The Best college of East region.

Placements: The Placements of this college are best. 95% of the students got placed every year, and the rest are going to start their startup. Even the core placements are incredible. In my word, It should be the best college in the east region of India. The students get a good internship from the college. The college not placed the students in the industry but also creates some great minds.

It is the best college of West Bengal.

Placements: Already 70% students got placed, and this placement process continues. Many students are placed in his/her dream job. Many students were selected in two companies, and they choose their favourite company. This college stands top 5 in West Bengal. So, if you mark well throughout the semester, and if you have a clear knowledge about your stream, you will surely be placed.

Great infrastructure, average placements, good faculty members and good facilities.

Placements: The placements are pretty good especially in the department I study in. TCS is the mass recruiter for the past 2 years. We are yet to have placements in the 7th semester. Two years before, 100% of the computer science students were placed in TCS. This year, it was lower than the previous year. The placement cell is efficient but could be more active.

Our college is average. Don't expect marvellous life after 4 years, and it will be just good.

Placements: The placement statistics are quite average here. I meant to say that don't expect 8 LPA or 9 LPA or something. The placements of CSE branch is good here. Almost 70% percent of the students of CSE get placed with 5 LPA to 6 LPA and after that mechanical branch comes. The civil students suffer very badly here as in the last year only 10 or 15 got placed and that too in some generic IT company with 3 LPA to 4 LPA.

The placements and the faculty of the college are good.

Placements: Almost the whole batch got placed in TCS with an average package of 3.4 LPA. Once placed, you won't be able to sit for the next company. Quite some companies came with a greater package, but only a few were allowed to sit for them. The core companies don't visit often. The highest package offered was 6.7 LPA. If placements are more important to you than college life and facilities, prefer IEM over Heritage. None-the-less, almost every deserving candidate, aiming for placements got placed either ...

One of the best private engineering colleges in town.

Placements: The placements on the campus are good. Around, 70% of the students got placed. The highest salary offered is five lacs per annum. Tata Consultancy Services is the mass recruiter on the campus. In 2017, 512 students got placed in TCS only. Also the other companies like Wipro, Tech Mahindra come for the campus placements. Although, this year, TCS took only 325 students from the college.

In short the college is enjoyable with a great placement opportunity.

Placements: For the last two batches placements were better than this year. This year TCS came for the on-campus recruitment followed by Wipro also. Godrej and Boyce have come for the pool interview. There were companies like All state Network solutions, Manikaran etc. We have a perfect and interactive TPO and the other madams, who helped us to get the internship, the college offered to pay the maximum of RS.3000 per student.

The highest, average and the lowest salary offered are Rs. 9 lakhs, Rs. 3.2 lakhs & Rs. 2.2 lakhs per annum respectively. Good placement and faculty. Satisfactory in all the aspects.

Placements: Overall, the placement in 2017 has been 75 % to 80 % with an average of Rs. 3 to 3.5 lakhs per annum. The highest package here till now for 2017 has been Rs. 10.5 Lakhs in off-campus placements in Microsoft. Overall, the placement here has been good in every stream. The most placement holding stream this year was mechanical. As of my stream of EIE, students were also placed well in different IT as well as core instrumentation branches in India and abroad.

One of the best college of West Bengal where one can afford, learn, and develop their own skill.

Placements: The placements offered are almost good. TCS and other best multiple multinational companies visit the campus. The packages are offered almost between 4-5 lacs per annum. The placements used to happen nearly in the month of November-December. A lot of students in 2k17 were placed in TCS which is one of the best company in India. Mainly, this company used to hire the students from the computer science, electronics and communication department.

We believe that the knowledge is power.

Placements: The placement here is good, but the major recruitment is from the TCS, Wipro and as well as any mass recruiting company. If you have an extraordinary talent and work hard, then the college will definitely place you in a good company. The average package from here is about Rs. 3.4 Lakhs to Rs. 4 Lakhs. Most of the students, about 80-90 percentage from CSE, IT, ECE, BT, instrumentation departments get placements here, every year. The students here are also offered internships according to their gr...

HITK- the best private engineering college in Kolkata.

Placements: We have a good placement record for the last few years. We had a record-breaking placement of 508 students in TCS in the year 2016. We also have the sessions from the various companies and help for our future and placement. The TPO is also supportive.

Good faculty, good placement, the best infrastructure.

Placements: The placement cell of my college is very active. So many IT companies visit like TCS, Wipro etc. which give the job to deserving students. They offer an impressive package of about 4.5 LPA to 6 LPA to students of branches like CSE, IT, ECE etc. Companies for core branches like mechanical, electrical also visit here. Overall 70% students get placed.

I am satisfied with my college. The infrastructure and faculty are the best.

Placements: The placements of the batch in 2018 were not so good as the companies had come to our college a little late. This time the percentage of placement was 90%. The companies which recruited a maximum number of students was Tata consultancy services (TCS). This company hired 300 students out of 500 students. Other companies which recruited students were Capgemini, Wipro, Tech Mahindra, IBM India, Cerner Corporations, Birla corporations, DXccor Design, ITC Infotech, Omics International, etc. The highe...

The faculty and infrastructure are nice. The placements are average, and the college life is great.

Placements: The placement in the college is average, where TCS is the company which takes nearly 500 students with an average package of 3.6 Lacs per annum. There have been improvements in the selection of students as companies like Tesco and Godrej took candidates for 4.85 LPA. This is the on-campus placements. The students are well trained in placement and training cell that is working on and bringing companies from last 6 years.

Heritage is the best private college in Kolkata in IT field and campus placements.

Placements: The college is a very good institute for IT placements. About 75% students were placed in my batch. The highest package goes approximately 15-20 lacs per annum from the off-campus. The average salary offered was 4-5 lacs per annum, and lowest was 2-3 lacs per annum for core branches. The mechanical and other core branches students are offered industrial training. TCS, Infosys, and Wipro are major recruiters.

Heritage Institute of Technology, where you can enjoy freely

Placements: Not good at all for core branches because of very less possibilities of core companies coming here. For IT sector not generally an average of 3.5 lakhs per annum is given which is for all branches. Ironically, it doesn't depend upon you have a coding branch as your career or not. As far as percentage of placement is concerned, it was only 50% in 2017. It was higher i.e. about 80% in other years and also, it is expected to be higher i.e. as usual from the next year. ...

Placements: The placement in the year 2017 was up to the mark. Almost 500 of the students got placed in the first round of campus placement. The placement was really good in my department, i.e. computer science and engineering. Almost 70-75% of the students got placed. The average salary offered was almost 4.5 lacs per annum.
