IIIT Allahabad Reviews on Placements, Faculty & Facilities ,

Placements: Around 75% of the students in the college get dream jobs. Maximum students got placed. But most of the companies visit the campus to hire the students of the IT field. But most of them don't visit the campus to hire the students of the electronics and communication field. Last year, Qualcomm visited the campus to hire ECE students, and around four students got placed from B.Tech ECE department with a salary package of 16 LPA.

Placements: Placements of our batch in the college were good. Around 550 students of our batch got placed through college placements. The highest salary package offered was 32 LPA, the lowest salary offered was 3.5 LPA, and the average salary offered was 16 LPA. Placements: Placements were mainly focused on teaching for ECE Masters. You will still get plenty of opportunities for IT companies. For ECE, not much of companies are there. If you are from VLSI domain you still can have plenty of job opportunities for off campus companies.

Placements: The placements are good. The mainstream of the placements will be IT. The core placements for ECE are very less (i.e. only one or two will come for the placements), but everyone will get placed. Students should be good with the coding to get placed in some good companies. Many top companies like Amazon, Qualcomm etc., come for the placements. The average package is 11 LPA.

Placements: Placements are good here, Lots of MNC companies come for taking IN. Chances of Placing at Good Package is for sure, if you're good enough for them. Statistics: (2016-17) 100% Placements. Placements: Placements were very good in the first half of 4th year. Many companies came for software developer roles, technology analyst. The highest was nearly 30lpa. Companies that visited were Amazon, qualcomm, samsung Bangalore, Delhi, Noida, citicorp etc. Average salary was 6lpa. Yes, there is a placement cell.

Placements: The placements here are awesome. Average placement is 12-13 Lacs. Almost all the students get placed. Last year placement was 100%, the lowest salary was 3.5 Lacs and the highest was around 30 Lacs. Internships are also given by big companies such as amazon and others.

Placements: This year the campus placement reached a high of 28 Lacs. One of our senior who went for off campus placement was placed in Uber for 35 Lacs CTC. The average scenario for placement in IT is good with average around 15 Lacs. Even for Electronics the placement were well with core electronics reaching a high of 15 Lacs.

Placements: Placements are good, means 100 percent students who sit in interview are placed. If you are interested in coding or development, then this is the best place among other NITs. Data are available at institute's website. In this college, if you maintain your cgpa above 8 and know coding, then this is best place, you will be placed.

Placements: There is 100 percent placement record, since 2005 with the average package of 10-12 lacs per annum. There are lots of opportunities for placement and internship available in this college. Placements: One of the best placements in IT can be guaranteed. Some of the companies that visited our college were Microsoft, amazon, wallmart, Google, Facebook, Morgan Stanley, flipkart etc. This is just a tip of the iceberg. If you really work hard you can sure of minimum of 10lpa package as a fresher. Almost all of these students got camps placement and most of them got dream offers of more than 6lpa.

Placements: The placement statistics are quite good. The average CTC is 8 LPA to 12 LPA. There is a bad side too that the placement cell allows startups to hire, and most of the startups fail to perform. Also, though the CTC is quite high, the cash in hand ranges between Rs. 35,000 per month to Rs. 80,000 per month.

Placements: The college has a record of a 100% placement, till date. All the top companies come for the campus interviews. The chances of getting an internship are really high. The chances of conversion of an internship into a pre-placement offer are really high. It had a percentage of 80 in dream company placement.

Placements: A comprehensive placement statistics has never been made public by IIIT Allahabad. Some of the placements are from Amazon which hires at around 22 LPA, Wallmart which is around 20 LPA, Goldman Sach, Flipkart, and Qualcomm (Notable company for EC Branch). The average package is of 12-15 LPA. Here, near about 50-60 companies visit per year and provide a very fine salary package.

Placements: The college is well-known for its competitive coding culture and the placements. There is a large number of people, who find their dream job through the campus placement session. The highest on-campus placement package is 65 LPA. Many big companies like Goldman Sacs, Wall Mart and Fintech companies visit at the time of the placement session. The students are offered the internship in many big IT giants. The placement is awesome for the IT students, but not good for the ECE students.

Placements: The placements of our college are very good, especially for IT branch. Also, most of the ECE people go for IT jobs as the college environment is apt for coding. Only 3-4 core companies visit the college, so getting placed in a core company is a little bit difficult. Last year, in 2016-17, the maximum salary package offered was 39 LPA. The minimum salary package offered is 3.5 LPA. The average salary package offered is 12.5 LPA. The college provides 100% placements.

The pace of the placements was slow after the first month, but it was consistent, and thus, by the end of the semester, 80% of the students were placed in dream round companies. Placements: The placements offered are the best, more than 95% of the students were placed. There are a lot of companies who hire and take intern from here. The best part is that we have the placement session for the whole one year. All the major companies like CodeNation, Microsoft, Amazon, Flipkart, Morgan Stanley, and Goldman Sachs visit and hire 3-4 students, sometimes even more.
