The average salary package offered is 5 LPA. Almost 70% of the students get internships from our course. Roles offered in our course are marketing manager and software developer.

In this college, I have spent my 4 years gaining knowledge and knowing people.

Placements: A lot of students from our batch got placements. I also got placement from our college. Every year a lot of students get their placements from our college. But if you are an academically good student, then you can get the job. If you are not good, it is tough for you to get a job.

This course was very helpful.

Placements: Most of the students had applied for off-campusing because the companies which had come for recruitment offered non-technical jobs. Since we were in the 4th batch to graduate, the number of companies that had come for placements were very less. I don't have much information about the salary packages offered to the students.

The highest salary package offered was around 10 LPA, the minimum salary package offered was 2.75 LPA and the average salary package offered was around 4.0 LPA. Top recruiting companies that visited our college were Byju's, Wipro, Simplex Infrastructures, etc.

I am absolutely satisfied because of great faculty members and good placements in 2019.

Placements: I got placed recently in a telecommunication company named Integrated Wireless Solutions Pvt Ltd (IWS) which is located at Bangalore. I will join this company on the 1st week of June with a handsome salary package of 2.5 LPA. Many companies visited the campus this year. But most of them were software companies. I am not interested in joining a software company, so I decided to opt for a core job.

For learning in mechanical engineering this is one of the best private college in West Bengal.

Placements: Placement is average for the it related departments like CSE, ECE, and also for ee. They try to give their best effort to place the students in the companies. But the students also need to give their effort from their side. But for the departments like civil and mechanical, there not a good placement. And for every placement recruitment process some same faces will get the job.

Fully satisfied with the faculty, the extra curricular activities, the opportunities.

Placements: There are a lots of companies visit our college to offer jobs. But its on you. You have to work hard to get the job. You can get job but you have to prove yourself. The placement chances are really good. The average salary offered is 4-5 Lacs per annum which is quite a good amount for beginners.

If you want a job or the highest level knowledge, don't go to this college.

Placements: Don't expect any placement or placement related support from this college. TPO cell is useless. Rather than some local call centres or small IT companies, you won't find anything over here. Sometimes, they conduct pool campusing, and they have the reputation of bringing fake companies.

Only the college building better, infrastructure is like a hotel.

Placements: The college has no better placements in the mechanical department. They take money from students for placement, but no company available in college. The placement cell is too much poor as no experienced staff available in placement cell. The Chairman doesn't care about the students future, they only need money.

The best engineering college in North Bengal with the greatest level of infrastructure.

Placements: Through the college placement, I have got two jobs. One in Absolute Insurance Surveyors and Loss Assessors Private Limited as the process executive engineer and the other in Axis Bank as the business development executive. My package in the Absolute Group was Rs. 15,000 per month, and in Axis Bank, the package remains the same. Our college has a separate placement cell with two training and placement officers. The placement cell is good, and they try their level best to place every student. In o...

It is a good college with good infrastructure and nice faculty.

Placements: Placements are good, but still, there is a lot to improve. The highest salary offered was 8 LPA, and the least was 2 LPA. Companies like Amazon, Tata, Netgear etc. visited our college. There is a placement cell which is quite effective. Almost all students got the internship from the college.

The college is good but not regarding placement.

Placements: The placement is not at all good here. Although teachers are quite good, the management is very poor regarding placement. Still, my seniors whose graduated in 2014 are hunting for jobs. There were no internships given by the college. We all have to do it by ourselves, and it's better not to join here.

This review comprises of all the activities and sums up the experiences which I enjoyed

Placements: Nice placement, especially for those who are in CSE, ECE, and EE domain. For ME and civil engineering, it's not much. The faculty members are pretty nice and cooperative. I passed out in 2014. Then, the scenario was different, and now it's a changed college. During our time, several guest lectures were organized, and IBM conducted a training in our college.

Good campus in the foot hill of Darjeeling.

Placements: Placements in the college are average for other departments but are good for computer and electronic department. Companies like BluePipes, Data64, TCS are visiting the campus and offering not excellent placements but it’s good for the deserving students. It also conducts the off campus interviews.

College stands at an acceptable position in the state, but good in the location of North Bengal, since only 2-3 Engineering Colleges present here. There are issue related to placement but college is trying hard to change its standard in placement. Education provided is good. Faculty Members are good. But there is less area to explore, since the location does not provide much facility.
