I am satisfied. It has 100% ROI, top-notch placements and excellent infrastructure and facilities.

Placements: Software developers, software engineers, R&D roles, business-related roles, entrepreneurs and researchers are offered in our college. The majority of the students of the batch opted for higher education in top IITs, IIMs and universities abroad. Students also get national and international scholarships, and it is due to the exceptional educational environment of our college.

I am partially satisfied due to lack of good campus placements.

Placements: Around 30%-35% of the students got placed in the previous year from our college. The placement record in our department is very bad in our college. The highest salary package offered here is 8 LPA, and the lowest salary package offered is 3 LPA. The average salary package offered is 4.5 LPA. Top recruiting companies for our college are TCS, Wipro, Capgemini, Amazon, HCL, Ashok Leyland, L&T, etc. Almost 50%-60% of the students got internships from our course, especially in TCS, GRSE, Steel Author...

Heritage Institute of Technology is a decent college.

Placements: Placements in IT branches like CS, IT and ECE are good. In terms of the core branches, placements are average. So you have to work very hardly and smartly. I am from civil engineering. Some core companies visit our college for placements, and also core students get selected in IT companies.

Faculty members don't have appropriate knowledge of the subject.

Placements: Placements of this college are above average, and the salary package offered will be 3 to 4 LPA. Placement cell is available within the college, which makes sure that you get placed in some companies. Some companies offered a salary package of 2 to 3 LPA for 3 to 4 students, and the maximum salary package offered is 10 LPA.

Absolutely satisfied with the infrastructure, facilities and internship opportunities provided.

Placements: Almost everyone was placed in the past years with an average package of 4-5 Lacs p. a. College also provides a good opportunity and information of every internship offer available to students. Gives us every updates time to time. The highest package of 9 Lacs p. a was offered.

Review of Heritage Institute of Technology.

Placements: From our batch, most of the students got placed in TCS. Overall, the placement rate was good here. The average salary package offered was around 3.3 LPA, but I don't know about the lowest salary package. The highest salary package was offered by Phillips Carbon Black.

One of the best private engineering colleges in West Bengal with proper infrastructure.

Placements: In 2016 ECE batch, more than 90% students got placed with and average package of 3.5 - 4 LPA. TCS was the mass recruiter whereas companies like Capgemini, ITC Infotech, Godrej etc. Also came for placement. The highest package was about 7 LPA and the lowest being 2 LPA. Roles offered were mainly IT based.

Review of Heritage Institute of Technology- Kolkata.

Placements: As for our batch, the college was able to successfully place all the students apart from the students who opted out of the placement drive. However, the placement cell should try to bring companies from various sectors. Most of the companies that were coming to the campus during our time belong to the IT sector and thus people belonging to the core engineering departments had a tough time getting their preferred role or job.

Good College, Awesome college life, great placements in 2016.

Placements: A very high percentage, almost 50% were placed on the very first day. Consecutive placement days saw more success, with at least 10 companies within the first couple of weeks. So yes, it was a great placement season. And as far as I am aware, the college has carried this record forward.

A review on my college HITK.

Placements: Mostly it is a pool placement for all courses. TCS is the top recruiter. Plus several other companies may come like Cognizant, Mahindra and several smaller core companies come. But mind you, most are pool. The focus is on IT based recruitment of students.

Heritage is a good blend of academics and Extra curriculars.

Placements: Almost 95% got placed from the ECE department. The college is a favourite for TCS as it recruited around 508 students. Other key recruiters included Capgemini, ITC Infotech, Polaris, Odessa etc. The roles given are mainly in Software Engineering trainee or Assistant systems Engineering trainee. The average package is around 3-3.4 LPA. The internship scenario is limited.

Overall, it is a good college, but a few things should be improved.

Placements: There were no internships through on-campus. TCS was the largest recruiter at our time, and apart from this, other renowned IT major in India took part in the process. Byju's with sales profile offered the highest salary to the selected graduates. On-campus placements need to be improved.

Industry visits, guest lectures and training were occasionally conducted.

Placements: Placement is good, but not 100%. Most jobs are in IT, and profiles in core companies are comparatively less. During 2017 placements, TCS had hired somewhat 500-510 people from all departments combined, mostly at packages of 3-4LPA, and few digital profiles at a higher package. Proper placement training of aptitude, coding and English classes are conducted.

Our college is worth the fee paid, so I would hardly recommend it.

Placements: Almost 90% of the students got placed in our college. The highest salary package offered is 15 LPA, the lowest salary package offered is 2 LPA and the average salary package offered is 6-7 LPA according to the last year. Topmost companies are Tech Mahindra, Bajaj, etc. Almost 40% of the students got an internship in our stream. Roles offered are a software engineer and NTPC engineers.

Our college provides good infrastructure, facilities and decent placements.

Placements: Placements in computer science and engineering course are pretty well for a tier 3 college. Placements in information technology and electronics and communication branches are also good. But the scenario in core departments like civil, mechanical and electrical is not good. Very few core companies visit our college to recruit students, and only 10% of the students get placed.

The college is quiet satisfying in every department except extracurricular activities and sports.

Placements: About 80% of my departments had been placed. The highest package was around 8 Lacs and the average package was around 4 Lacs. TCS is the mass recruiter of the college.

Our college does not provide placements, infrastructure and lab facilities for core branches.

Placements: Our college does not provide placement for core branches. Our college provides placements in courses like CS, IT and ECE. Companies do not visit our college for core branches, nor the college tries anything to invite companies. Our college seems almost ignorant of the fact that there are core branches also and they only want money.
