Satisfied with the faculty and infrastructure.

Placements: Placements in our college were very low. Very few people were aware of it. Around 10% of the students got internships. Executive and associate kind of roles are offered by the companies. Students are offered a stipend of Rs. 10,000 to Rs. 15,000. The college has a placement cell.

The facilities provided by the college are satisfactory.

Placements: The placement cell takes substantial responsibility to provide internship and placement opportunities for the students. The internships are generally provided in start-ups, which provide good exposure to the students. The final placements are provided in the companies like KPMG and E&Y.

Satisfactory placements and good economics faculty.

Placements: Placements of Dyal Singh are pretty satisfactory. As our placement cell has been set up just a few years ago so according to that, it is satisfactory. KPMG, Axis bank, Accenture, E&Y and much more come for campus placements. Usually, the package offered is 2-3 lacs on an average. The highest package offered is approximately 4.5 lacs which is pretty good. About 45% of the students got placed and the placement cell is working hard for better prospects.

The college is average in terms of placements or quality of teaching

Placements: The placements are average. IT companies like IBM, Wipro and RBS offer roles in customer relationship and operations domains. The average salary ranges from 3-5 lakhs per annum. Very few students take place in placement process due to less salary offered or with the aim of further studies.

It has everything that we can expect from an off-campus college, sad life and poor crowd. Faculty was almost fine as some of them were not even interested to conduct lectures. Infrastructure was nice as compared to other DU colleges. Management was very poor, no facilities were there for the students. Societies were not fully functional. If you only need a DU degree then go for it, otherwise college life is almost dead.

Students are quite happy with the Infrastructure. DSC has lot to offer but there’s nothing too great about it. Equipment’s in laboratories don’t work sometimes. Nothing apart from the Principal’s cabin is air-conditioned, and there’s no internet access for students. Fortunately, the classrooms are well-ventilated, the library is quite spacious and well-stocked, and the playground is huge. Dyal Singh College is also very easily accessible by DTC buses, and has a huge bus stand called Focal Point ...

Classes at Dyal Singh were more of listening sessions rather than interactive. Only a few professors took the efforts to make their classes actually interesting. Being in the ECA committee, one of the worst thing that always frustrated me was the lack of financial support from the college.

The College is very ideally situated near Lodhi Road. Sai Baba Temple and CS Institute. I joined the college just the reason for these two things (Temple and CS Institute). And please do not laugh if I tell you I didn’t go either of the places after admission to this college. And before college I used to travel 20 kms from Home to Sai Baba Temple every week on Thursday. Anyways our college was not having very good staff but things went well and I scored 75% in final year and 61% in aggregate. I ...

I am not that satisfied because of the timings and faculties here

Placements: Students from different fields can be educated here and get placed after completing their graduation. Top company placements are also possible if you take part in different societies and are an active member. Different tasks are also assigned here.

Would say the faculty is pretty nice. The crowd sucks

Placements: 30-40% of students get placement 5-6L annual Top companies would be different for each course College based internship programmes are very less or even 0. You’ll have to look for opportunities on your own. People can go into different roles such as HR, marketing etc

Politics is not good at this college, and students are dissatisfied. Placement cell is good.

Placements: The placement cell is not good in this college for science students. But for other courses and B.Com courses, placements are good, but not very good. I do not know the number of students as I am a fresher. Some companies visit here many times for hiring students of different courses.

I am satisfied with the faculty.

Placements: There is a separate cell for placements. The placement procedure was not much transparent. However, well-reputed companies visited here for campus placements. They offered a good salary package to those selected students. I have no idea about the average salary or percentage of students selected.
