Some of the scholarships programme at East Point Group of Institutions are

1. The scholarship was established in the memory and respect of beloved Founder Chairman, Dr.S.M. Venkatpathi to provide financial assistance to the poor and meritorious students to enable them to pursue Professional and Technical courses.Every year EPGI Offering Scholarships worth Rs. 2 crores is made available to the students.
2. Dr. S. M. Venkatpathi Scholarship:M. G. Charitable Trust awards this Scholarship to meritorious students. Students can avail 100% Scholarship Awarded on a merit-cum-means basis. The total amount of Tuition Fee can be availed over the duration of the degree programme.

East Point Group of Institutions has a strong placement record, with over 300 companies visiting the campus for recruitment and 97% of students getting placed. East Point Group of Institutions has been rated 3.6 on placements on the basis of 146 reviews done by students. The highest package offered during East Point Group of Institutions BTech and MBA placements 2023 stood at INR 25 LPA and INR 10 LPA, respectively.

Effectiveness of Placement Cell for B.Sc. Courses at East Point Group of Institutions

Based on the reviews and comments provided by students and alumni, the effectiveness of the placement cell for B.Sc. courses at East Point Group of Institutions can be summarized as follows:

* Limited placement opportunities: The majority of students reported that the college does not provide any placement programs, and instead, offers a 6-month internship programme which is not compulsory.
* No guaranteed placements: Students mentioned that even though some batches had placements, it was not a guarantee for all students.
* Few job opportunities: Some students reported getting placed in NABH-affiliated hospitals with average salaries ranging from INR20,000 to INR4 LPA.

However, it's worth noting that some students did mention that almost 100% of students from their batch got placed, with the highest salary package being INR4 LPA and the lowest being INR2.5 LPA.
