IIT Jodhpur Reviews on Placements, Faculty & Facilities ,

Placements: Around 90 to 95% of students were placed. The average salary package is around 20 LPA. Companies recruiting are Google, Goldman Sachs, Amazon, Adobe, Siemens, TCS, etc. Around 60 to 70% of students are going for an internship in companies like Google, Adobe, Microsoft, etc. Software developer, analyzer, and research roles are offered.

Placements: During placements, different companies visit the campus. Many students give their interviews and apply for the best jobs in the best companies. Our college give classes or lectures for the preparation of interviews and how to grow up yourself. Major companies visiting the campus are biotech Panacea, etc. The average salary package offered was around 2 LPA to 5 LPA.

Placements: More than 99% of students in the CSE department were placed with the highest package being 65 Lacs from the companies like Diverta and SMS data tech. The average package was around 24 Lacs and the lowest was around 8-9 Lacs. Many pre-final year students also got internships in various MNCs like Microsoft, Google, and many other companies too.

Placements: 100 percent students are placed, maybe one or two were left. The highest package is 20 Lacs per annum, and the lowest is 10 Lacs per annum Oxytocin is the one of the companies that hired students. Maybe around 70 percent students got internship in companies like google and Microsoft, etc. Roles like researchers and data analyst and machine learning jobs were offered.

Placements: Batch of 2021 have 32 students in B.Tech Bioscience and Biotechnology and 31 of them have got placed already. 99% + placement for the batch. To be honest there was mostly coding based companies and most of the awarded jobs were of SDE role and analyst roles. Maximum package was of 41LPA Minimum package was of 9LPA Average is at 15LPA This data is specified for B.Tech in Bioscience and Biooengineering from IITJ.

Placements: In 2022 passing out batch of Computer Science, 99% of students got placed in various multinational and national companies with an average package of 24 lpa. The highest package was offered by Diverta and SMS data tech as 65 lpa, while the lowest package offered is 8 Lacs. Other top recruiting companies were Microsoft, Paytm, Amazon, TCS and Adobe. Both the highest and average packages are increasing year by year and are expected to be even better in coming years.

Placements: Almost 99% of students are placed this year in bioengineering, around 31 get placed out of 32. The highest salary package offered is 44 LPA by Microsoft, and the lowest salary package offered is 8 LPA. Most of the roles offered are in the IT sector. Core placements are not that good but improving daily.

Placements: Nice placement, almost every person got selected in placements. So overall placement is about 85% in mechanical branch. Here, courses like machine learning and data structures and algorithms are taught in regular courses. So everyone can sit in the non core placements.

Placements: 30+ PPOs are offered this year, and more are yet to come. 50 companies registered for placements this year. The average package offered this year is 24.38 LPA till now. 100% placements were available in CSE last year and this year. The overall placement rate is 80%. My course was introduced last year, and hence, its stats are not available. However, stats from CSE and EE branches are shining, with placements and internships in Google, Paytm, Zomato, Samsung, Deloitte and many more.

Placements: In the UG placements, the average salary package offered ranges from 13-18 LPA. Webinars are conducted from time to time to help students get through the interviews of even the top 4 companies like Facebook, Amazon, Google and Microsoft. The placement cells and the internship cell is very active.

Placements: From our course, only 42 students got placed. I don't know about placements of civil because this course is started this year only. However, I think its placements are average because of IIT reputation. The government focuses more and increases the budget for infrastructure. So, it is a good opportunity for this course students to get a good salary package from good companies.

Placements: Placements depend on the branch, and in computer science, almost 90% of the students got placed. In the computer science course, the average salary package offered is 30 LPA. In electrical engineering, the salary package offered is 15 LPA, and in mechanical engineering, the salary package offered is 10 LPA. Top recruiting companies of our college are Amazon and Hindustani Petroleum. Almost 60% of the students are going for an internship every year.

Placements: Students placement record is around 90-95%, the average package of electrical engineering is around 14 lacs per annum. Companies recruiting are microsoft, google, goldman sache, amazon, adobe etc. Around 70% students gets the internship in companies like amazon, microsoft, google, adobe etc. Roles offered are like tester, software engineer, analyzer.

Placements: Placements offered in the core companies are not so decent, but fine when compared to private institutes. Due to the main focus on knowledge rather than getting placed, many students opt for higher education. About 85% of the students from the electrical engineering branch got placed the previous year.

Placements: I'm currently in my pre-final year of B.Tech CSE. From the past 3 outgoing batches, the placement percentage of our college is around 90% for CSE students, 75-80% for electrical engineering and 70%-75% for Mechanical engineering. The highest salary package that was offered to our senior batch was 43 LPA by Microsoft. There are 5-10 students who got a salary package of 30 LPA. But generally, such good salary packages are given by software companies like Amazon, Arcesium, Goldman Sachs, Go-Jek, ...

Placements: Approximately 74% of the students from mechanical engineering get placed every year. I am a first-year student, so I don't know much about placements. The highest salary package offered for the mechanical course was 44 LPA, while the lowest salary package offered was 8 LPA in the previous year. Placements: Almost 75% of the students got placed this year. The average salary package offered was 14.33 LPA. The average salary package offered for mechanical engineer 2019 was 8-9 LPA. TVs, DRDO, ISRO, Mahindra and many other core companies visited our campus for placements. Students have an opportunity to get an internship in the 1st year and 2nd year also in companies like TVs.

Placements: This is the first batch of data and computational sciences so no statistics regarding the placement scenario. The highest salary was 39 LPA from Microsoft, the lowest salary offered from 3.6 LPA from Infosys and average salary is 7 LPA. No idea about who will recruit, but major companies seeking Data Scientists, Data Analysts, Machine Learning & AI Engineers won't be disappointed. Placements: There are no placements recorded yet. As the last year, the biotechnology branch came into existence so our batch is second seniormost so if our senior get placed in the year 2022, then placements records will be there until then I can't predict anything.
