Placements: Placement opportunities provided in the college are average. IP has an active placement cell in the college, but companies mainly visit for B.com honours and economics honours graduates. There are some good companies that visit the college like Deloitte and KPMG, but most of the companies offer an average package of 3.50-4 LPA.
Placements: There are only a few placements, and just content writer roles are offered to the placed students. I'm dissatisfied with the placements. And also, I don't want to take up those profiles. The placement team in the college wasn't much active. Our batch suffered a lot, as the college didn't provide placement opportunities.
Placements: The college has a placement cell which provides various opportunities to the students. It gives exposure, especially to students who are not very outspoken. The students are offered placement opportunities from various reputed companies during my tenure. Overall, the placement cell is doing good. But, they need to provide a little more opportunities for the students of other branches than commerce.
Placements: I think 3 or 4 candidates were selected in the campus placement from IPCW. Talking about the placements of our college, the college provides very good placements to the deserving candidates. But think the college placement cell needs to be pushed more from the college management so that they can also attract good companies for the college girls. I also think there should be a proper counselling given to the girls of the college to provide the knowledge about the current situation of the placemen...
Placements: Currently, I am in the final year, so I have seen two senior batches. In 2018 batch, 175 students out of 230 got placed on the campus placements. In 2017 batch, 160 students out of 226 got placed in the campus placements. Thus, we can see that the average placement is about 76%. There is a placement cell named JEET in the college.
Placements: The placement cell is very active. They provide an ample amount of opportunities to students. It just only needs an opportunity takes the student to make use of all the internship opportunities very well. Grab the opportunity and do all paid and non paid internships.
Placements: In the last year our department got the maximum placement in the entire college, this year too placement cell of our college have recieved the maximum registration from B.A. programme. And I really trust our placement cell, they bring very variety of jobs and companies and the students get variety of opportunity.
Placements: Some of the students who were interested got placed in good companies with decent packages. They are earning in and around lacs, and the location is also good. The companies are also of good standard. Placements also depend on the discipline you have and how you present yourself.
Placements: Not very satisfied with placement ideas. 10 percent of tatal students are placed every year. Salary depends on individual talents. Various multinational companies visited the campus. Students were offered multidisciplinary roles. 60 percent students got internships. Proper placement cell is connected with college.
Placements: Some of the companies which visited the campus for recruitment were Mahindra Comviva, SAP, Deloitte, UrbanClap, etc., offering profiles of associates. The average salary offered was approximately 2.5 LPA, the highest salary offered was approximately 3.8 LPA, and the lowest salary was approximately 1.8 LPA to the 2017 batch. Most of the students were majorly focused on preparing for entrance examinations for higher studies. Our senior batch graduated with us because of the end of the FYUP course ...
Placements: The college provides a lot of placement opportunities including internships during the semesters. The college has a placement cell and is also in association with J. E. T. Various NGOs and companies give opportunities of jobs and internships having CTC of about 2.5-2.7 Lacs per annum. The alumna of the college visit the college from time to time and guide students about career and motivate them to look beyond their courses and expand their horizon. The teachers and principal also help with appoi...
Placements: The senior batch was good, and placements from college were good. Many big companies came to the college and others were good, but only a few students got selected, say 2 or 3 from 100. The salary package was not good, many students left and did not join it because of the package.
Placements: The placement is just okay. A few seniors got placed with a good package, otherwise at a very low salary, but most of the students didn't get placed. I will give it 6/10. There is a placement cell in the college. It helps many to get an internship.
Placements: The placement cell is always active and bringing new internship opportunities. If placements for my senior batch is concerned, the highest salary offered would have been 5 lacs per annum, and the minimum would be 1 lac per annum. The internships offered are for both experienced, and stipend as well.
Placements: The placements of the college are not that good, but the college is putting up the effort for its betterment and is progressing. This college has also open-up a separate branch for the placement, for the student's benefits. Apart from this, the placement here is good.
Placements: JEET- the placement society of IP college, just 1-year-old. They haven't had good companies as for now. They are searching for it, and recently they got few start-ups which were not good for the computer science students. This college is famous for the arts and commerce. I don't know why they are providing the computer science (H) and maths (H) as the principal doesn't allow us to think out of the box. They are just providing the degree.
Placements: We don't know much about the placements. Also, I feel BA Students are less informed regarding such activities like placements and internships. I never took interest in the placement as I have to pursue interior designing further, so I am very clear about my goals.
Placements: The college's placement cell has improved greatly in one year. However, the internal placements are still limited, offering average to good packages. The placement cell has been making efforts to call the companies of the college alumni and has taken the initiative to take the suggestions from students.
Placements: The placements in IP are not great. The first placement committee formed was in 2015 and hence it's a slow working placement committee. Some of the companies that I know visited were Soori, Oberoi etc. The highest package was around 6L and the lowest was around 2-3L. No internships are offered from the campus. About 10-20% of the students were placed in my batch.
Placements: Although there is a functional placement cell, there's nothing amazing about the campus placement scenario here. I don't know of anyone from our batch who got placed from the campus. Maybe the situation has changed now, it's been 2 years since I've passed out. However, this does not in any way take away from the value of this course. People do go for off-campus placements and generally fare well.
