I am really satisfied and very proud to be a part of this kind of college.
Placements: Above 70% of students were placed from our course. The highest salary package offered here was 6 LPA, and the lowest salary package offered was 3 LPA. The average salary package offered was 4 LPA. TCS, Dexcore and others visit here for placements. Above 50% of students got internships from our course in Sankalp Semiconductor company. VLSI design engineer and junior engineer roles were offered in our course.
Infrastructure: The facilities and infrastructure available for our course were simply awesome. Our classroom was completely air-conditioned, and the library was also air-conditioned. There were different types of food items in the canteen, and the price of the food was very pocket-friendly. The playground of our college was very good and of good quality.
Faculty: The teachers here were amazing, well qualified and taught us in a very polite and friendly manner. Those teachers always tried to improve us so that we can perform well in the industry. But one thing is that you should also work well on your own to perform better in the industry and everywhere.

I am very much satisfied and proud to be a part of that college. I miss those golden days.
Placements: Above 60% of the students were placed in my course. The highest package offered was above 6 LPA, and the lowest package was 3 LPA, and the average package was around 4 LPA in my course. The top recruiting companies for my course were Dxcorr, TCS etc. Approximately 50% of the students got internships from my course, in Sankalp and other companies. The top roles offered in my course are VLSI design engineer, junior electronics engineer etc.
Infrastructure: The facilities and infrastructure available for my course were very good. It's very good. The classrooms and library are very calm and study-friendly. The quality of food in the canteen is very good, and there are different types of food including veg and non-veg at different prices. The prices of those food items are very pocket-friendly. One thing that is simply magnificent in our college is the playground.
Faculty: I am very much satisfied with their knowledge, teaching quality and polite behavior. The course curriculum is very good, but nobody makes everyone fully prepared. Obviously, they help us to their best. But you have to give your best from your side to be ready for the industry.

I am extremely satisfied with the faculty, great placements in 2015 and good infrastructure.
Placements: The student strength of the batch was 750. Out of them, 610 students were eligible for the campus placement process. Out of these students, 508 students got placed in TCS in the zero-day of the campus placements. After that, around 7 to 10 companies visited the campus for placements. Overall, 90% of the students got placed. Next year, the placement scenario was even better.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of our college was extremely well. Be its classrooms, labs, cafeteria and facilities available for the extracurricular activities were great.
Faculty: Faculty members are extremely qualified and credible. They ensure the quality of the institute by providing extra care to every student. The guardianship shown by them is the backbone of the good future of every student passing from the institute. The college arranges industrial training for every student. The course curriculum was very useful, which makes every student ready for the industry at the end of the course.
Other: The college campus was located at the heart of the city Kolkata. TFW facility was there for needy students. Multiple clubs and committees were available to conduct extracurricular activities. The annual fest of HIT-K is one of the best in Kolkata.

It is a decent engineering college near Ruby.
Placements: Placements in this college were decent. There were many mass recruiters. There were off-campus drives also held in our college. Even some core companies visited our campus for the placements of core branch students. The salary package offered for B.Tech ranges 3-4.5 LPA.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of the college is better than many other colleges. There is a lush green playground where you can play. Classrooms are spacious but need to be a bit better maintained. This college is ideally located near Ruby Hospital. The library provides a good collection of books.
Faculty: Faculty members in the college are okay. Some are erudite and have a great deal of knowledge in the subjects they teach. They are generally helpful. Most of them are approachable as well in case you have some doubts and want to clarify them.
Other: Our technical and cultural fests are one of the best fests in and around Kolkata. The student team put in a lot of efforts to make the events a success.
