It is a better place to build a career and get good placements and training for competitive exams.

Placements: The placement rate is steadily increasing in our department. In 2018, it was around 85%, and in 2019, it was increased to 87%. In the current academic year, the placement rate is expected to reach 90%. The highest salary package offered is around 12 LPA, and the lowest salary package offered is 2 LPA. The average salary package offered is around 6 LPA. Top recruiters for our course are Zoho, Wipro, TCS, Google and many more. Internships are provided from 3rd year only. While we get the degree in...

Everything is good in this college, but I think only the fee is very high.

Placements: Placement classes are started in the third year only, so I think we all have good opportunities to build our skills practically. We can't be even able to forget things which they taught us. The minimum academic percentage required to qualify for placements is 75%.

Review of Dr. Mahalingam College of Engineering and Technology.

Placements: Almost 90% of the eligible students from our course got placed. The highest salary package offered was 5 LPA, and the average salary package offered was 2 LPA. Almost all the students got an internship mostly in manufacturing-based companies, few in design companies, Sakthi Auto Component, MM Gears, etc. Top roles, like design engineer, technical sales executive, etc., are offered to the students.

Really they are good in teaching. And the life in campus will become as a best memory.

Placements: In dr.MCET college. The placement was good in every branches. Nearly 90% of graduate were placed in the end of their course. Even you will be placed when you will be in 2nd year, in some companies. You can earn nearly 10000 even from 2nd year. Then automobile and mechanical will be much good in this college. Many top companies will come for recruitment. Like bosch, Mercedes Benz if you perform well. Every faculty will be more experienced in their sector.

Placements: About 75% of the students from our course got placed. The salary package offered here is 24 LPA and the salary offered is Rs. 15,000 per month. We are the first batch, and still, we didn't attend placements in any company. About 50% of the students from our course got internships in companies like Roots, Caresoft, etc.

Our college is the correct platform for a career in engineering.

Placements: In our batch, there are more than 160 students. Around 80% of students got placement and internship through MCET. Top core companies such as Altair, Quest global and Harita visited our campus for recruitment. Many developing medium scale manufacturing core industries as well as IT companies such as Zoho, Infosys and TCS also come for recruitment. Infrastructure, facilities, and placements are excellent.

Placements: A lot of companies visited the campus and hired students for many different roles. Well-reputed companies also visited and hired a lot of students. Students get placed in different domains such as software and core fields (design, manufacturing, and sales). Overall, the placements in our college are excellent.

I am satisfied with faculty, management and infrastructure of the college.

Placements: Placement is good at our college but, not too good. In the last few years, placement in our college is quite less. This year nearly 75% of people got placement in topmost companies and popular cities like Singapore, Russia and so on. MNC companies like HP, Mahindra, Infosys, etc. Average salary is 70,000 and the highest salary is nearly 3 Lacs.

A college with the best infrastructure and facilities.

Placements: The placement record of our college was excellent the previous year. Nearly 100% placement records are maintained. The salaries offered range from Rs. 25,000-1,00,000 per month. Many popular and good companies visit our campus to conduct placement drives. Companies like Tech Mahindra, TVS Motors, Sakthi Auto Components and others visit the campus to recruit the students from our department. Students get 3-4 internships a year, and the stipend offered range from Rs. 10,000-20000 per month. There ...

Overall, my experience at the college from education perspective is excellent.

Placements: The college has an 85% placement rate. The major companies visiting the college for our department are Haritha Tech, Bosch, Roots Industry, Caresoft Global, TVS and other companies like Zoho, Infosys, Cognizant, Wipro and many more. But the students who have 8.5 and above CGPA get placed every year, not the average students. The highest salary package offered was 5 lacs per annum in IT sectors, and the minimum is Rs. 15,000 in mechanical companies.

Really good infrastructure, facilities and placements.

Placements: Every year, pre-final year students attend the campus interviews in our college in their 6th semester. Students get placement training second year onwards, and 3 or 4 classes are conducted weekly. At every semester end, students are recommended to go for in-plant training and industrial visit.

A college with really great infrastructure.

Placements: The placements are good. Above 90% of the eligible students get placed in many reputed companies. Infosys was the main recruiter of this college with Soliton, and Tech Mahindra are few other topnotch companies. They provide good training regarding placements with leading experts.

Dr. Mahalingam College of Engineering and Technology- A good choice for students

Placements: Placements for mechanical engineering for my batch were above average. Out of a class strength of 70, maximum students got placed across companies such as CTS, Infosys, TCS, Wipro, Maruti Udyog Ltd., Maruti Services, etc. The placement cell of our college is very proactive and helps students prepare well for interviews.
