Jai Hind College, Mumbai review from a student.
Placements: In my course, 80% of students were placed. If we are selected by a top-notch company, the salary is around 5 to 16 lakh rupees per annum. Amazon is one of the known recruiting companies at Jai Hind. In this course, an internship is compulsory for all students in the span of three years.
Infrastructure: Jai Hind College does not have its own hostels, but there are hostels nearby that are not affiliated with the college. The food served in the college canteen is quite good and hygienic. All necessary facilities and infrastructure are available, including Wi-Fi, a library, an IT lab, and a medical room.
Faculty: The teachers are all highly qualified and experienced, and the course is designed to make students industry-ready through a practical approach. The semester exams are not too difficult, and the pass percentage is around 90%. The course covers a wide range of topics, including marketing, public relations, and finance, and provides a solid foundation in each area.

I would say the campus has very good food in the canteen, and the teachers are all very friendly.
Placements: Only 1 student out of all courses was selected by EY, and even they have started having attendance issues, which is creating more issues to score good marks in exams and even to get selected for an internship. It does provide an opportunity for courses to be a part of the fest.
Infrastructure: We do not have Wi-Fi facilities, which is an issue in college. We do have a library, but we have to pay a different amount. The quality of goods and other facilities is amazing and worth paying for, and taking part in the library is good and maintained very well. Medical facilities are good; even few teachers are doctors, so in case of any emergency, it is a very positive point.
Faculty: Yes, teachers are helpful and educated. The exams are good, and compared to other colleges as well, yes, it even includes a portion of CA, which is a good part because it makes students very well prepared in communication as well as to gain confidence.
Other: I think the attendance issues should be resolved, and they should have free Wi-Fi facilities.

good college for studies you can take admission
Placements: In jai hind college placements are average as not every one will able to get the job but if the student is very good at studies then maybe he or she will get placement with minimum package of 2 lakhs per annum so companies are small startups so in jai hind college placements are average
Infrastructure: no hostel is provided by the college so if you are from outside state then you have to take an private hostel near Mumbai so keep that in mind while taking admission courses are lot as you can see on college website but keep in mind that college attendance rules are very strict you must be regular student
Faculty: faculty in the college is good but in bsc it the faculty are strict as they have attitude they will do what ever they want so if you are ready to do study at home by your self then you must take admission exams are very hard papers are corrected strictly so keep your study well from start

Bachelor of Management Studies - Batch of 2022

Fulfilling experience, great faculty and 100% recommended.
Placements: Our placement drive was well organized, and companies finished placements within a week. Although it may help to add that to be a part of the placements, an annual fee would have to be given to the placement committee, The various companies that came were JP Morgan, Deutsche Bank, and Schbang. Salaries ranged depending on the role (whether finance or marketing), with marketing packages being lower than finance. JP Morgan had the highest offer, and Schbang had the lowest, with INR 3.6L per year.
Infrastructure: The college provided Wi-Fi, and the BMS classrooms had excellent infrastructure with three industrial ACs per class, a monitor and comfortable, well-furnished seating. We had access to the library as well. The college did not offer any official hostels; however, the canteen was great, covering a range of items. Clubs and activities happened throughout the year, mainly through November–February for BMS, where Talaash and E-cell would have their summits. Other than these opportunities, there were other department clubs, such as the Gymkhana for sports and other departmental committees, like Contrarian, Wellness club and so on.
Faculty: I would say teachers were well qualified; most of our 2nd and 3rd year teachers were visiting faculty, which gave students a perspective and understanding of the cooperative world as well as application to what was being taught. BMS at Jai Hind was very unique since it was very hands-on and case-based, which a lot of colleges do not provide in India. The projects made us industry ready and having unique classes such as design thinking, business law and entrepreneurship gave us a full-rounded experience. The examination structure was straight-forward: 60% exam-based and 40% assignment-based. The exams were well thought out and covered the scope of the subject. The hardest paper by far was business law, where 20% of the class failed to pass the exam.

It is one of the best colleges if you want to be successful in life.
Placements: Almost 60-70% of students got placed in this course. The remaining students opted for higher studies. Top recruiting companies were SOTC, Thomas Cook, Cost Cruise, etc. The highest salary package offered was around 4 LPA. Internships were mandatory in this college. Our college had good connections with SOTC, Thomas Cook, Mumbai International Airport, and some local companies for internships. All internships were unpaid unless you find it yourself on Internshala. During your internship, you work as a visa assistant, travel executive, or customer relationship development.
Infrastructure: Classrooms were equipped with digital screens. Our campus was Wi-Fi enabled. Classrooms were air-conditioned. Our campus was huge. There was a decent library in this college. A recreational center was available. Computer laboratory was better. Hostels were not provided in this college, but agents could provide you with accommodation nearby.
Faculty: Faculty members were helpful and highly educated. All teachers were Ph.D. scholars, lawyers, and authors. They provided practical knowledge to students. You will study in museums or some historical places in and around Mumbai.
Other: Many events were conducted in this college. You could take part in different departments. I would recommend networking around the campus, which was easy as you would find students everywhere on the campus performing different activities. Many clubs and societies were available in this college. Our campus crowd was posh. Few students work in major media channels or have side hustles like travel firms or trekking companies.

Good college if you are into bmm
Placements: Just in first year but with what I have heard from senior you do get good placements, just hoping I do get good placements from the college cause ofc that's what you'd want. There are good enough students in the course and I'll know how the internship goes too
Infrastructure: I don't live in hostel but talking about the classrooms and all they are pretty good, they are maintained well. Library is good enough ig and canteen is meh the food is also meh most of the times, canteen is too small for this big of a crowd even with two canteen it doesn't seem big enough.
Faculty: Teacher's are good some are strict but they are helpfull enough, the course gives you experience and let's you explore things and makes you ready cause they rush you with many projects but it's good to make you ready for the hardships of the outside world.
