Placements: A very large number of students, around 85 percent, are placed on campus, while the remaining either secure off-campus placements or are keen on pursuing startups. All students are placed, and this holds true for internships as well; a significant number of students secure internships.

Placements: The placement record in chemical engineering at IIT Kanpur is strong as compared to other IITs. Placements: The placement at my college is one of the best. Last year, a foreign company, BCG, hired 50 students out of 80 batchmates. So it's amazing. I myself work at Microsoft. it's so amazing to be a part of this university. The placement is 80% here. Life is chill.

Placements: Placement from my course like in core is less but yes student apply for non-core jobs they get that easily. Avg package is 12 Lacs. Internship going on as I am in my 3rd year now almost 330 out of 1200 is recruited for the internship. The lowest package is may be 8lakhs.

Placements: Placement at IIT Kanpur is 100% most of the people who sits in placement drive gets placed in various domains Software, Analyst, Data Scientist, Consulting core etc. Internship is bit competitive but determination and smartwork makes wonders. Visiting companies are Amzon, Flipkart, Mastercard, Bank of New York Mellon, American Express, Google, Microsoft, Oracle, Optiver, Quantbox, Brain, BCG, McKinsey, Goldman Sachs, JP Morgan, Morgan Stanley, ITC, Hindustan Unilever etc.

Placements: Almost 90% of students got placed in this course. The highest salary package offered was 80 LPA. The lowest salary package offered was 7 LPA. Top recruiting companies are Dr. Reddy, HUL, Microsoft, ITC, etc. Around 50% of students got internships in this course. Top roles offered are consultant, chemical engineer, and SDE.

Placements: IIT Kanpur has a very good placement offer. In my branch, it was around 90%, and the overall average package was also around INR 20 LPA. Internships are offered to various students, and they do perform well. Recruitment mainly involved alumni, so there was no problem with placement.

Placements: Our course provided excellent placements in 2022. About 100% of students were placed. The average salary package offered is around 28 LPA. Top recruiting companies include Amazon, Google, Flipkart, Samsung, and Nvidia.

Placements: Almost all students got placed in our college. The average salary package offered is 18 LPA. About 35% of students got internships. Students can apply for off-campus internships. Most of the students got placed in the IT sector. For higher studies, there are a lot of opportunities in our course.

Placements: Placements are nice but most of them are non core. There were 33 1 crore plus placements this year alone (2022) and the top package of 4.3 crores was offered by jane street. There are very limited non core jobs but still overall the placements are great.

Placements: Electrical engineering in IIT Kanpur is a decent branch. Almost all of the students are placed from this department. Top recruiting companies are Google, Microsoft, Amazon, Flipkart etc. Almost 80 percent of students got internship from my course. Recruiting companies in internship are almost same as in placement.

Placements: This year, 35+ students received placements worth more than one crore, with one student receiving a four-crore package and another receiving a 1.9-crore domestic package, which is higher than any other institute in India. Last year, over 45 students received a 1 crore package.

Placements: Almost every student got placed and others went for higher studies. The package depends on the skills. Generally, people go for non-core, and it depends on the field in which you have interest. It could be constancy, finance, product based company or others.
