Placements: I myself, being a 4th-year student right now, have seen the past three years, which gives an idea that after COVID, the placements have gone down. The core branches like mechanical, civil, and electrical do offer jobs comparatively more as compared to IT and CS in this college. Companies like L&T, Reliance, Mahindra do come for placements. The average package is between 2.5-3.5 LPA. The college doesn't provide any internships. Only 20-30% of students get placed, and others prepare for other exam...
Placements: In my college, the highest package is about 12 lacs per annum and the average is about 4-5 lacs per annum. The highest package or placement was given by Byju's in 2019 for the IP branch. My branch of mechatronics is currently a new branch in our college so there is no data for its placements.
Placements: About 15 percent of students get admitted to the top branch. The highest package offered by companies was 52 LPA. The lowest packages range between 4-6 LPA. The top recruiters are HCL, Infotech, TCS, Wipro, etc. About 20–30 percent students get placed from each respective branches.
Placements: Generally, 70-80% students of Computer Science Engineering and Information Technology get placed with average packages of 5 Lacs, but this year, our college faced a big downfall in placements due to recession. Very less no. of students of this batch got placed till now.
Placements: The highest package is around 10–15 LPA; the average package is around 4-6 LPA. The top recruiters at my college are HCL Teach, IBM, Wipro, Infosys, TCS, and Teach Mahindra. In my course, software engineer is the main role offered by the top companies. An average of 40–50% of students got placed in my college.
Placements: We 19 persons took admission in this course, and 9 were placed. The highest package was 10 LPA and the minimum was 3 LPA, the package we got. L&T is the biggest recruiter for our course, and we all got internships by our own efforts. The TPO was not very supportive for our placement. We got the post of Trainee Design Engineer after placement.
Placements: Hello students! In Jabalpur Engineering College, every year, around 60 percent of students get placement offers. The highest placement package is 30 LPA and the lowest placement package is 2.5 LPA. Top recruiting companies are Tata, TCS, Infosys, Reliance, etc.
Placements: A significant proportion, approximately 50-60%, of the students successfully secure placements as numerous companies visit the college to extend placement offers. The average package offered stands at 4-5 Lacs per annum, however, several students manage to secure higher packages. In my field, software development, the majority of the roles offered pertain to this domain. Despite this, the overall placement rate remains average.
Placements: I attended JEC college, and I am thoroughly impressed with the placement opportunities it offers. The dedicated career service team works tirelessly to connect students with top-tier companies, providing insightful workshops and networking events. The robust alumni network is a valuable resource, and I secured a rewarding job in my field even before graduation. Overall, the college is committed to student success.
Placements: Approximately 70 to 80 percent of students get placements in Jabalpur Engineering College. The average package of our college is 5 LPA. Many companies visit our college to give placements for the students of the college, like TCS, WIPRO, and some non-tech companies.
Placements: The placement scenario at the college is quite poor, with a maximum of 10 percent of students getting placed in the 2024 graduation year. Most of the companies are from core sectors like electrical and mechanical, and there is not a conducive environment for computer science or IT students.
Placements: Only 60 percent of students in the mechatronics branch have been placed, with the highest package being seven LPA. Companies like Wipro and TCS come to offer placements to students. Top roles include software development, consultancy management, etc. Students have to work on their studies to secure internships.
Placements: It is a new branch of JEC, and there is no placement because the final-year students are coming in 2025. But in college, other branch students are placed with the highest package of 12 lacs and the lowest package of 3 lacs per annum. The average package is 5 lacs per annum.
Placements: Around 90% placed every year in ip branch the highest package was 8 LPA in year 2023 the lowest package was 3 LPA in year 2023 No internship is provided by college you have to find off campus internships Mass recruiters are tcs, Wipro, infosis etc. Top roles are software enginner, etc.
Placements: The current market situation and placement are not good in our or any other colleges like Tier 3 colleges. Our college is average in placement; our main recruiters are Wipro, TCS, and other IT companies or core branch companies that come and recruit students. But overall, if you are a good student in college and in branches like CS, you will get placement.
Placements: Jec is a decent college in terms of placements. Around 65–70% of students are placed every year, while in the CS/IT branch, around 90% of students get placed. But over the past few years, placement statistics have gone down, and students have tried to find off-campus opportunities for better placement. Last year, the highest package was around INR 10 LPA (on-campus), compared to INR 30 LPA off-campus. Jec Jabalpur doesn't provide any internship opportunities.
Placements: 85% of the students usually get placed on campus. The highest off-campus went up to INR 55 lacs. Infosys, Wipro, and TCS are top recruiters. Students find internships at companies like Amazon and Google; college technical societies also help with this. It has great opportunities if you try.
Placements: We are in our second year of college. As per seniors, the highest package was INR 10 lacs/annum on campus, and the average is INR 4 lacs/annum, but it all depends on us. The highest package off campus was INR 40 lacs per annum. Roles can be in web development, data analysis, or the software field. 50% of students got placed.
Placements: Currently, placements haven't happened because the branch is new and most students are in their 3rd year, but there is scope in Mechatronics considering we can sit in placements of both the Electronics and Communication branch and the Mechanical branch, besides CS/IT branch placements are also there for us, so scope is not limited.
