A good college for bachelors and masters in microbiology or chemistry.
Placements: Only 5 to 10 students went for campus selection and got selected. Twenty students from our class opted for higher education. The highest package offered is 4 lacs per annum, and the lowest package is 1.5 lacs per annum. The top recruiting companies are Biocon, MedLife, and Anthem Biosciences. No students came from our batch.
Infrastructure: College facilities are above average. One basketball court with all the events conducted there and labs with the best equipment and space. Classrooms have smart boards, and Wi-Fi is accessible only in libraries. The hostel is first-class, with the Mess providing various food items of the highest quality. It has Wi-Fi and a first aid facility.
Faculty: Teachers help us gather notes and provide detailed explanations of all the topics. The course curriculum makes students ready to do projects, teaching us to write research papers. Top scores study full semester to score the highest in sem exams. The pass percentage is 98.

College suited for only the purpose of studies. Enjoyment is limited in campus.
Placements: 50 percent of students were placed from our course. The highest package a fresher with internship and project exposure can get is 3 Lacs per annum
the lowest package is 1.5 Lacs per annum.
20 to 30 percent students go for internships in final semester. Top roles offered are research scientist, biomedical analyst and quality control officer.
Infrastructure: College has only one basketball court, all the programs are conducted in basketball ground. Wi-Fi is available only in library. Usage of phones in campus is restricted, Allowed only in canteen and basketball court. Hostel has good food and living facility. Mess food is hygienic and best.
Faculty: Teachers are knowledgeable and qualified to teach, they provide us with online and handwritten notes. Teacher take us to industrial visits to develop our industrial exposure. Semester exams can bes passed easily by studying a day or week before it starts.

Best college for B.Sc. in Chemistry considering the teaching quality.
Placements: No students from my batch attended campus selection as all decided to pursue higher education. As per the information provided by our seniors, the highest package is 4 Lacs per annum, the lowest is 1.5 Lacs per annum and average of 2.5 Lacs per annum. Top recruiting companies are TATA, WIPRO, IBM, TESCO etc.
Infrastructure: Usage of phones are restricted in college, allowed only in canteen and basketball court. Wi-Fi can be accessed through computers in library. College has limited sports facility with only one basketball court being used for all occassions. Hostel food is good with variety of items being provided for all 3 a day.
Faculty: All teachers are doctorates with each having atleast more than 6 years of teaching experience. Teaching quality is good considering the topics being taught. Course curriculum helps us to develop insight on subjects. Semester exams can be passed by studying 1 or 2 days before it starts.

The teaching quality is good.
Placements: Our batch has 33 students. The average salary package offered is 2 LPA to 3 LPA. Students sign up for internship programs with college management. Students with a B.Sc. degree are assistant professors in many colleges in their respective subjects. The top role offered is a junior researcher.
Infrastructure: Labs and classrooms are enormous. Projectors are available in classrooms. Wi-Fi is available. The majority of the equipment required for experimentation is available. The canteen is huge. The hostel is excellent. Non-vegetarian food is served every week but is a little expensive.
Faculty: Teachers have 15 to 25 years of work experience in their particular fields. The teaching quality is good. Teachers take us on field trips and industrial visits to help us gain practical experience in a subject. There are two internal exams every semester and one mock practical before the final exam.
Other: This course is interesting. I chose this course to become a researcher in chemistry.

Both the courses are related to genetic engineering and if you choose biotechnology as a
BSC course, then there are better opportunities.
It also includes application in therapeutics; diagnostic; genetically modified crops for agricultural, bioremediation, energy production, etc.
