Candidates must have passed 10+2 with Mathematics, Physics, and Chemistry as options or related vocational courses in the fields of Engineering and Technology, or any other examination conducted by the Board of Intermediate Education, Andhra Pradesh/ Telangana, with the mentioned marks in aggregate (40% in case of candidates belonging to reserved category) or equivalent along with bridge course or courses conducted by it for candidates enrolled from the academic year 2000 onwards. Candidates who have appeared for the final year of 10+2 and who are awaiting for their results are also eligible to apply on provisonal basis.

Really good infrastructure and facilities for a good student.

Placements: Though our course is of core background 70% of us were placed in IT sector for various MNCs' like TCS, Infosys, Capgemini, Accenture with an average package 4 lpa starting from 2.8 lpa to 7 lpa. Top recruiters for our course is TCS, HCL, GMR Group. Roles offered are Assistant technician, Assistant System Engineer, etc. 50% of students got internship of their choice for some it is stipend based with job offer for some it is paid.

Infrastructure: College is provided 2ith 24*7 WI-FI, online study material available in the website, good collection of books in the library with various authors, and the laboratories are the best with costly equipment, classrooms are equipped with projectors for pictorial and video representation of subject. The food provided here daily undergoes a food check for ensuring health and hygiene of students and faculty.

Faculty: Faculty and teachers are very well knowledge and graduates from NITs' and IITs' and train us on the industry problems for getting us industry ready. Exams conducted here are standard and knowledge checking and of easy to moderate level, most of the students can pass if they attend the class regularly and study for one day before the exam.

Other: The campus is environmental friendly and two times consecutive winner of green campus. The course is very rare and would be very helpful for future generations. Many college events like Stepcone and other programs are conducted to showcase our talent and skill.

Satisfied with the faculty and infrastructure.

Placements: Around 11% of students are selected in my course. The highest package offered is 10 lakhs per annum, the lowest package is 2 Lacs per annum, and the average package is 3 to 4 Lacs per annum. TCS, Cognizant, Topper, and Infosys are the top recruiting companies for my course. 100% of students completed internships in our course in companies like BHEL, Zenith, CTTC etc. Software engineer and marketing jobs are the top roles offered in our course.

Infrastructure: We have a central library as well as departmental libraries in our college. The labs are also well-equipped. Hostel facilities are also good with internet connectivity. Daily newspapers are provided in each room. The quality of food is also good.

Faculty: Our college teachers are very friendly with the students during labs, classes and doubt clearing sessions. The teaching quality is very good. They will use CTLP for a better understanding of the students. In labs also, the faculty are very helpful.

Other: Extracurriculars activities are conducted on a weekly and yearly basis.

GMRIT is the best college, but it needs some changes.

Placements: There were around 72 students in our batch and around 41% of the students got placed from the college. The highest salary package offered was 3.5 LPA, and the lowest salary package offered was 2.5 LPA. Graduate engineer trainee and software analyst were the roles offered. The top recruiting companies of our college were GMR Energy Ltd, TCS, Capgemini, Mu Sigma and GMR Airport Developers Limited. Almost 80% of the students got internship opportunities from the college.

Infrastructure: Our college was having all the facilities and world-class infrastructure with Wi-Fi, LAN, air-conditioned classrooms, library, lab facilities, Andhra Bank, canteen facilities, hospital and gym. There were good sports facilities like cricket ground, volleyball ground, football ground, basketball and badminton court. All the facilities were good with well-maintained sanitation.

Faculty: Teachers of our college were experienced with well subject knowledge and communication skills. The quality of teaching was good. The course curriculum was designed in a way to match industrial needs and provide basics that are required for a graduate to nurture himself and for his growth. The internship was included in the course curriculum that needs an appreciation.

Other: I had chosen the course because there was no option left for me. The campus was like a school, but students need the freedom to improve. Technical fests are conducted every year at the national level. The campus crowd was also good. There are issues in the connectivity to college and are need to be sorted out. Campus surroundings were beautiful, with good housekeeping and well maintenance. Scholarships were also provided for the deserving students. Extracurricular activities are also conducted to engage the students.

Software engineer was the role offered. 5.10 Lacs and 2 Lacs was the salary offered to our course. 6.100% placements provided by gmr energy Pvt ltd, Hindustan shipyard Pvt ltd. Varam power plant, airport Secunderabad railway station Shamshabad airport and kempowgouda International Airport.

Infrastructure: Many grounds and labs. sports like foot ball, volleyball, badminton, ball badminton, hockey, kabbadi and many labs like pier electronics and thermal engineering lab and some projects like smart home in smart cities and many projects based on aurdino nodemc.

Faculty: Yes, teachers are very great and they teach us well and many teachers are from Chennai and our head of the department qualification are mhd and some are pursuing Ph.D. too and my course consists of both mechanical and electrical engineering and teachers teach well.

Other: I chooses this course for my best of my career in power and thermal power plant and hybrid energy like solar and wind energy.

I'm very much satisfied with the college except placements.

Placements: This year, a lot of companies visited the campus for placements, but most of them are from the marketing sector. Very few companies from the core sector have visited the campus for placements. Most of the companies offered very low packages, but the working hours are too long. To be honest, the students of 2019 batch are very much disappointed with their placements.

Infrastructure: Infrastructure plays a key role in every college. Our college has excellent infrastructure. Wi-Fi facility is available all over the campus, and its speed is good. Students who don't have PCs can use the digital library, where 25 to 30 systems are available with a high-speed internet connection. They can use this digital library until 7 pm. We have a separate personal director for sports to guide us in inter-college competitions and other sports.

Faculty: Our college has well-experienced faculty members with a relevant degree and also a PhD. They help us in both academic and non-academic activities. They always encourage us to do projects, and they guide us to participate in the technical fests of other colleges. They provide us with the information we need, and they are always available for us to clarify our doubts.

Other: GMRIT provides scholarships to the students who got the rank below 10,000 in EAMCET. The management always helps us to interact with our alumni to get our doubts clarified. GMRIT conducts a fest called Stepcone, every year, and also welcomes students from every college all over India.
