IIT BHU Reviews on Placements, Faculty & Facilities ,

Placements: More than 90 percent students got placement this year. The highest package was above 1.5 crores, the average package was around 21 Lacs and the lowest package was of 9 Lacs. Google and Microsoft were among the top recruiting companies. Almost every student did atleast one internship.

Placements: Above 80 percent students were placed in mechanical engineering in IIT Varanasi in 2022. Most of those were for coding and some for core jobs. The highest package offered was 47 LPA in domestic and the lowest was 14 LPA. The average package was around 18-19 LPA.

Placements: There are good placements at Indian institute of technology Varanasi ( IIT BHU). About 85 % were placed last year. The highest package in chemical engineering was 56 LPA and the average was 15 LPA. About 20% of students got on campus internship in various domains like quant analyst, consultant, supply chain management, research and development and many more. Companies like HUL, ITC, P&G, Goldman sachs, J P Morgan and many more come here.

Placements: Placements were good in our college. Almost 90% of students got placed in good companies with good salary packages. The highest salary package offered was 21 LPA, and for CSE students, it was a good opportunity. The lowest salary package offered was 4 LPA. The placement process was good and easy. Our college made it easier and supported us well.

Placements: Placements are good with the highest package being 2.4 crores and obviously it is for computer Science. The highest package in Mechanical is 44 lac. if you are getting mechanical then I would suggest that you should change your branch in the first year only that will definitely give you an edge over others.

Placements: 100 percent placement was there from my branch. The highest package was around 40 Lacs, the lowest was around 7-8 Lacs while the average package was 20 Lacs. The recruiting companies are Microsoft, Paytm, samsung. Accenture, Oracle, etc. SDE was the Role offered.

Placements: Mostly, placements are excellent here but students mostly struggle with their internships and PPOs. Although recruiters for interns are unbiased, some extra advantage or upper edge is given for core over non-core branches, i.e., for computer science, electronics engineering, and electrical engineering in tech jobs.

Placements: Almost all the big MNCs recruit from this college and in every branch, even if you go in the core sector. The coding culture is absolutely amazing due to which there is huge scope in non core. As it is one of the oldest college in the nation the alumni connections are excellent hence better guidance will be provided.

Placements: Placements are good in this college. The average salary package offered is 23.4 LPA. The maximum salary package offered is 40.87 LPA, and the minimum salary package offered is 8.5 LPA. Around 34 students registered for placements. Almost 27 students out of 29 students got placed.

Placements: More than 90% of people were placed from mining, the highest package being around 44 LPA and the lowest being 7 LPA and the average was around 18 LPA. Most of the companies are open for mining engineering except a few which are circuital specific. Top companies are Swiggy, Goldman Sachs, Microsoft and Amazon. Till now 3-4 people have grabbed internships on Amazon. The top role offered is a general manager in mine.

Placements: I am pursuing electronics engineering at IIT BHU. In the previous year, the placement percentage in our branch was 100%. The highest package offered was 2 crores per annum, the lowest package was 7 LPA, and the average package was 32.89 LPA. This year, almost 85% of students got internships in top companies like Intel, Qualcomm, Nvidia, Google Hardware, etc.

Placements: Our institute provides good placements but students have to prepare well for the aptitude. The average salary package is 8 LPA - 9 LPA. The placement cell is great. Students can get jobs in any sector.

Placements: Students were eligible for placements in their final year. More than 300 companies visit our campus, and offer 1,100 placements this year. The college placement cell conducts mock interview rounds, pre-placement talks, written tests, GD rounds, and presentation talks. Placements: Placements are really good. As it is an old University it has large alumni network. The placement in non-core field is more significant. TPC (the training and placement cell) mail you about different internships in your mail. And linkedin is another option. For on campus internships you have to sit for interviews. Placements: Placement in IIT BHU is very good, thanks to the great alumni networks. About 90% of students got placed in 2021 and average was 26lpa, with 2.01 CPA maximum. Placements: Since I am from IIT, placements and internship opportunities are excellent here. Even Google comes for internships and placement as well. Looking at the number of companies visiting my campus and the opportunities here, my overall experience is good. I got an internship in Samsung, Delhi for 2 months and they will be paying 70 thousands for 2 months. Moreover, they will cover my accommodation for the span of 2 months staying there for an internship next year.

Placements: Placement record here for M.Sc is very poor. Last year, only 60% students got placements. The placement package is 8 LPA as maximum. I don't think this is a good platform for placement.
