfied because of the management and placements in 2016. Good infrastructure.

Placements: The placements are not good as compared to the 2015 batch. 40% of the students were selected through the campus placement. Rs. 18,000 is the highest salary offered. IDBI, Axis and HDFC bank visited the campus and the role offered was that of a business developer. 60% of the students got an internship in small companies. Rs. 2000 was offered as the stipend.

Absolutely satisfied because of faculty. Not good placements in 2016.

Placements: I got placed in two companies (TVS, Ewave Networks) but I did not receive the call letter. They just placed a banner saying that these guys are placed in so and so companies. Mostly BPO companies will visit the campus, and the students who are having above 70% can have off-campus drives in various places.

Education quality is average but the enjoyment is high.

Placements: Above 50% students will be placed. Salary is around 1.5 to 6 LPA. Infosys and TCS are the top recruiting companies. Top role is the assistant manager. All the students got internship in some companies. The highest package offered is 1.5 LPA and the lowest is 80 thousand pa.
