A journey so thrilled and amazing with supportive faculty.

Placements: Companies recruit students having higher qualifications. For example students pursuing graduation have lower chances for placement as compared to those pursuing masters or above. Due to covid only few placements were offered but were not relevant to our field.

Infrastructure and facilities are good.

Placements: Amity and other private schools are the recruiters for home science students. B.Sc students of the science stream preferred higher education. Almost all students of our batch went for higher education like masters and PhD. Some students got placed in hospitals as microbiologists. The course offered an excellent understanding of the subject, which helped in figuring future prospects.

Review of Institute of Home Economics, University of Delhi.

Placements: The college gives a very good exposure and helps you to develop your self-confidence and personality with all the opportunities. The college should get more recognition than it has now. Teachers help you with internship opportunities and share them with you. There is also a placement cell.

Overall, this college is amazing. The infrastructure and placements are good.

Placements: Many students get placements from our college. In IHE, there is a placement society, which is eminence. In the placement cell, staff members provide placements in reputed companies, and many internships are provided by our teachers. Around 80%-90% of the students get internships in NGOs, schools and companies from here.

I am satisfied with the faculty and events conducted in the college.

Placements: The majority of the students in our batch have opted for further studies, but we got A+ from NAAC, and we got good companies offering jobs on the basis of our skills. In our course, we were offered assistant HR, NGO, interior designer, radio jockey and many other roles.

Review of Institute of Home Economics.

Placements: There is a placement team in our college which manage placements of students. They helped us in writing the best CV for getting the best exposure. They also invited different companies for campus interviews. They managed it too well from making a list of students who want to go for further studies to the one who want placement and guided us thoroughly.

It is a great college for B. El. Ed.

Placements: Numerous schools, both private and international, visited our campus for recruitment. We had 80% on-campus placements record, and through off-campus, the rest of the interested students got selected. The remaining students are pursuing masters in the field of teaching, psychology, philosophy or sociology or have started working in an NGO. B. El. Ed provides a fresher outlook towards everything and also widens the horizon in addition to providing the avenues to display it.

Life beyond the campus. Yes it does exists!?

Placements: Placements are not very attractive. We had a few companies like tcs and genpact hiring for meagre packages. Although we had few schools offering good packages in the campus drive but could place only a handful of us. So as far as placement is considered ihe is weak platform.

A good place to start your college life with great faculty and load's of co-curricular activities.

Placements: The facility gave full support with the placement they recommend different companies. There are campus placements but for some departments and other departments give 100% assistance with the placements. Around 50% students got placed and rest opted for Masters.

This is the best college for home economics.

Placements: I have heard many times that my college gives placements in high grade private, under government, NGO, trust financed schools. So I talked to a senior last week and she told me that many of her classmates have already been selected for primary school teacher job (till 5th) with a starting salary package offered of 20K - 25K which may extend but can't decrease. I was glad to know.

This is the best place to study in the south campus.

Placements: Our college has a well-equipped placement cell which is more oriented to get in contact with the higher companies and the organisations. Whereas, as per the courses, the students get placements in both the private as well as the government sectors. The rest of the information is shared on the college's web page.

The experience at my college was fairly good.

Placements: The placements for my batch were average. They cannot be either of the extreme sides. There were many schools that came to the campus for placement as well as a lot of chains that work for recruiting teachers for the schools such as Presidium, Pathways, Lead school, DPS, BNPS, etc. They were not picking a good number of students. Therefore, the placements were just fine.

Best college ever which gave me the best memories and friends for life.

Placements: There is no placement for graduation in our stream from Delhi University but it is the best college with a high cut-off. The best teachers are there to guide you for your future prospects. We didn't get any kind of stipend or offers during graduation but during vacations, the college organized internships for the students who were keen to learn new technologies and provide them a chance to work in collaboration with other courses on different projects.

College is nice only if you are smart enough.

Placements: Last year that is 3rd year, students get eligible for on- campus placement. However, you can take part in 2nd year as well to know the interview process and to know where you stand so that you can improve. Many companies visit colleges for hiring students to be aware of the dates of the schedule of placement is. Average package ranges from 30k-6Lakh.
