Infrastructure: There are free Wi-Fi facilities and digital labs with availability of labs for all courses. The digital library has nearly 3000 books. The quality of food in the canteen is good, and a dispensary with a doctor is available.

    Complete satisfaction with its value.
Placements: There were a total of 126 students in my batch. As of now, my batchmates haven't started attending placements, but our previous batch had great placements with companies like Sobha Construction and L&T. There are many core and IT companies that regularly visit the college for internships and placements.
Infrastructure: GCT has the most adverse labs and lab equipment compared to other colleges in Coimbatore. The canteen isn't the best, but it has enough food to satisfy hunger. The hostels aren't the best in the world, as far as I have heard. I am a day scholar, but the food isn't all too bad.
Faculty: The staff and faculty are the most experienced and well-versed personnel in the field. The exams are adequate to test the knowledge of the students, and I wouldn't say they are too hard to crack. All the students are advised to have personal interests for their careers, and the college has multiple opportunities for showcasing the said talents.
Other: Overall, this is a really good college to start your career.

Great college. Do visit the college and grab your seats .
Placements: 75% of students were placed in our department in the years 2021–25. The highest package is 40,000. The lowest package is 15,000. Top recruiting companies for my course are there. The internship with my college student is 90% and we went to BEIL Company. Top roles offered are HR and manager.
Infrastructure: It's great to hear that from you. Because my facilities have such kind and humble staff, they won't allow you to stand alone. They will come and help the people who are suffering. That kind of staff they are all. Engineering students are working hard for their placements in the final year.
Faculty: Teachers are well-qualified people's. They all got DR degrees for there studies. So there are no doubts about his/her qualifications. The hardest and most difficult department is electrical and electronics engineering. If you work hard, you will get the placement.
Other: My own interest belongs to electrical. I need more about practical studying. Events, sports, and extracurricular activities are done at the college.

Excellent exposure, Average infrastructure facilities. GCT has the lowest feels structure.
Placements: As of February, about 50% of the students got placed in various companies in the Civil Engineering department. The highest package is 13.1 LPA in Shoba Construction, and the lowest package is 2.5 LPA in Aarbee Structures. Top companies for this course are Shoba Construction, L&T, Technip, Aquagreen, etc. Top roles are Site Engineer and Surveyor, and initially, students are hired as Graduate Engineer Trainees (GET).
Infrastructure: There are various facilities available in our college. Each and every student gets free Wi-Fi around the college and hostel. Labs are also well-facilitated. But the only drawback is, as our college was constructed in 1945, these things got old, and only some of the apparatus are newly purchased; others are the same as old. But the glasswares and digital equipment are enormous and good. The library has a collection of books, including magazines, newspapers, journals, and in addition to that, it also has a digital library through which students can easily access all the books. The infrastructure in the college is not as good as in the private colleges. There are a total of 8 hostels, four for boys and four for girls each year. Out of these, 2 hostels are new. The facilities are somewhat old with some cracks in the building. The quality of food is also not bad. Everyone is allowed to take as much food as required, and there is no restriction on that. The canteen is also good with different varieties of snack items, tea, ice cream, and breakfast. There is a dispensary for consulting the doctor and providing medicine after checkups. GCT is well known not only for academics but also for sports. There are various sports for girls and boys like badminton, cricket, hockey, volleyball, basketball, chess, table tennis, Taekwondo.
Faculty: All the faculty members are very knowledgeable and talented professionals. Their knowledge beyond the subjects helps us in gaining more knowledge from them. All the subjects for our course in the curriculum are relevant, and it definitely makes the students industry-ready. College semester exams are moderate. The pass percentage may be about 75%.
Other: Actually, I really wanted to know what Civil engineering is. I did not even think that this is difficult. I just want to love what I learn. So I've chosen this course. Also, civil engineering field has various opportunities in various sectors both in government and private. The one thing to improve in our course is increasing the practical learning since civil engineering is applicable in practical than theoretical. There are various clubs in our college like Tamil Mandram, Eliminators (dance club), Rotaract, Y's Men Club, Orchestra and in addition to all these, there are separate clubs for each department also. All the clubs conduct more events weekly and conduct yearly fests ensuring maximum participation from our college and from other colleges too. The campus is well-maintained and beautiful with naturally grown trees and flowers. There are many scholarships that help the students for their education. Also, GCT Alumni Association (GCTAA) provides scholarships for economically weak students to pay their mess fees and scholarships for the merit students.

Absolutely good placement in 2023, good faculty, infrastructure and facilities too.
Placements: The placement percentage is above 90 percent in EEE in my batch. In other branches, they also had above-90 percent placement. The top recruiting companies in my branch are Samsung, Bosch, Zoho, Shoba Construction, Daimler, One Bill, TCS, CTS, Aspire, Maxlinear, and Synopsis.
Infrastructure: The facilities and infrastructure are good in my department. They always provide a good Wi-Fi connection. Classrooms will be spacious. In labs, there will be precautionary measures, and all machines are good. In the hostel, rooms will be good and mess food will be okay but we can eat in outside shops. Medical facilities are there and they were good. Regarding sports and games, they will provide the equipment and provide OD for sports events.
Faculty: The teachers will be very helpful. They will guide us to our future. The course curriculum is more relevant to us and teachers will also share today's ideas and instruments. Semester exams will be medium or difficult. Pass percentage will be above 95 percent. We need to do a 4-week internship and those interns are suggested by faculty members so we can get good knowledge regarding them.
Other: Scholarships are there for students and there are many scholarships available. Seniors will be like our brothers. They also guide us and all other events will be perfect. Fees are low when compared to other colleges. The campus surroundings will be neat and green.
