To be eligible to apply for MBA admission at IIT Jodhpur, candidates must pass Class 12 and graduation in the respective subjects. Candidates who secured minimum 60% aggregate or 6.00 CGPA in their graduation are eligible to apply for MBA. However, there is a five percent relaxation is given to SC/ST/PwD candidates. They must obtain a minimum of 55% aggregate or 5.00 CGPA in the same subjects. Other than this, final year students of graduation may also apply for the course.

IIT Jodhpur offers a two-year MBA course via its School of Management & Entrepreneurship. The institute provides full-time MBA course FinTech and Cyber Security in offline as well as online modes for working professionals.
