Placements: If you are from the mechanical branch, then you can get placements, but the salary packages offered are very low. There are no placement opportunities for other branches, and they have to find jobs on their own. However, this department may help you. Previously, companies like TCS, HCL, etc., used to visit our college for placements. But currently, companies are not visiting our campus for placements.

Placements: The placements in the previous years were better than our batch. The companies that visited for our batch required mostly CSE and IT students, though some of the companies were allowing the students of other streams to take part in the selection process. The companies that visited for core streams were not providing good enough job prospects.

Placements: The placements in Dumkal never used to happen. Being in a remote area, companies hardly visited the campus and many students had to go out and search for opportunities outside. The students used to sit in off-campus interview drives to stand a chance to be placed. During our batch, only 5 students out of a total of 257 got placed.
