Placements: There is a low placement rate in our course as this is not a technical course. Very few companies offer placements for the profile of consultancy or for some basic work. Most of the students are preparing for a competitive examination (UPSC).
Placements: Students with above 7.5 CGPA were called for aptitude test and the interview, and there is a lot of competition in placements, especially from P cell members. The highest salary package offered is around 15 LPA, the lowest salary package offered is around 4 LPA, and the average salary package offered is around 6 LPA. Top recruiting companies are Deloitte, Ernst and Young, United Airlines and Brains. Less than 10% of the students got internships. Top roles offered are analyst, HR and research ass...
Placements: As compared to other courses, students from this course hardly secure any placement. It is because most of the students don't even opt for the placement process. The remaining students who applied don't focus on the companies coming for the process and sit well-prepared. Relatively fewer companies come for full-time job opportunities for this course, and mostly they are open for B.Com economics, maths honors, computer honors and English honors. Most of the students opting for this course are pre...
Placements: There are no placements for physics. Still, you can go for placement cell and can be a part of a placement fair, go up for an interview and get a job in some companies. Jobs depend on students with some communication skills or some other.
Placements: Placement is good. Deserving students get placements in reputed companies according to their skills and knowledge. Placements are held every year and most of the students get their job letters. The college has a very good placement programme.
Placements: Most of the students preferred to go for higher studies so very few choose to take placement. Placement in my course were very limited. In my course there were multiple subject options so we had so many options to choose our internship field. Most of the students did internship in NGOs.
Placements: Compared to other commerce undergraduate colleges which offer placements rarely, placements in Hansraj are fairly good. The average salary package offered here is 5 LPA, and the highest salary package offered is around 18 LPA. Many companies visit our college for placements, and the maximum number of students get placed.
Placements: Average placements are offered at the college. Hansraj is known for the best placements in whole DU in every programme. According to me the average package offered is around 5-6 LPA for the commerce graduation. Please visit the official site for further information.
Placements: Undergraduation in Geology doesn't offer any job prospects as such, but Masters in the subject increases the chances of placement. Geology department of Delhi University has given placements in leading recruiters in the field of Oil, Groundwater hydrogeology, research etc. Top recruiters agencies are GSI, ONGC, OIL India etc.
Placements: Barely 1-2% of the students in our college get placements. But one can find ample opportunities for internships. The average salary package offered ranges from 4 LPA - 5 LPA. The marketing societies, placement cell and internship cell are very active, and they provide the best opportunities to the students seeking corporate life. Even there are few programs for student aspiring for UPSC.
Placements: Placements here are quite well-organised with ample opportunities over a span of six to seven months. The average salary package offered is about 6 LPA. External audit, HR and top roles are offered to the students. About 70% of the students who applied for the placements get placed. The annual internship fair has provided about 200 opportunities in both social and corporate sector.
Placements: Hardly 10% of the students from this course get placements since very few technical companies visit for recruitment. B.Sc in CS students qualifies better for those limited technical profiles in top consulting firms like BCG, Bain, etc. Commerce students get placements. For a few companies, electronics (Hons) students are not eligible. D.E. Shaw is a major recruiting company for which we prepare very hard. It offers very high salary package. You can find internships through internship cell.
Placements: The internship at Hansraj College was excellent. Many of the students of my batch got an internship in a local business enterprise named Vibgyor colours. The recruiting companies were Deutsch Bank, which is a German bank, etc. The highest salary package offered ranges between 9 LPA to 12 LPA.
Placements: Mainly recruiters focus on Economics and B.Com students because the majority of companies are corporate. In botany department, the majority of students opt for higher studies. So there are not many placements here. Placements are there for the corporate sector.
Placements: The college has decent placements. Companies like BCC McKinsey, Zomato, Brains and Boston. The highest package last year went upto 31 lacs per annum while the minimum package was for 4-5 lacs. 52% students from commerce department got placements from the college. Apart from this the placement wing and internship cell provides great opportunities.
Placements: 1. Around 60% of the students who applied for placements were placed in varied companies. 2. The highest salary: 16.5-17lpa; the lowest salary: 2lpa; average salary: 4.5-5lpa 3. Big4, BCC were the top recruiting companies for our course. 4. Analysts, Research associates roles were mainly offered for our course 6. Internship scenario started well very recently. And most students interned off campus.
Placements: The placement in my college is great. Students get offers from great companies. Some companies provide great opportunities for further studies and packages. The highest package offered was 10 lac PA. The average package is 3lac pa. The placement percentage is 80%. .
Placements: Being a Humanities course, placement opportunities were not present for M.A. English in our college. Same applies for internships. Centrally in Arts Faculty as well there are no placement opportunities. Students have to look for jobs themselves only.
Placements: If I tell u frankly there was not a single placement from our batch and not even a single company was there. Our seniors used to say that there were companies before 2013 but now there is no placement from the chemistry department. While the other courses like B.Com economics have some good placements.
Placements: Placement opportunities in the college are not ample. Number of companies visiting the college are very less. The Placement cell of the college is average. The average package given by the companies is 5 Lacs per annum which is quite an average one.
