An honest review of Galgotias College of Engineering and Technology by an MBA student.
Placements: The placements cell is good but they provide average package of 4 to 5 Lacs and some students also get 4 lacs which is not too much for the current inflation record, so for the placements I’d say the college had a bad record. Galgotias College has to work on its placements cell. Some students get good packages but they are not a lot in number, only 4 to 5 students got good packages from the college.
Infrastructure: Infrastructure is good and the college building is appreciable but the college does not have Wi-Fi for the classes. There is a common library which is bad. The quality of food the canteen provides is not good. I do not know much about the hostel and mess because I am not living there.
Faculty: The faculty at Galgotias College is very cooperative and supportive in nature, they have their Masters and Ph.D. degrees. They know a lot about technical and have knowledge about the subjects. They provide knowledge to the students and are supportive in the students’ career growth and development.
Other: When we look for the return of investment, I think this college is the best college in Greater Noida because all the other colleges like GL Bajaj and GNIT take more fees than Galgotias and provide the same level of education.

Satisfied with the fees that I paid for this course.
Placements: 40% of the students study in my section. All the opportunities are offered to you, whether it be your placements or your internship, but it's up to you how you perform and how to grab the offer. The lowest package that you can get is 4 LPA, which I think is good for an average student.
Infrastructure: The college has great infrastructure, and some classes are fully air-conditioned. The canteen and mess have good-quality food. Students can also participate in extracurricular activities like sports and other events. Hostels are also air-conditioned.
Faculty: The best faculty: every teacher is highly qualified and knowledgeable; they give attention to every single student in the class. They also conduct industrial visits to give their students practical knowledge. Semesters are not that difficult, but if a student is regular with their studies, they will be able to crack them.
Other: For getting into the industry at higher positions, I chose an MBA because it helps you get exposure and compete in the industry.

The placement of the college is pretty good from the other college.
Placements: Placement was good , more than 75% of us got placed with an average package of 3 LPA in companies like TCS, INFOSYS, SATYAM( it was there), HCL etc. Many students got placed in more than 2 companies. Placement record is still good. Attendance of 75 is said to be compulsory, which is the worst thing,
Infrastructure: The hostel fees was quite high hence it forced me to stay in sharing accommodation at Gamma sector. Labs were satisfactory but I was hardly attentive. This proved disastrous during BARC interview when I was not able to answer simple lab related questions. Don't stay behind, learn the skill, basics at least. Faculty was good and experienced. Learning from them depends on the student's urge and dedication.
Faculty: Institute provides you will all basic necessities, you need to be disciplined, focus mainly on learning outcomes and acquiring skills. Most importantly, have faith in your ability to conquer and feel proud of the institution where you spend 4 crucial years of your life. Self belief and persistence will sail you through.

It is a good college with good infrastructure and placements.
Placements: Around 75% of students got placed in the previous year. The highest salary package offered is 8 LPA, the lowest salary package is 3.6 LPA, and the average salary package is 6 LPA. Some recruiting companies are KPMG, Wipro, Infosys, Webkul, etc. The percentage of students getting internships is good.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of the building is good. Wi-Fi is available on campus. Library is silent and has an internet facility. The hostel is good. Food served in the hostel is better than in other hostels.
Faculty: Faculty members in our college are well qualified and helpful. The course curriculum is relevant to the industry. Class timings are lengthy, but it makes students habituated to industry working hours. Semester exams are difficult but prepare students for final exams.
Other: I chose MBA because of my interest to meet new people and I didn't want to do the job from a single desk. Our campus is good but a bit crowded.

Galgotia college provides a good environment for their students.
Placements: The placements cell of the college was not that good, but companies surely visit the college for hiring and the students get placed through the college. You only need some skills of your course to get a great placement opportunity. The percent of students who got internships from MBA was not fixed but approximately it was around 70 to 75%.
Infrastructure: Food is average. Facilities were good in the hostel. Overall, the environment of the hostel is very amazing. The classrooms of the college need to be improved as the benches are not that comfortable: Wi-Fi is also not available at all the places in the campus. I am not sure about the medical facilities, but you will get to play sports like football here.
Faculty: Teachers are too helpful and have a decent knowledge along with having good teaching skills. You will not fail due to their teaching. You will know about yourself by learning new things and building skills for your future. The semester exams were not that difficult.
Other: Best thing in the college will be your friends and your classmates along with the environment of the college. Campus crowd is better than that of the other colleges. Events are not good in the college .
